Probably one of the best apts I’ve been in since moving to Houston in 2018. These apartments are super spacious, renovated, friendly community and the office staff (I worked with Matilda) as well maintenance team are very attentive. As far as roaches go, good luck finding an apartment in Houston without roaches. That comes with the texas heat. I did have roaches the first week I moved in but as long as you bomb your apt (roach bombs can be purchased at Walmart, any grocery store or Amazon) and useMoth balls and Boric Acid line of powder l, tablet and water traps. I got rid of all of my pests within that first week. You may see white powder in my kitchen floor, that is the boric acid powder.You don’t have to wait for pest control you can treat your apartment yourself if you want to live comfortably. It may seem costly but these items last. Most of them I had since my last Apt which was heavily infested. I was able to get rid of all pests within 2 weeks of living at that apt.Don’t ever say I didn’t put you on! ☺️

First Month has been good! On move in some of my appliances didn’t work but they got them going in relative time. Sturdy walls and thick floors. I’m 3rd floor and there are NO bugs. Not even an ant or random bug which is a first. (I did spray first before moving in).Internet connection is a 8.5/10. It’s quiet here. Almost too quiet. Clean but worn a bit. Friendly staff.Complaints-- Stove Light (that’s also above the bar) is WAY too bright/big/exposed. Needs shield or cover.- Fitness Center is Small (gyms are nearby)- Sidewalks and pavement are ragged and hold water.- Washer often sounds like Satan trapped in a Time Machine kicked down a flight of stairs in the lost city of Atlantis and my dryer was made during the civil rights movement… but they both work.Will update at Month 7

Super late review since I’ve almost lived here for a year. This is literally the best apartment I’ve had. From the application process to me moving in, it was very smooth and stress-free. My apartment was clean when I got it and they communicate well. It’s a cute dog park and they always have things (events) to do for the residents. Very friendly people.

The leasing manager Ms. Matilda Rodriguez was an absolute joy. She took me by the hand and assisted me throughout the entire application process.Ive been here a month and theres been no issues whatsoever. The maintenance workers come out asap in response to tickets. The place is safe and secure. Outside of the cars going and coming from the parking lot, its quiet here.If youre interested in relocating to a safe and quiet community this is the place for you and your family. Theres a pool and gym within this gated community.

I really love living at Westchase Creek Apartment. I lived there for two years and it was ah!mazing. Peaceful, Calm and Clean.Great customer services and awesome leasing staff that turn family. Paula Guzman helped me with my Lease, she was awesome, she ensured everything went smoothly for my move. But really, all the Ladies in there are friendly and super amazing. 👌🏾🥰Friendly neighbors too and Maintenance are fantastic, the best have seen. Not forgetting the Apartment life Duo with their great fun events. Wow 🥰🥰Its a really safe neighborhood, easily accessible to Westheimer, Grocery shops, Parks, Bus routes and Restaurants. I will highly recommend for anyone, looking for their new home.👌🏾✌🏾

So, prior resident. I lived here for 4-5 years. Cool complex, quiet, maintenance usually would come the day of the report if you have any issues. They also plan events for the complex community, never had any issues with my neighbors or the complex. Close to everything, can literally walk to HEB and Walmart or wherever.

Cant say enough good things about my experience. From when I first put in my application they were quick to met me know they were working on it, very accommodating for all my different requests and mind changes. My leasing agent was Maria and she was just wonderful, she was so patient and communicative throughout I really appreciate her efforts. The apartment looks great nothing wrong really it’s clean and has lots of light and functional. Had a small issue with toilet and maintenance came very quickly fixed it and helped set my bidet up. The compound is also kept very clean and I like that there are pathways to get to the front gate as well as having so many stores so close by! 10/10

We lived in Westchase Creek Apartments for over a year and only moved out because we changed staff due to work. Living in these apartments left a positive impression. First of all, I liked the management: very pleasant and sociable staff. Always ready to listen and help in resolving any issues. Very grateful to Miss Samantha Rojas, Miss Marija.Secondly, the infrastructure here is well developed: the location of the apartments is convenient for people who do not have their own car. Everything is within walking distance: supermarkets, shopping centers, public transport. The apartments themselves are clean and have all the necessary equipment. During the period of my stay, if there were minor breakdowns, they were always fixed within 24 hours. I had a case when the air conditioner broke down at 10.00 pm. evening, but despite the time, my problem was solved within an hour. I am grateful to Miss Matilda who always responded to my requests in a timely manner. Also, management constantly strives to communicate with residents; various entertainment events are often held.In my opinion, the area is very clean, green, well-groomed, but I would like that in the future there would be not only an area for walking dogs, but also a small corner where you can walk with children. Garbage cans are removed in a timely manner, and there is always a policeman on duty in the evening, which ensures your safety.As for the cockroaches, which many people write about, yes, they are present and this is not only in these apartments, they are all over Houston. Texas guys, this is their habitat!!! BUT If you maintain cleanliness and do not create an unsanitary area in your home, then everything will be fine.

I have been living here for a year. Matilda was the person who walked me through the entire process; however, everyone in the office helped me to address different concerns and always had the best attitude, even now!I stay in a Studio, and although it is quite small, it’s perfect for me and my two furr babies. It is well equipped and it’s exactly what I need. The apartments are safe and very quiet.The staff is always doing community activities to bring people together and it is always so fun and nice to see your neighbors, they are very inclusive and they actually make an effort to get to know the people in the complex.Maintenance is always on point, if they can’t fix it the same day they’ll come the next and fix it as soon as they can. I really have zero complaints, they are always on top of everything and keep the tenants well informed.They also have (I believe several) security guards walk around the complex at night to ensure the security. So far I’ve seen two and it makes me feel at ease.The pool and the complex itself (at least where my building is) is clean and in good shape, and the gym looks very simple but it has what you need and it’s also clean and organized.I just renewed my lease, and I have a feeling I will be renewing again.I like this community a whole lot and the crew is amazing, good job y’all!

Despite the short notice, she promptly arranged for my move-in the very next day after my application was approved. Her proactive approach ensured that all the necessary paperwork was prepared and ready for me upon my arrival, saving me valuable time and hassle.Not only did Sam take care of the administrative aspects with finesse, but she also ensured that the apartment was spotless and welcoming upon my arrival. Hi Im DAngelo the FedEx driver for this apartment complex and I can honestly say this is my favorite apartments to deliver to. The staff is very helpful and nice. Everytime the tenants dont put their apartment numbers on the label I have to go into the office and always greated nicely. One employee specifically helps me every time, her name is Maria, I believe. A very nice woman and very fast at her job. Im always happy when I go there because they even give me water. Very much need in heat like this. Thank yall for being so kind

I can only speak on the perspective of a single adult male. To sum it up, the complex is well organized, affordable and is ran by very competent people. Ms. Rodriguez and Ms.Vivian, absolutely stellar people.The maintenance workers are very helpful and punctual. This is a safe neighborhood and is more well suited to families. I am simply leaving because I just wanted a change of scenery. It has close access to a grocery store, hospital, bus stops and several schools.You will have an occasional roach but that is just Houston. I dont think there is an apartment complex in this whole city that does not have a few roaches during the winter. This complexs management, however, is sure to get on that by requesting pest control when requested and does so automatically periodically.In short, this is a pretty good place to live. If you work with them, I guarantee they will bend over backwards for you.

Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment.

I had a wonderful move in experience. Paula was an absolute doll the entire process. Her patience was quite fascinating. Despite last minute changes, she and I still stayed in contact and on the same page. My first week and Im enjoying the simplicity as well as the peace and the quiet.Update: 2 years living here and still counting. The leasing office staff is very professional, punctual, and kind. Theyre beginning to recognize me as the guy who comes in just for coffee and a quick hello. Ive noticed that management has begun some repairs and they look outstanding.

This was my first apartment complex and I have been living here for about 3 years. The only reason why Im moving is because of relocation and Im ready for an upgrade. This apartment is affordable and you can tell that the staff really cares about their residents and their reputation. Theres a big sense of community here, and people are always greeting each other outside. I feel really safe in this apartment, even when its really late outside. There is only 1 entry and exit which makes it safe. It is walking distance to Trader Joes which is really fun. The maintenance crew is very reliable and fast. It can take 1-3 days for problems to be solved, due to the urgency of the situation. There is also abundant parking for residents and visitors, which I liked a lot.Some cons: Some apartments have been renovated, and some havent so be careful with that. I lived on the third floor and my walls started cracking which was concerning. There was a big pest and roach problem the first year living here but they seemed to have it taken cared of. I did have to buy my own roach bait to get rid of them for good. There used to be a problem with people stealing packages, but I bought a security camera for my front door and that fixed the problem.In summary, I recommend this apartment if youre looking for something safe and affordable.

These apartments are the absolute best place to live...The front office staff to the maintenance staff all go out there way to provide a comfortable home for us residents... They are always making sure the residents are safe with on property security and they are always having nice events for our children and for the residents to interact... The maintenance is always prompt to address and fix any problems in your home and they keep the grounds outside beautiful and clean...I was surprised to have absolutely no problems here because I am very picky with home choices because I have small kids and other places didnt cater to kids but this place is amazing for that...The management all makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a resident and not fake appreciation...I have been here 3 years and my family and fellow neighbors truly enjoy living here...Give this place a chance and you will be absolutely glad you did...These are perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful and safe environment... Neighbors are very respectful of each other and there is always good parking spaces... School busses come straight to the front for students and many shops within walking distance make this a great environment if you have a family or you are single...I could go on for days about the professionalism displayed here by management and maintenance because it is absolutely incredible... I would see these apartments on my way to work every day, so I looked at their website and saw they offered units that met my needs. So I stopped by after work to ask about applying and Maria Carbajal was able to answer all of my questions and show me one of the apartments.Most of the process was easily completed online and Maria was great about answering my email inquiries within 1 business day, and even on Saturday. I was picking up the keys to my new home in less than a week and it only took so long because I needed to give a head up at work.All of the staff Ive met has been friendly and other than a few dents, the apartment is in excellent condition. Im looking forward to making it a home.

As with all things, nothing is perfect but this place does work well with me and my lifestyle. Ive had no major complaints that have not been addressed and resolved. I love the neighborhood and have been really happy here :)

My fiance and I have lived at Westchase Creek Apartments for a year now and it has been a great experience. We love the location and I feel safe in the area. The complex is clean and well maintained. The two times I have needed maintenance, they were prompt and got the job done quickly. There is usually a fun event every month such as a pool party, bingo, dance lessons, and scavenger hunts. Parking has never really been an issue for us but they have recently implemented parking permits to ensure that any parking problems were resolved. They also use electric documents that can be emailed and completed easily online. Which was great when I was moving from Dallas and couldnt come into the front office easily.We have almost exclusively worked with Leila in the front office from the very beginning tour. She has been so kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She is truly one of the perks of living here! I would highly recommend living here.

Recently moved from San Diego and I just love it here, it is definitely a place for me to call home. Centrally located, close to everything yet tucked away from the high traffic areas so there is peace and quiet.The apartment itself, is very nice, spacious, updated, functional, comes with plenty of storage space and the interior color scheme totally on trend. The pool, gym and surrounding landscaping are well maintained.Neighbours are respectful, quiet and friendly. At night, the apartment complex is well lit, and it feels safe to take a stroll.The management as well as the maintenance team are very professional, friendly, quick to answer any questions and prompt at resolving issue and concern of its resident. Thank you to Paula Guzman ( mgmt) for making the whole process easy and for going above and beyond to get the apartment ready ahead of schedule so I can move in earlier. As well as Josue Juarez from maintenance team, I appreciate your professionalism and prompt attention in resolving all the maintenance issues. Highly recommend Westchase Creek apt complex.

Awesome place to live Ms. Paula the leasing agent on the property Is AWESOME she work with me from start to finish! It took about 3 days to get the approval once all my paperwork was submitted and My apartment was available to move in that next week! 😊 She made the entire process smooth I was able to text her if I had questions about the application process and she responded promptly of during business hours only! My apartment is very nice I did a move in report wasn’t much major just small concern and they fixed it the same day. Josiah the Maintence Guy is awesome as well made sure all of my Maintence request were taking care of immediately. The pool and BBQ area is just fantastic! The area is wonderful a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. I just moved in last week and I look forward to many more years with this property.

The environment is neat and safe. The staff are awesome. They help you in anything you need and also fast. I would like to mention Layla. She is really great. Sometimes I have to wait till shes around to ask for help. Amanda is great too. I appreciate you all. Except if youre buying a new home, this is the best place to be.

I actually lived on the property and worked in the leasing office 33 years ago when it was brand new and called Eagle Creek back in 1986. I decided to move back in little over a year ago. After reading the reviews I am so glad that Ruja and her team took over when they did. I saw an immediate improvement! The staff are all pleasant and professional and seem to know what they are doing. My only concern is that they dont jack up the rent at renewal time to pay for all these fast improvements. Hopefully they know that we all have to live within our budget. Thats a major reason that tenants choose one property over another. I hope I can call Westchase Creek home for years to come. Ruha and the staff are very polite and courteous and take care of my issues (which have been very minimal) very quickly. They answer the phones and answer my emails immediately unlike the old staff. They actually care about their residents and their needs. Thank goodness, for once things are coming together in this complex. Theyve installed new lights in the parking lots, fixed the potholes and I even see them renovating more of the older units. Ive been here going on 3 years and only had one issue with a water leak and they took care of it as soon as it happened. All of my neighbors are nice and keep to themselves so there no loud noise at night (at least around my building)which is nice for me since I wake up very early for work. They have redone the pool area which looks awesome!! They started having events for the residents which enables us to get to know one another and the staff as well. They had a bingo night and many residents won money of their rent including me! I plan on renewing my lease here for another year.Thank you to the new management and staff for making my home a better place to live. Youre changes and work havent gone unnoticed. :-) Im adding to my review as of 8/12/2021. Ruha once again fulfilled all of my requests and was once again very kind, caring and professional!!

This review is well overdue. I’ve lived here for several years now and am quite content. I really love living here. I have been proud to call it home. It’s comfortable and peaceful. Never have I heard loud noise, the apartments are well insulated and I love that it’s so green with many trees on the property and it’s always well manicured. The pool is always clean and sparkling. 🏖🤿 🏊‍♀️I feel vey safe here as I walk my dog at all hours of the night and there’s rarely anyone out and never anything threatening. 🌳🌿I never have a problem with any bugs and if I ever have a repair need, which I rarely do, the guys are extremely prompt to take care of it. They are great and super knowledgeable and professional with any repair. 🔨Neighbors are always nice even if they don’t know you, they still greet you with a smile. Another plus is our Apartment Life couple. They always (I mean always) put together special activities, bingo, raffles, breakfasts, lunches, poolside movie night, all holidays get celebrated one way or another. I could go on and on. The point is that they work really hard to get everyone together, to have fun and to win prizes.We have many shopping stores for clothing, food and all the rest, as well as restaurants all within walking distance. 🍔🍕And last but certainly not least. The management is the best! I have never known such kind and caring ladies in ANY of the apartments I have lived in before. Serious, ALL the ladies in the office are sincerely caring and not just someone who works here. They work extremely hard to make sure everyone is content and happy. In my opinion, this is a one of a kind place to live and these ladies make it that way! They are always available to listen and are genuinely concerned for our well being. 🏆🏵🌺🌼

This is really a great place. During the ice pandemic,We had light and water. Just a low pressure on water for a day but it came up too. Great office staffs. This is my very first apartment and I think it is great. It comes with all the amenities that you would need. The washer and dryer included is a big bonus ohh and cable!! Yesterday I emailed the property manager and let her know about some minor issues I was having in my apartment. She sent over the maintenance man Armando and he literally spent a good amount of time here making sure everything was absolutely perfect!I literally don’t think I’ve EVER had a maintenance person come by and make sure everything was as perfect as it can be. And he was the nicest man. He tolerated my dogs and played with them too.Also, the leasing agent Leaila helped me out by answering my 5,000 questions I had before I signed my lease. She was extremely nice and so patient with me.I’ve have been so lucky with this new place. I signed a lease sight unseen and was so afraid it would be one of those looks good online but not in person place. But no! The property is nice and I’ve met sooooo many nice people around here. This is literally an experience I’ve never had at any other apartment complex. I feel very lucky to have found this place.

She made it easy and quick to see the apartments and application process, she also kept me updates throughout the whole process! The property looks amazing, and the apartment I moving into is great. Lots of extras as well! If you want to check out these apartments, call and ask to speak to Leila, you won’t regret it! Thanks Leila! The only downside to these apartments is that the parking space is small but other than that, its great! Ive recommended these apartments to plenty of people who are looking as well.

Since the new management team took over this past year things have gotten a lot better around here. The office staff is friendly; they listen when I call and very caring about the needs of their residents.Since taking over management has been working hard on updating appliances and changing out the outside lighting around the property. I love the fact that I no longer feel like Im walking down dark alleys when I take the dog out for her walk before our bedtime.Maintenance is on the job as well. When Ive reported any issues that need to be fixed, within the hour I get a text that they will have it fixed by a certain date. And they are great about following through to having the issue completed.A few weeks ago I was out walking my dog and a police officer happened upon me. I asked him if there was anything wrong and he assured me there wasnt. He then introduced himself and said he was our onsite patrol officer. I was pleasantly surprised; hes a very nice young man and I enjoyed meeting him. It feels great knowing that there is someone out on the property at night.And then there are my neighbors. I love them, they all seem to be very nice and friendly. When Im out walking they will stop and wave, say good morning, have a nice day, or good nights. If we have the time well stop for a pleasant chat.This is a great place to live. Its quiet and friendly.No loud, rude, or inconsiderate people here.So I would highly recommend moving here.[Unless you fit into that loud, rude and inconsiderate category, if so, then this is not the place for you.]

I am a future resident of Westchase Creek, I originally submitted my application to them on 05/06. It is 05/21 and although I have been verbally told my application was approved (as of 3 days ago), I have yet to receive anything in writing stating so. To make things worse, I set my move in date as 06/01 on my application and it somehow got mixed up with 06/21. I have tried to be patient with my leasing agent, but it seems shes very uncooperative. Never responds to my emails and rarely answers my calls. This isnt against every person from the leasing office, most of them are actually really sweet. Unfortunately, the person that was assigned to me doesnt really seem to care. I hate to be difficult with anyone, but I am extremely frustrated at the way they have handled things these past few weeks.Edit: I really appreciate the effort that went into making me feel satisfied towards the end of the leasing process. They went our of their way to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you!

Overall I like these apartments, the staff is nice and they all know me :-) Everyones experience is different but my experience has been good. I will be here for the next year or so until I buy my home.

Our house flooded so we had to find somewhere to live while our house is being repaired - and on a strict budget! We came here, and have been happy with the whole process. Any maintenance issues were resolved within a few days, an ant issue was taken care of very promptly and all personnel have been very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are always around cleaning and fixing the outsides. Our neighbors are friendly and and the kids play outside .I am deeply impressed with this complex

That new manager Demetria is really amazing! I’m super excited to be living here. I was very nervous because of the previous reviews, but I’ve truly never seen any of those issues! I literally just pay my rent, get my mail, bother the leasing agents every now and then, and go home. Ty, Brandon, Amanda, Myrka are so nice and i never have any issues. Best place to move hands down, and I typically don’t leave reviews. But this place is amazing. It’s like family!

My wife and I have been living here since May of 2015. I have not had any break ins or my car vandalized or anything of that nature. Last summer we had our daughter and our ac unit went out. Maintenance was here the same day and got us some temp. a/c until the next day when they put a whole new a/c unit outside!!! The new management that just came is amazing. Total 360 from Kelly the last Manager. Meda is the new manager and her and her staff have made significant changes to the complex. There is now a full time security officer here that is always making his presence known which makes me feel safe going out to work and leaving my wife and child home alone. Westchase Creek is in a great area so it can only be expected that you will have to pay a little more for a much more nicer area for your family. I have never had any PEST issues here either, mainly because we were taught to KEEP our place clean!!! We recommend Westchase Creek to anyone looking for a nice clean and cool environment. OH and one big thing is it is extremely QUIET!!! Peace and Love. God bless!

Been living in this apartment complex since October 2016, and i absolutely love it. The apartments have two sides, the basic, non-luxury floor plan, and the high-end, wooden floor, stainless steel floor plan. I live in the luxury section of the apartments which is why i dont complain like others do. Never had roaches or insects in my apartment. Security is okay, it is said to have two police cars patrolling the apartments but i only saw them a handful of times. If you put a claim/request the office gets to you in a pretty decent amount of time which is good. The area is great, you literally have EVERYTHING around, from all fast food places, to a variety of restaurants, to lots of grocery shopping (Walmart, Krogers, Target, Food Town ect.) within less than 10 minutes away! I totally recommend this place.

I absolutely love these apartments! The new management team here is absolutely amazing! The wonderful ladies that work in the front office are always smiling and ready to assist you in any way possible. Amanda & Leilah are always super helpful! These women handle tenant situations with the utmost professionalism. I’ve never received a hard time while dealing with any staff. Armando the maintenance man always comes right away or the very next morning to fix whatever issue he is called for. The management team here are always hosting fun events for the tenants to better interact with everyone. I’m definitely going to renew my lease here. It’s a really safe environment. Management hired new security officers to oversee the premises after dark. It’s super affordable here & they offer a all bills included with your rent option. I only pay $120 extra a month for valet trash service, water, electricity, wifi & xfinity cable services. Very hard to beat that deal! Great location right off of westheimer close to I-10, The beltway, HWY6, & Westpark tollway! With countless restaurants, a few shopping malls & endless entertainment. This should be your new home! You will love it here at Westchase Creek Apts & your wallet will love you even more!!!

Gorgeous Luxury style apartment homes. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quiet. The staff is always amazing and attentive. I love this complex. After the storm with Hurricane Harvey this complex located me an apartment do to their sister property flooding Lakeside Place Apartments. The staff is great very friendly and positive. They lend a hand whenever needed.

I’ve lived on the property for 2 years now and since under new management I have seen a lot of positive changes. From water conservation appliances to the decor at the pool. I love that they are catching up with Jones’ and doing more events on the property for the residents.

Incredible work by Leila Vega!!! She took her of me for my apartments . Unfortunately, I will be moving to Dallas for work. I am definitely coming again if I move back to Houston. Note that the apartments are very quiet.

The office staff are very kind and patient! Amanda and Rebeca were very nice and understanding! I didnt end up calling Westchase my home but I feel if the staff is as helpful as they were to me then they MUST really care about the residents.

I lived there for 7 years, amazing place, the people who work in the leasing office are very professional. We just call this apartment our home, thats why we lived there for a long time, good memories, nice and friendly neighborhood.

Even though this is an older apartment complex, it does not look like it now. Ive lived here since August of last year and the new management has made so many upgrades that it looks fantastic!Definitely a good and affordable place to live in the area.

#1622 this apt complex is pretty clean, calm, and quiet. Which I loveeee it’s in a good neighborhood and you have easy access to anything on westheimer. The staff are very sweet, they try to be as helpful and entertaining as possible. A very different experience than what I’ve had in the past with other complex’s. 10/10 recommend. (:
