I have been staying here for three years now the manager is very nice and helpful. The property is very clean if you have any maintenance issues, it is a quick response. They will not have you waiting.

I toured this place when looking for apartments. The amenities are amazing,they are also very reasonable in contrast to other places. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the application process and answered any questions I had.However,I had no idea that these apartments are unfurnished. The models in these photos do not represent the actual apartments. The resident had to provide all the furniture so that’s a huge bummer but it was a great location!

I am a current resident here at Westmoor, and I’ve lived here since 2014. Over the years we’ve had many office staff and maintenance workers, but I can honestly say the ones we have now are amazing. They are very professional, and considerate of my concerns, and my work orders are completed within a 3 day to a week timeframe. The office staff are friendly and polite every time I go in the office, and they answer the phone when I call. The manager contacts me to make sure my maintenance request was completed and to ask if I’m satisfied with the work. Also the simple fact that she takes time out time out of her schedule to send random texts asking if there’s anything that I need assistance with makes me feel appreciated as a tenant. She has also had major landscaping done on the property, which was well over due. We also have three separate swimming pools, which is perfect for the summertime, and one of the pools is for small children. The biggest thing I appreciate most, is her making sure our security gates are fixed all the time. We use an app to go into the property so no one has to stop at the box and punch in codes which is great. The complex host monthly crime watch meetings, and we have little to no crime activity on the property.I would recommend Westmoor to anyone looking for an apartment complex to move into.

My 5 stars is for Cynthia. She was very helpful from start to finish. Moved in on a special. I was so thankful for thatMy apartment was not move in ready like I expected. Damages still not repaired. My friend who referred me to the property didn’t get her referral fee. Even though I told them numerous of times, due to me not completing my app correctly she didn’t get it. The split rent is through a 3rd party that goes by your credit so it’s not guaranteed. You must have insurance on your car for covered parking. If you don’t have covered parking you must register your car EVERYDAY. My vehicle got towed my first night. My building is very muddy and floods bad.

Ive been living here for about a week. I love my apartment, neighbors are great, and staff is amazing. Cinthia help me with the process. Called and text me back every time I contacted her and never gave me the side eye. Super patient when I wont to change apartment 2 days before moving she never had a attitude. Felicia Regional Manager is very nice and patient. Jessica is a little bowl of energy and super sweet. The maintenance team is great. I had two small issue and they took care of it super quick. I think Im going to like it here

Omg I absolutely love these apartments and the staff here is amazing! Jessica and Cynthia are the absolute best! Also the manager Felicia is very professional and everyone tries their best to work with you so you have a place to stay. They make sure if I have any maintenance issues thay they are resolved immediately! I cant speak on other residences, but my building is pest free bug free and peaceful and so far Im really enjoying my stay here.

I am very impressed by the customer service that Ms.Elizabeth gave. She herself alone went above and beyond the call of duty. On my move in date my appt was not quite to my satisfaction, she sat me down asked me what could she do to make the move more to my liking. We discussed it for a second she made the necessary changes to the unit to satisfy me. I couldnt be anymore happier about the service gave. Ms. Elizabeth deserves a promotion, raise and of course to be commended for her efforts.

Ive lived here since 2017, and this is the best complex that Ive lived at. Maintenance requests are completed as soon as possible. I would also like to say that the manager of the complex has always been nice, helpful, and professional. When I had to have the floors in my apartment dug up to fix the foundation, she made sure that I was taken care of and that things were done properly. I truly appreciate her help and understanding.

Jerry was super helpful and made moving in very easy. I honestly don’t have much to complain about. Stayed here for 2 years and I felt safe the entire time. My only complaints are that one neighbor blasted super loud music on Sunday mornings and the pool was closed pretty much the entire time. It’s a bit pricey now to be in the hood(ish) area, but not a bad place to stay.

My husband and I are current residents we have lived here for 2 years and are currently starting a new lease in a bigger apartment. Jerry is my favorite leasing agent to speak with, he is so kind and knowledgeable and soft spoken. He is always willing to help and take care of anything you need. He was the one that got us the apartment we are in now and he’s helping us with the new apartment we are moving into. The complex is quiet and not a lot of people walking around and in a very good location as well. We are just about 15 mins from shopping and 20 mins from downtown and right by the interstate as well. We’ve enjoyed our time here and I hope other tenants have the same experience.

I came in under the previous management and when they were Park Village, but I have always been treated with respect, work orders are handled in a expeditious timeframe, the location of the community is perfect for my commute to work, and I appreciate all the upgrades and improvements the new management has made to make our community even better! I dont particularly like the area but I LOVE this complex! Ive been here since April of 2013 and this is the best and most professional experience Ive had with an apartment community. Grounds are always maintained, the pools stay clean year-round (not just during summer months) and the staff is friendly. Best complex in the area, bar none.

My husband and I moved in here in August & love it. It is a comfortable gated community and all of my neighbors are really friendly. Debby is one of the managers who is always very helpful and nice. I love living close to the dog park because I have two dogs and they love it too. They offer college student discounts that take 5% off the rent and that is very helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone. My main concern is that some of my neighbors don’t pic up their dogs feces and the dogggy poop bags need to be refilled. Doggy poop bags should be owned by dog owners any way so that is not really an excuse. There should defiantly be more attention paid toward that because the dog park bothers me due to that problem and that is what took of one star.

I lived there 8 years in two bedroom two and full baths. I enjoyed the apartment I lived in, the location was upstairs with a huge private balcony. It was an oasis for me, just the right amount of light in the livingroom and bedrooms. No roaches and no rats, Westmoor have the best pest control. I have no pets but it is pet friendly. I will miss the apartment I lived in.

AMBER is the best manger always listen and willing to help tenants always going another step and beyond. She is the new manager but you would have not realize she step right in and showed her professional experience.
