The Westerly team did a great job of touring multiple apartments as I assessed calling Westerly 360 home. They were quick to send documents and move in was easy. Both the front desk and maintenance have addressed items quickly. It has been a few months and the complex is great. Quiet community with older residents (ie the place stays clean and everyone is respectful) in a great location.

I reserved this apartment for 3 days through Airbnb and the price was well worth it. I have access to a great pool and gym in the complex and a full kitchen, living room with a comfy pull out couch, a separate bedroom and a HUGE bathroom with so much storage and a washer and dryer. It is very clean. I will definitely stay here again. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. The fact that it is right by a good mall and Barton Creek Greenbelt and Zilker Park makes it a perfect location.

I have been living here for about two years and I love it. The community is pretty new, the apartments are luxurious. I have fiber internet wired in the walls. No smoking community (although some people smoke in the 2nd building yard), pet friendly. The common areas are beautiful and clean. Lazaro and Yaumil, the maintenance guys are amazing. The best part is that it is only a few minutes from Zilker Park, Downtown and main entertainment venues!

Im excited to share a five-star review of my new apartment at the Westerly 360. Right from the start, Hailey and Kay were extremely helpful and responsive, making the move-in process smooth and convenient. They were also especially kind by thoughtfully guiding me to the most suitable floor plan for my needs.The apartment itself is highly impressive. It was clean and ready as promised, with a beautiful paint job that gave it a welcoming and luxurious feel. The floor plan is spacious and very functional, with modern fixtures that add elegance to the space. The numerous windows (so many windows!) bring in incredible natural light, creating an airy ambiance.The location is excellent, situated near the Greenbelt trails, Zilker Park, and a short distance from downtown. A nice perk is the underground parking garage that shields my car from roasting in the Austin heat.Overall, my experience in this new apartment has been great. The attention to detail, the assistance from Hailey and Kay, and the comfortable living space have made this transition enjoyable.

I cant say enough good things about living at Westerly360. From the beautiful amenities to the responsive management team, this community has exceeded my expectations.The apartments themselves are pristine and modern. I love having in-unit laundry, a spacious balcony, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The amenities are resort-style with the pool, clubhouse, fitness center and more.But what really stands out is the top-notch service. The leasing office team is incredibly friendly and helpful - always ready to answer questions or handle maintenance requests promptly. And the maintenance crew repairs any issues fast.Westerly360 feels like home thanks to the great events they organize too. From pool parties to block events, theres always something fun happening.If youre looking for an apartment with luxury features, great service and a real sense of community, I cant recommend Westerly360 enough. Im thrilled to call it home! Thanks to the entire team for going above and beyond every day.

Clean and quiet property located in a wonderful part of Austin. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hailey has been so attentive, kind, and helpful in assisting me as I found my new home. I love the amenities, especially the gym and the new pool! Parking is never a problem and everything is taken care of promptly. So impressed by the Westerly complex and their excellent team!

The information she provided was so helpful, and it allowed me to really imagine myself living there! Her attention to detail was excellent. The whole Westerly 360 crew was so friendly and helpful and attentive. When I inquired that my upstairs neighbor was moving out, Kay was able to accomodate my moving there as it was in the same price range which was really sweet of them. The views of the rolling country hills are amazing. The hallways are fully indoors which is good if you prefer it, the other buildings in Austin mostly dont. Very clean and convenient, folks who want the best of nature yet closeness to the hip areas, this place is great-

I recently had the pleasure of calling the Westerly 360 my home for two wonderful years, and I cant say enough about the exceptional experience I had during my stay. This apartment complex truly deserves a well-earned five-star rating.From the moment I moved in, I was immediately struck by the beauty and pristine condition of the apartments. It was evident that the management and staff took great care in maintaining the property. It was not uncommon to see them vacuuming and cleaning common areas daily, ensuring that the place remained spotless and inviting.One of the standout features of the Westerly 360 was the remarkable responsiveness to maintenance requests. I was always amazed by the same-day turnaround on any issues that arose. This level of efficiency and dedication to resident satisfaction was truly remarkable.The amenities at Westerly 360 were top-notch. The pool, gym, and all other facilities were consistently well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and stay active right within the complex. Whether I wanted to swim, work out, or just unwind, everything was in perfect condition.The location of Westerly 360 is another highlight. It strikes the perfect balance between being close to the action and offering a peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed the convenience of being near all the entertainment and dining options, while also having a quiet retreat to come home to.In addition to the outstanding property, I want to give a special shoutout to Kay, who was part of the property management team. She is truly amazing to work with and was always ready and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made my experience even more enjoyable.In conclusion, my two years at Westerly 360 were nothing short of fantastic, and I only moved to another property to get closer to downtown and chose to go with another apartment owned by CWS because I had such a great experience with ownership. Our experience with the Westerly Team has been nothing short of amazing! It started with setting up a walk-through with Hailey, whos a Rock Star! Shes very attentive, knowledgeable, responsive (not pushy) and genuinely wants to work with you and your needs, which was very important to us. We didnt feel like we were being pressured or rushed into a decision. Everyone on their team who weve been in contact with has been a tremendous help in the apartment viewing and leasing process. Had a great move-in experience. The entire Westerly team was very responsive. Kay Castilleja helped me look through multiple apartments and was kind enough to go over the details with me multiple times. Nick Puckett from the Westerly/CWS team helped me a lot during move in — at times carrying my packages from the delivery room right to my apartment. He was always just an email away and truly went above and beyond.The apartment itself is nice, newly built and has great accessibility to various parts of the city. So far so good.

Our family has been living at Westerly 360 and weve been really happy with the experience so far. The leasing team and office personnel are incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. You would think that they would turn on the charm only for marketing purposes to get people to sign leases, but they continue to be great even after youve moved in and are locked into a lease agreement. The building and grounds are spotless and if theres ever an issue, the management addresses it right away. If youre interested in an upscale luxury rental community in Austin, you have to seriously consider Westerly 360. I strongly recommend it!

Property management is accessible and anything I ever had an issue with (nothing major) they fixed right away. It was a really good experience.

She was soooo informative, and really allowed me to imagine myself at that community! She was very thorough and also cracked a couple jokes with me. We had a great conversation she just was a delight to be around. The community it self is absolutely gorgeous and well put together! We have lived here for 4 months and love it. Incredible location, beautiful pool, easy access to the apartment, ample parking, great office staff (shout out to Sakeenah!) and maintenance guys, quiet community, no crazy pool parties, reasonable prices for the area, recently built so everything is new - even has fiber internet wired in the walls. We weren’t excited about going back to an apartment after we sold our house but this place made the transition easy. Come check it out; you won’t be disappointed.

Overall great experience at Westerly, the team really makes it! Heather and Laz are so kind and helpful and would consider renting again in the future because of them. Missing star because pool was closed/under construction 9 of the 10 months we were there.

Westerly 360 is a modern community in one of the best school districts in the community. It is so new that everything feels fresh. The apartments are large, airy and spacious. The appliances and gym equipment are new. The swimming pool is well maintained and in a simple, rectangular shape so you can truly take a lap. Even the lounge is large enough to host a party or beat the Texas heat by the pool. But most of all the Leasing and Maintenance staff ensure your stay is comfortable. They respond quickly and attend to service requests in time. They are also very flexible. It is a great community to live with a family since everything is so close by. Kids can actually walk to schools in the Eanes ISD and the Green Belt is not too far either. We stayed at Westerly 360 for two years and enjoyed every moment of it.

We moved in the day after the units opened. While construction is still underway and most amentities are not yet complete, our experience has been incredible. The property is so well-managed, common area decor is on point, and our apartment feels like a home. These floor plans and finishes were so well-thought out and I can’t wait for everything to be completed. This area is beautiful and everything is a short drive. The Lincoln staff knows what they’re doing and they’re so friendly. We just love it here and are happy we chose Westerly!

Just want to give the maintenance staff a big high five for their incredible level of service they provide. I have lived here since literally day one and they have consistently provided quick and complete resolution to any issues I had. I would also add that the office staff provide the same outstanding help on any issues that involve them. I highly recommend the Westerly 360 if you are looking for a great place that is upper scale to live!

I moved in today and then got bunch of awful surprises.Review is based on just few hours of stay.1. They advertise about google fiber which is not there yet. Also there is no ETA for the same.2. You will get parking for 2 cars but garage is under construction and they have very limited parking. By the time construction is completed you need to park in Barton creek mall. What’s the point of having a covered parking garage.3. They have elevators but you cannot use them because just next to elevators there is trash room which I guess is never cleaned and you need to stop breathing so that you can pass by.This is you realize when you move in. So please be careful and don’t get carried away with the specials.Update : parking space and trash is fixed immediately after review. Google fiber still not there

Beautiful, convenient, great location! We just relocated to Austin and needed a good school district and a location that was close to downtown. Westerly 360 is in gorgeous Westlake neighborhood, less than a mile from the best schools in Austin, and close to great shopping and restaurants. Also it is so easy to get to downtown, Zilker park, great hiking trails and the airport. The management team is also the best I have ever experienced. They are professional and friendly and have made Westerly feel like home.

They always have a smile on their face and say hello to let you know how welcome you are.Since moving to Austin 6 years ago, we have been downtown, Lakeway and the Oak Hill area. Did the self guided tour! Everything was super clean and the apartments were beautiful, they had plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere so you can tell that they care about cleanliness through these tough times. A little pricey for me, but definitely worth it.
