    Great location and great view from apartment! There has been a lot of turnover for management but its been better than when I moved in in February! Shout out to Maintenance for coming to fix issues fast and efficiently, they are so friendly!

    Updated Review: We are entering our third year with Whitney Uptown and continue to have a great experience with them. Jazzmine has been amazing to work with and goes out of her way to take care of us. Maintenance is quick to get things done and has even helped with extra little things while here like switching out air filters. We are about to upgrade to a larger unit here and the staff has made that process super simple and quick. We continue to speak highly of our experience here and look forward to another signed lease.Original Review: We have had the best experience living here. Management has been so flexible with us and our transitions. They go out of their way to take care of their tenants and their customer service is always 100%.We have loved our experience here and just signed another year on. Great management plus a great living space is hard to find. Love that we have BOTH here.

    Great apartment and location! The complex is updated, new gym, has friendly staff, and always quick to assist. Located in the heart of Uptown Dallas, you’re only a trolley ride away from The West End or Downtown Dallas with plenty of great restaurants and entertainment! The view of downtown is also great!! Highly recommended!

    Ive been living at The Whitney for a few years and can firmly say I will move here again if I had to, despite some bumps in the road to get us to where we are today.The new property manager team has been extremely proactive, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall a pleasure to deal with, especially compared to the prior manager. Is it the best apartment you are going to find in Uptown? Its not, but rent prices reflect the fact that it is a great value for living in such a desirable location. The amenity spaces are beautiful, the apartments are well-appointed with the new renovations, and area is walkable.Maybe I am more sensitive to how the location is changed and my time here at The Whitney, but its been a great experience with only more positive interactions occurring with the new team. I plan to update this review if my perspective changes, but I wanted to add a balancing view to living here.

    Great location and apartment. I normally dont leave reviews, but I wanted to share our remarkable experience with Whitney Uptown and especially their staff. Aside from the apartment and location being exactly what we were looking for, what helped make our decision to live here was our leasing agent Nadia. We have never lived in an apartment (empty nesters) and Nadia took the time, effort and patience to answer all our questions and concerns. The entire process could not have been any better and was so easy. Thank you.

    I typically do not leave reviews but with the great experience I have had it would be unfair to not share. I am not easily impressed so Looking at the reviews I was terrified to move in but when I toured my family I and were very pleased. The property was beautiful from the inside out. Every staff member was so nice. I toured with Tay. I questioned the reviews and was given honest and authentic responses which is why I am officially a resident. 3 months in and I am seeing more and more progress everyday. The property and staff does not justify the reviews. Please gain experience for yourself.

During a particularly challenging time for a dear friend of mine, Jasmine’s display of empathy and compassion stood out remarkably. She wasn’t just performing her duties; she went above and beyond by assisting me in finding movers and storage solutions, demonstrating a genuine concern and willingness to help. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and caring in such situations. Both The Whitney and its residents are indeed fortunate to have Jasmine as part of their community. Her dedication and kindness have truly made a difference.

    I just moved into Whitney Uptown & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far! Trudy, Jasmine & Tay have made the leasing process very smooth and answered all my questions and requests. They were very flexible with my move in and allowed me to get my keys a day early to coordinate with my couch delivery. The units are clean and modern and this complex is in a great area!

    The elevators can be tricky BUT after a couple rough years of renovations this place is great. You cannot beat the location, views, and the layouts. I couldn’t leave this place at its worst and it’s fun to enjoy it now. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Brittany is amazing.

    Rosa in the front office was very sweet! The property is clean and in a very good area.Construction is moving along and it was a lot easier to access the office. I always enjoy visiting the office staff! Beautiful property. I also love that it’s available for AT&T fiber as reliable internet is definitely a must have these days. Thank you Whitney Uptown staff for everything.

    I have lived in the Gables Uptown Towers for the past 3 years. Everyone from Jodi and the management team to Greg and maintenance have made it a wonderful living experience. They are extremely responsive, helpful and informed. The amenities were very cleanly, well kept and operational. I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my patio every evening. They have done a great job creating an inviting atmosphere that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Uptown.

    Although it did come off as a little older looking nothing can beat its location and the staff that work there. Its so convenient just to walk out and have so many options of where to eat and walk to for fun. Personally, Im confused reading the poor reviews left for this place. It honestly seems like some people just didnt get their way and felt a need to Hit them where it hurts with a negative review. Talk to Matt, greatest experience I had with anyone in leasing in Dallas.

    I lived at Uptown Tower for the summer while interning in Dallas. It was a great choice! The staff (especially Nicole) were extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment is a little dated, but still very comfortable. The location is fantastic. One block from the Katy Trail, the trolly, velvet tacos, Walgreens, and walking distance to a neighborhood Walmart and all the McKinney bars. The price is great for what you’re getting. If you look at apartments around this one, you’ll find they are either much more expensive or not as nice. There’s always amble parking, and the gym is great.To speak to some common concerns:I never had any issue with anything being stolen or broken into and never felt like I would.The elevators can sometimes be a little annoying when someone is moving in or Sunday morning after a friendly neighbor pukes. That being said, the elevators have had minimal if any impact on my experience.So, overall it’s a great apartment for its price point and location. If you want to live in uptown and have a low rent apartment, this is a great choice to shop.

    Gables Uptown Tower has made several changes. New security cameras in garage and lobby.I love living here, staff is great and the remodeling looks awesome. But I am concern regarding the SECURITY of the building. I have filed 3 police reports in 10 days, from my car being broken into, storage unit on another day broken into and now both lock bikes have been stolen. The Building needs security cameras and a solution for the storage units not being an easy target. Once they fix this I would give more stars.

    The building in much better shape than two other Dallas apartments that Ive lived in so far. The new team in the front office is good as well. However, the three elevators they have are too slow, and the emergency response sirens from Lemmon are sometimes loud. But overall its great

    I toured this location looking for a first apartment and was greeted with nice and polite staff. They were easy to work with and understood all of my needs. They were very clean and sanitized and made sure to tell me about the things they are doing for COVID, which made me feel much more comfortable. Cant wait to live here!!!! Good job Gables!!!

    Amazing staff! Living here has been better than expected! Jodi and Jared have been incredibly professional and honest! I wish I could take them with me if I ever move out! I would highly recommend this property mostly due to Jodi and Jared along with amazing location to everything.

    The best building I’ve ever lived in. Kirsten and Nicole are amazing! Maintenance is also ALWAYS timely and efficient. I love living here and plan to stay until i become a homeowner. Keep up the good work everyone!

    I love Gables Uptown Tower! The views, amenities, and service is 10/10 stars. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. There are tons of great restraint from Del Friscos (right across the street, Cafe Express, South Paws Organic Grill, Hopdoddys Burgers, Bread Winners, Quarters Bar (highly recommend sitting on the roof top deck). Just up the street you will find West Village Shop with everything you could possible need in terms of shopping, pharmacies, quick eating, and movie theaters. On the North side of the building you will find all manner of Salons, Spas, and my personal favorite the Turtle Creek park! If you feel you are locked in the city take a short walk to Turtle Creek and take in all the beautiful lushes green trees!

    Living at Gables Uptown Tower has definitely been such a great experience so far. Great community, amazing views, and great staff. This apartment is also in such a great location with walking distances to a lot of places/ restaurants.

    Jodi was INCREDIBLE throughout the entire moving process. I am moving from the East Coast in the midst of a pandemic and Jodi took care of every last detail to make this a seamless process.
