Honestly the best experience Ive had in an apartment. Everything was super clean upon move it, which was a pleasant suprise! We have had no issues with pests either. Management is always very nice and helpful. Maintenance is super on top of everything, we had a ceiling leak and they completely fixed the issue the next day, even sent out drywall repair techs to fix the hole they had to cut in the wall within the week. Would highly recommend for a budget apartment!

This is the first apartment I have ever moved into and had ZERO issues. The office staff is amazing, and extremely friendly and welcoming. Isabella made the leasing/application process easy and seamless, and Sabrina made the move-in process stress free. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I got to live here my senior year of college with my roommate and we loved it! They went under new management about halfway through our lease and the new property manager was amazing and so easy to work with. We never had really any problems here and had a great time living here!

Honestly, the whole experience from initial contact to move-in was quick, it was effortless, and it was amazing! Although with every apartment you move in to you’ll find the little itty bitty things but front desk said management would be by to take care of everything! So far i’m loving the experience here it’s been great!

This review is for the leasing staff (Marsha) then it is about the apartment as a whole for I have not moved in yet. I am relocating to Tyler Texas to be closer to my son and it was not easy to find a place. Marsha was extremely professional and Nice. She answered all my questions and was VERY Patient with me. I now have a place waiting for me when I make my move to Texas and am excited. I was very impressed and will be making another review on this on the apartments after I have been living there for awhile.Edit: I am not sure how to make another review or if able to but, I wanted to say thank you to everyone for helping me when I needed it. My Heater was not working and when I let the Manager know, they had the maintenance guy come out and check it out within like an hour. They said they would be back in the morning to fix it and huge shout out to the maintenance team very helpful and nice! He was able to fix the problem and the only other problem was the thermostat which has been ordered. Thank you again for everything! 5 stars from me!

My boyfriend and I needed to find somewhere to move into very quickly, and we happened to find our perfect little home here! There are so many qualities that we love about our apartment. Our renovated apartment is very nice and it has all new kitchen appliances, new floor, etc. I love my wooded view from my balcony which is enclosed, and we love that! Maintenance and the office has been so great to us and making sure that everything is perfect! The only negatives would be that they rushed little details in the apartment so we could move in fast, which Im not too worried about because we needed somewhere to live ASAP. Its so cozy and we are very happy with it and the management here! Stephanie will do anything to make sure you are satisfied!!!

Ariel is the best employee at this apartment complex. She helped my brother find his apartment in Texas while he still lived in Florida. She was super helpful the entire time, sent us videos, pictures and made the entire process stress free. Apartments are nice and community is very quiet. You cannot go wrong living here! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough GREAT things About Yesenia! She has made my new home the easiest thing about moving. We’ve lived here 7 years and love it here. But I have never been treated so respectful from any maintenance man than today!! James Milan came and fixed a few things for us and was extremely respectful and got everything done in a timely manner!!Edit: To add the lady’s in the office are very professional and very respectful with any questions you have!!! Highly recommend anyone looking to move here!

I lived here for 13 months, never had an issue with management. Cheyanne and Yolanda where always very helpful and sweet. The apartment it self was in great condition, only thing was the valet trash. I hated having to pay 25 a month and then some times they would skip my whole unit for 2 days at a time. Like every apartment the fees will get you, but overall management was great and so was Alejandro.

Ok lets give an honest review from a lower middle class perspective... with reasonable standards.1. Parking: Basically free for all, but you can pay more for a reserved spot and a bit more for a car port. Parking isnt usually too much of an issue. Weird factoid is that there is a fair amount of sand everywhere as you drive deeper into the property. Probably used during ice/snow storms.2. Make: You get a good amount of space for what you pay for. This is not luxury living. They did renovate new appliances on the inside and new exteriors on the outside. However, this complex was certainly built a few decades ago. You can hear sounds from outside i.e when your neighbor is sitting outside and talking at a normal volume or that one guy revvs his car for no reason. Insulation is fair, but not excellent, so hot hots are hot and cold colds are cold. Upstairs floor boards creak a bit. Interestingly, if you get the townhouse units, theres little sound that travels from up/down stairs. Very nice if guests come to watch a movie and you want to just sleep. Also, vents being on the floors instead of ceilings tell you the age/efficiency of older constructs. Light bulb sockets are the super narrow ones. But these are details and its live-able if you dont mind these things.3. Safety: Its kind of tucked away. I have left stuff in my car on occasion and I havent had any issues with my car getting broken into. No one has tried to break into my unit. There is a deadbolt in the unit. I feel mostly safe, and its fairly lit at night. Not a gated community.4. Yesenia: deserves a whole point on her own. Ive lived here for almost two years and when new management took over about 4-5 months into my lease, I wasnt sure what would happen. Yesenia came on just after that and has been very pleasant to deal with since. She is kind and professional at all times. To be clear, she does have a lot on her plate and seems to be juggling many responsibilities, BUT she has been able to help with a number of things and goes out of her way to do it with a smile. She made extending my lease a breeze, replacing my keys, and other issues around the property. I havent been able to see her supervisors around in some time, but I do want to leave a glowing review in hopes that she regarded and valued as such a role in the team.5. Maintenance: Ive used a few times. It does take a bit . They are pretty nice. Im no maintenance man, but some of the jobs are a bit.. MacGyver-y. Which doesnt bother me really. I have a toilet tank that keeps wanting to refill. It didnt really change my water bill and it doesnt bother me so whatever.5. Etc: Yes, this place is a reasonable price amongst the unreasonable inflation in apartment prices over the last 3 years. Yes it does have things that are inconvenient because of the sheer age of the complex. Safety is there at par despite not being gated. Would I recommend it? Yes, for a financially conscious individual who doesnt mind such inconveniences. You will be in a fairly quiet neighborhood with a roof over your head with new ish amenities. If youre looking for a super fancy newer place, I wouldnt use the label luxury-- find somewhere else that fits that for you.

My husband and I are current residents at Wood Trails and we couldn’t be happier! 😊 everyone in the leasing office is so nice, respectful and responsive. It is a very comfortable community to live at, no loud neighbors which is by far the best 🙌.The only issue I have been having here is that my A/C unit never works! It blows hot air all the time and the thermostat is rather old looking, (probably needs to be changed) every time I put in a request for maintenance to come fix it, they do come but I guess is just something overall wrong with the A/C unit because even when I have it set on 70 or 65 it blows hot air making my apartment super hot and uncomfortable. 😩

Lived here for a little over a year from March 2020 (the hell month) to April 2021. We havent had any problems or concerns outside of some things that are beyond the control of the property management. Zero bug problems and some convenient amenities make this a pretty nice place to stay with reasonable prices. The vibe changed a bit once a new company bought the property, and the integration with some of the website functions werent super simple, but just nitpicking at this point. Excellent maintenance staff on hand that everyone loves. Good location in town. Thanks for a good experience!

I just moved into these apartments, and the effort that Stephanie has put into making sure that my stay here has been to the up most quality, has been beyond words that I could express. She has been quick with responding back to me on certain things that need attention with in the apartment. Stephanie and Yolanda have both always had smiles and ready to serve when I have walked into the office...I am so thank full to have such an awesome person such as her self.P.S. Don;t ever let her Go......

I wanna start off by saying Candice is literally the most genuine and understanding person i’ve ever encountered with. When we moved in back in december we were having some regrets BUT THEN Candice became the Property manager and let’s just say. WE LOVE IT HERE. she’s so kind and patient and always willing to answer any questions we have, she’s also always on top of things regardless if it’s something small or big. we’re beyond appreciative of Candice and everything she has and will continue do for our complex. Candice ALWAYS sticks to her word. we just all around appreciate her and we now LOVE OUT HOME. thank you so much Candice for everything. she’s a rockstar!

I have never written a review for an apartment complex before, but because of the staff that works here and how accommodating everything has been I feel the need to share a few things as to why this should be your new home. The Wood Trail at Tyler is the BEST apartment complex I have EVER lived at!! You are in good hands here! Ariel, one of the leasing agents here, is one of the sweetest and most caring people I have yet to meet and it really shows in the way that she works and speaks with you. Most places would never let you see an apartment before its ready, but after explaining my situation they were very accommodating in letting me move in early with prorated rent, changing my move out date on more than one occasion, and even being extremely prompt with every maintenance order that was put in. The maintenance staff is amazing at what they do, even offering personal tips on specific parts of the apartment and personally setting up appointments if youd like to be there when they are. If there are any changes, events, or new features like the large pin access mail system they implemented in the gym you will get notified promptly by email or letter. If it is an important notice youll receive a few emails which is especially helpful when youre too lazy to check them the first time. Every single experience here has been wonderful, truly the best place Ive been since Ive lived in Tyler Tx. I highly recommend choosing this complex as your home. Special shoutout to Ariel and the maintenance staff again, they are incredible.

Lived here for two years in an older unit, then moved to an updated unit AND LOVE IT. We love the flooring, the backsplash, the full size appliances, and bathrooms. Regular maintenance requests are dealt with pretty quickly, and the maintenance staff is super friendly. We have a townhome and enjoy the ability to watch tv at a regular volume when the kids are asleep upstairs.

My family and I have been living here for a few years and have complained to the office about our central air not working every summer. Every year we have been told the same thing (there is nothing wrong with the unit). This year however the new maintenance guy Mr. Jeff came to replace a filter and immediately noticed something was wrong with my air and fixed it! He went above and beyond! Him and Mr. Victor are exceptional workers and take care of us everytime we have a problem. I can honestly say I am a happy tenant and will be as long as Woodtrails keep their dynamic duo!!! Those 2 take care of business!!!!

We absolutely love James Milan the service manager out of all the maintenance guys he was the quickest and cleanest, he came out and immediately saw and fixed the problem with the toilet the other guys seen this problem and turned the toilet off .. the toilet has been broken for months he fixed it in the matter of seconds and even added a new toilet handle because the old one was horrible. He then fixed the light that also had been broken for months even though it wasn’t on the maintenance call he did it with a smile he was very polite and kind ... honestly this apartment came with a number of problems that haven’t been fixed in months and he came in and fixed all in one day and held great conversation... definitely renewing just because of him lol great maintenance can go a long way !!! Thanks James !!

I can’t say enough great things about this place starting off, I Love this place honeslty ,I have referred so many people to this place since I moved in May , for the price you pay no other place compares in tyler. I also just started renting a fully upgraded apartment and I love it.- Yolanda and Arial are 1 in million, everything that I’ve needed done has been completed in a timely manner, I feel like I’m treated like family and I plan to renew again this year!!-If you are looking for a great modern apartment for a great price with a great staff ,this is the place to be!!!!!-Christopher D
