    Best apartment complex Ive ever lived in! No BS fees, all truthful. Critstie is great! So glad she showed us different places and glad her memory is amazing! She makes this place certainly worth it!

    I would recommend Westwood Park Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to live. I’m a 4 year resident here and I love it they have reasonable rent pricing. The property manager Priscilla has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced she gets to know her residents and despite any situation she makes this place feel like a community. The maintenance team responds and addresses all concerns promptly. In the four years I have lived here the property has improved tremendously.

    Priscilla McCarrell is an excellent manager to work with. She always goes above and beyond to help my sister with any maintenance repair and lately to get the apartment my sister was interested in. She also quickly responded and was very thorough with explaining all documents and things needed. The apartments are well kept and the whole staff is very friendly.

    So I posted a review earlier today and after some thought I felt I needed to clarify a few things. As I stated in the previous review Priscilla, Christie, and Victor are truly fantastic. You cannot ask for better staff than those at Westwood Park Apartments. All of them are always available for the residents and their concerns. There have been several times that Priscilla has been on property dealing with maintenance problems or resident issues long after 5 oclock or on weekends. Same goes for Victor the head of maintenance. They are dedicated to the residents. The issues I mentioned as far as the water problems go most of the time involve the city or old equipment and their hands are tied and in no way should reflect negatively on office staff. They also cannot control the cleanliness of certain residents. Your going to have those problems with any complex and should not reflect on staff. As far as the laundry room goes. The outsource to a third party and again should not reflect on the. For me, I am happy here and it works for me. If you are looking for an apartment stop by and check it out.

    So many reviews focus on the negative. Im going to focus on the positive. Priscilla the office manager is AMAZING. She truly has the residents best interest and is dedicated to the follow through .If you have a problem,complaint or issue she will hear you out and clarify to assure understanding all the while giving you updates. Her assistant manager Christie is just as wonderful. She is always polite and friendly and above all helpful. Victor the head of maintenance is a true gem. Always friendly.If you have a maintenance request that comes in late at the end of the day he will stay over to make sure your problem gets fixed They finally got it right with the staff that is currently here .

    Priscilla, Christie, and the maintenance crew are amazing. Weve been here since August, and its been great. When there is an issue that we can be informed on, they send an email out. In emergency situations, an email goes out as well. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, it has been corrected in a timely manner. Pest control is very friendly when they come out. Our tech even knows our pets name.

    I love the management here! They are very fast at reacting if you have issues and always have maintenance out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. They are clean and have been renovated nicely!

    I love the people in management. They are very helpful. Denise has become my friend. I found myself sitting in the office discussing views on life. Very down to earth and respectable lady. All of the staff here are very friendly. I know they have my back. I feel like theyre family almost. ❤️

    I have been living here and I got to say the staff and place is very nice plus friendly. The manager Priscilla is so sweet and awesome along with Christie. These ladies are wonderful and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to move. Great spot and nice and quiet.

    I used to live on property and l loved my apartment and would absolutely live there again. I have the pleasure of working there again and I LOVE the management company that I work for. I feel we have a great team (maintenance and office) and work great together. I would recommend the community if you’re looking for a place to call home.

    I am so happy since I moved to Westwood Park Apartments. It is so quiet and well kept. At first I was skeptical because of viewing past reviews, but I must say that you cant always take anothers word, you sometimes must see for yourself. After visiting other properties in Alvin, I was really pleased with Westwood Park. My Apartment was renovated and is very comfy. Charissa is so Awesome and sweet she really helped me to settle in and was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Thanks Charissa you rock!!! from B. Taylor

    If youre looking for a great apartment complex, stop looking! MANAGEMENT and staff are great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience. The Maintenance staff is awesome and will resolve any issues quickly. This is unusual in apartment homes. Property is well kept and the apartments are nice . The staff does a great job sending emails and messages keeping everyone informed its a comforting. We love it here !! Thanks Nadia for everything youre truly a blessing to the property glad to have you!! Finally some team work!! Keep it up.

    Westwood is at the top of my list when it comes to apartments in Alvin. Even more so now with the new management team they have there. They are constantly working to improve the facility, staff is quite literally the most driven and helpful I have ever experienced and the convenience and practicality of the facility is on point. If you are considering moving definitely check Westwood out.

    I have been here for 2years now. The ladies in the front office are amazing!! Anything i need or problem they handle it right away. The space and price are great!! I also love that the property is well taken care of as well as the friendly neighbors around the complex.

    Charissa was so helpful and kind in helping me get settled into my new place. She was patient and answered every question I had with professionalism and understanding, because I had never done this before. I always enjoy talking to her at the front office, and she is what makes this place feel like home . Thank you Charissa for the excellent service you provide.

    Was very impressed with Westwood Park Apartments! I was very impressed with Sarah she was exceptional from the very first phone call till the time I came and looked at the place and said I wanted to lease the apartment. If your looking for a place in Alvin dont look any further than Westwood Park and make sure you talk to Sarah she is awesome! Also the building and maintenance supervisor Cornelius is on top of everything I had a few small issues that needed to be taken care of and it was handled inside of 30 minutes and he is very friendly with all the tenants and he just makes the whole place and experience feel like home

    I just want to say how blessed I was to find this apartment. From the first call with Sarah to us moving in, it has truly been a great and amazing experience. Sarah and Nadia has made my family feel like we are part of their family and not just tenants. Its a breath of fresh air living here!🙏🙏

    The new owners have really put in some work and it shows! The Maintenance guys are amazing working outside of buisness hours. There are so many cute features like the new pool furniture and the dog park. Such a great sense of community around here proud to call it home.

    I have only one complaint living here and thats they need to order MY coffee for the office! Those girls in the office Sarah and Nadia are extraordinary So creative !! Always throwing fun events and suprise me with cute gifts! Ive seen some negative residents here and read some comments and you cant make everyone happy ladies but thanks for trying. Keep up the good work!

    I am on the first floor so I get some bug problems which I understand and the maintenance staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive to all my questions and take action to solve the problem and I am very impressed.My rent increasd by only 15$ after a year which shocked me. The area is pretty safe and I would recommend these to anyone. The office staff especially Sarah is so kind and helpful always welcoming with a huge smile on her face, im greatful that they have someone that truly cares about the community and is always willing to do that little extra for everyone!

    Just help some friends move into this apartment complex. Their apartment is small but well arranged and able to fit both of them and their two children with ease. It has several areas for storage and wide open dining living room area. It looks like a nice place
