Willow Marvida was so easy to work with. Idania Segovia Was extremely professional, went above and beyond to assist us with all of the paperwork. It was easy and quick. They are passionate about helping people get into their homes. I wish I would have found them years ago! I can’t wait to move in at the end of the month!!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! Idania was super sweet and considerate to our short notice to move into the area. After looking at other properties and being met with rude individuals, I was grateful to see that chivalry still exists! Applied on a Wednesday, moved in the next Monday. Answered the phone every time (probably called about 15 times since my wife is kind of a bug) but Idania was on the other line as patient as an old lady on bingo night. Beautiful homes and town houses. Quiet, kid friendly neighborhood. 11/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great tour and the best client service one could hope for when leasing.Idania Segovia is incredible! She knew everything about the property, was professional and prompt in communication with lease process. I hope your tour and service is with her. My husband and I had so many questions about the property, amenities and overall Cypress area as we are new to Texas from the East Coast.
