    New manager is awesome. Very nice and quite apartment community, my family and I always feel safe. New updated amenities with on site pool cleaning M-F 8-5. Whispering Pines actually cares about the people who live here.

    Of course all places have some things to work on, but since being here since Dec, the new manager we have has been great! Any issues I’ve had, I’ve brought to her and she’s worked to resolve them pretty quickly! Not like the one before. She has a lot on her plate with this property but she’s dove in head first, I can tell you!! I wanted to leave before she came but she makes it a lot more pleasant.

    Excellent staff, from the professional property manager and the hardworking maintenance team. Very caring and open to the needs in which we were looking for. Whispering Pines offers a very clean and spacious apartments. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The landscape is beautiful and I am so happy to be here. The price is well worth it and affordable. This is the best apartment. If youre reading this review, you should contact and speak with the property manager. You wont regret it.

    Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Whispering Pines Apartment, especially in regards to the Leasing Manager Katina. She is so professional with a good decision making skill. The staff and maintenance guys really made me feel at home with their timely response like 911. I would recommend this apartment complex over and over again. Thank u for your good and friendly service.

    I am very pleased with my new home and couldn’t ask for a better property manager other than Ms. Katina! She is awesome and takes her clients very serious. Things were rough in the beginning but she re-assured me I would be able to get what I want and she made it happen! Not too many people care now a days especially during this pandemic but Katina never steered me wrong and overall was very pleasant and good people. Just from that, made me feel even more comfortable in the choice I made with Whispering Pines. Nothing was rushed, I felt heard, and she executed my livelihood. Thank you!!!

    My experience in this place has been very pleasant. The manager is young, but very responsible,reliable,respectful, hardworking,smart and fast to respond to any issues with the apartment or our needs as tenants. Neighborhood is calm and safe to even go for a walk at night. The fact is I love this apartment because of the manager . she awesome. The workers are good too.

    My experience in this place has been very pleasant. The manager Cristina is young, but very responsible and fast to respond to any issues with the apartment or our needs as tenants. Apartments were very spacious and clean when we first saw them. The price for the apartments is reasonable. Neighborhood is calm and safe to even go for a walk at night. the place has a pool, but i havent gotten in it. In fact, i dont know if its open yet, but it looks clean and very nice and tempting to take a swim. Im very comfortable in this place.

    I have never had such good service at a complex. The manager Katina was kind and helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I am highly considering moving to this complex not just because of how beautiful the units are but the outstanding customer service. Anyone living here is in good hands.

    Love love love this community. From the excellent property manger Katina to the amazing maintenance team. The apartments are spacious and clean and have been very accommodating to all of my request. This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in since I’ve moved to Texas.

    The absolute best multi-family residential complex in Palestine. The majority of the residents work for the State of Texas so there is not any security issues whatsoever. The property is extremely well-maintained and has great curb appeal. The property is managed and maintained by three family members that all live in their own apartments on the property. There is almost always at least one of them available any day of the week if you need an issue resolved immediately. They also have a beautiful pool to use during the hot summers.
