    I’ve been living out here for 3yrs now and I must say, “the new management team is awesome!” Litzi is nothing less than amazing. Always pleasant and professional. Manger Consuela also works nonstop, to make sure that this complex is listed amongst the greatest places in Fort Worth to reside.Keep up the good work you guys‼️👌

    I have been here for 3 yrs. This property has made a complete 360 from the 1st yr under new management. Consuelo n Litzi are sweet and personable. They have improved the apartments outside appearance n community overall appeance. They host fun community events n contests building rapport and unity. Since taking over the maintenance request have improved and if theres ever an issue they have a a open door policy to work on a resolution. I would highly recommend these apartments to the next person they offer one bedrooms that are spacious two bedrooms that are even nicer and some three bedrooms.Thank you for giving me and my babies a place to call home.

    One word… amazing! The people and staff at this complex are nice and friendly. Pools kept clean and apartments are very well maintained. They will get to your service call within a day or two!! Highly recommend for those on an apartment hunt.litzi is very helpful and always willing to lend a hand.

    Lived here since 2020 and after new management took over, things have really gotten better. Pool has been kept up with, things get fixed when we request it, and a new updated laundry room! Cheaper than any rent around the area and the office is easy to talk to! Definitely recommend!

    As we reside here at Willow Glen Apartments we are happy to call this place our home . Our process to become residents here was made smooth and easy. We had help from Litzi & Consuelo . Litzi was very kind and attentive . She was always available to answer any questions . We recently had an issue with the AC . Of course there was a process and we understood. We did not get ignored with our concern.There was emails and phone calls that always got addressed. Again we were very grateful to them for always communicating with us and the efforts they took to accommodate us during the process of resolving our issue. So of course our issue was resolved and we can not forget to thank the maintenance guy who worked so hard for hours to make this possible. So just know this place has great Staff ... and with all being said we do recommend anyone to call this place home aswell . Thank you ALL so muchSylvia

    I have been living at Willow Glen for 4 years now and I honestly love it here. Very quiet and peaceful. Really no issues or problems for me except for random changes in Management but I believe it was all a part of the process to make the community better. With that said, shout out to awesome assistant Litzi Alvarez. Very informative and knowledgeable. Happy to have Consuelo Rivera making positive changes. I hope to see our community grow more and I truly enjoy being here!

    I started to live at Willow glen around December of 2021Its been a great experience so far as my first apartment! The space is perfect for meThe maintenance is fast! They respond to my needs that same day.They recently made the parking area a lot better by restripping the lines and added R2park. It helps to keep the visitor area less packedThe pool area is great! Wish it was deeper than 5ft but it did the job these hot summer daysManagement is always in a good mood and willing to listen to my needsWill probably stay here another year :)

    I’ll start by saying, La’Trice is amazing! She communicated throughout my application process, which made it smooth and easy. I moved in a month ago, and I am absolutely loving my apartment. The environment is cozy and quiet, and is in a convenient location. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. I have NO complaints! Willow Glen has shown me excellent customer service! I am happy to call Willow Glen home 🏡

    Been living at Willow Glen for 7 years now. Started from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom and now just moved into a new updated 3 bedroom apartment. My family and I love our home. To the white cabinets to no more carpet and all grey flooring, to the grey and white walls and new countertops. I got to say Our new manger Consuelo and her staff is getting things done around her. I hope she sticks around to make these apartments even better.

    Probably the best apartments Ive lived in. Management is super nice and gets work orders scheduled quickly. I always have a parking spot close to unit.They are always trying to improve the property. I will definitely live here for as long I can. Its really is that nice of place

    Every since I been living here for 10months now it has been so lovely staying here for me especially with it being my first apartment I made the right decision to move here it’s quite , friendly , nice pool , park for the children’s , the appliance is even nice in my home they also have great attendants that assist you with everything you need without a problem they also host events for our lil ones I truly recommend others to choose theses apartments here you won’t be disappointed I want to give a huge shout out to Litzi she is sweet , and she has been taking good care of me I really do appreciate you guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Ive been living here for about a year now. I feel safe and thats pretty important to me. Maintenance here could be a little bit faster on things Ive lived places where they had my request for things needing repaired taken care of within the week that does not happen here it takes a bit longer to get things fixed Im glad that my husbands a handyman. But for the amount of money we pay a month its fine. I had to downsize a little because each room is a little bit smaller but for now its fine.

    The apartments are a nice size and I have had no problems. Maintenance is quick on maintenance requests. The manager Jennifer is amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. Will definitely be renewing my lease again.

    I have been at the Willow Glen Apts for the past 6 months and couldnt be more pleased. It is very quiet and conveniently located near everything. The management is AMAZING! She has always addressed any of my concerns in a timely manner and is super friendly. I highly recommend these apartments.

    Lived there for 2 years, Management was great and the girls at office were awesome , Made us feel like family. Maintenance was always there for me within 2 hours and always fixed whatever I called in. We had some bad residents that were bringing in strangers. But we kept to ourselves and close to Staff and always kept our eyes open for strangers passing through.

    Since there is a new manager at Willow Glen things are getting done. The manager is strong and is doing the job she is was hired to do. If there are problems they send out messages to let us know and keep us updated. If you have a problem go talk to them, not at them.

    Its really nice. Very quiet over here. They allow pets. And has washer dryer connections. The one thing I dont like is the site used to pay rent. Have had few problems with it. And paying to pay my rent is not my taste.

    We are very happy to have changed to these apartments Litzy is a very kind person, we looked in many places and the truth is we have never been served by a person as nice and polite as her. We are very grateful for all her support since we asked for information, she helped us with everything to be able to change as quickly as possible.She is always willing to give you the best solution and everyone in the office and maintenance is very friendly. It is a very quiet place and so far we have really enjoyed our new home. 🥰

    Everything has been remodeled and there has been a big change, I have a very comfortable apartment, with new central air and I just dont like the refrigerator that makes a lot of noise when it is working, I think the compressor is already about to die and the stove that is white and they tried to replace it but the color has gone with use, from the rest to the low light bill because they put LED lamps and because the air is so new and since it is newly remodeled, to give an example in park west On the way back the light came during the snow season at 300 and here the heat started and it wouldnt reach a hundred!
