Nicky the manager at the Weston Apartments in Corsicana, is amazing. She is very professional and personable. She is always ready to help her residents, and even helps when off the clock. She is always trying to find ways she can help make her residents living situations and experiences better. If you are looking for an apartment complex and if they have the availability you will be considered lucky to have her as your manager.

Nicky is absolutely amazing at Weston apartments! I recently toured them and she has done an exceptional job there! The updates are gorgeous! The hospitality and professionalism that she exerts in top notch! She has a very welcoming office and sitting area as well! Most importantly, these apartments are centrally located near a great new shopping center and close to many dining options! The rates are extremely affordable! If you or someone you know are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Weston apartments! Nicky is the Best of the Best! 10 out of 10!!

When I began my apartment hunt I never imagined it would be this simple. Nicky worked so diligently to find the perfect home for me. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to send photos and cost breakdown. Unfortunately, I was not able to move in due to unforeseen circumstances and Nicky didnt bat an eye. She handled the process with grace and care. I cannot recommend her enough! If you are tired of dealing with the run of the mill, I urge you to seek out Miss Nicky at The Weston Apartment Homes. I recently just move back and was so impressed with the changes made. The outside was clean and inviting I just had to check things out and see if anything had been done on the inside as well. To my surprise some of the Apts had complete removations and looked awesome 👌 👏 management was so sweet and willing to answer all questions I had. Long story short I sign a lease right on the spot Nikki was awesome

We moved here when this place was called The Villa. Apartment life was new and hard getting used to neighbors in such close proximity. Nicky did everything she could to help us adjust, and even carefully selected our neighbors each time someone would move. Years later shes still so caring! From answering after hours messages, weekend requests, dumpster complaints, you name it, she truly takes care of the tenants and the property.

From the start of arriving to touring the facility. The experience was amazing. Never have I met a manager that had all the answers and was able to explain in a way both me and my wife could understand very easily. Very kind and sweet. Will definitely be look to move in soon

Love the property and Nicky Bancroft! My family and I showed up at the leasing office unannounced and was greeted with a smile. Nicky was obviously busy but stopped what she was doing to show us the model apartment. We completed the application and was approved almost immediately! Cant wait to get moved in!

I’ve been living here for 4 years and I have yet found anything to complain about. Nicky Bancroft is hands down the best landlord ever. If I could give her more stars I would. Always on time with everything and quick to get any issues taken care of. She listens to any and all problems. I can keep going on and on about how awesome she is but that means I would have to write a book. All around she is amazing and goes out her way for any of her tenants. Thank you Nicky for letting us stay at a nice and comfy place we call home. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

I have lived at the Villa/Weston apartments nearly my entire life it seems. Nicky has been around for quite sometime. She has always been so helpful in resolving any issue that comes up. Lets admit it, it’s apartment living, there are going to be issues here and there but she is always on top of it. Now that she has been the manager of Weston Apartments she has worked her butt off to help the residents not only get through the transitions but to take care of any issues that come up. She goes above and beyond at having resident appreciation events and allows the community a chance to just hang out and enjoy some food provided by Weston Apartments. If you’re needing an apartment for just you, or you and your family, call the office and get some info! Come join a community that will take care of your needs. Call Nicky today!

Nicky is an amazing person to work with. She is willing to help out a future renter any way possible. Even when you may feel confused and stressed she will help walk you through the issue. She is a phone call away. The Weston apartments are very nice. My son and daughter in law needed a place to call home that was within price range and in between both or their jobs and something nice they could be proud of. The Weston apartments are just that, she fell in love with the whole apartment. The whole apartment has been redone and she loves how big the living area is. Her kitchen is completely redone and all new and she cannot wait to make her first meal in her new apartment. Thank you Nicky and the Weston Apartments for giving them a chance to start their own lives.

Its a great place to live. For apartment living the cost is very low, the neighbors are quite and the surrounding area stays clean. The management of the complex are friendly and willing to help you with your needs. I have lived here for about 2 years in 2 different apartments. they made the transfer as easy as it could be. If you are looking for a fair price apartment that are nice and safe these are it.

I have been at these apartments for years . I have had a one , two and three bedroom and each time , Nicky made sure that I had a smooth transition. She is very professional , answers any and every questions I have , she will even check in after hours to make sure that everything is good . I have definitely grown a bond with her over the years . I’m sure other residents can relate. She goes above and beyond to make sure each of her residents are comfortable and whatever needs to be fixed , she is on it ! She is the BEST hands down !.
