    5 years of horror until XAVIER hes the best hes detailed and works with a sense of urgency. Hes in danger situations upon various vacant units but I have his back constantly working entire shift all day by himself and not a stain in sight HE DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE AND I JUST LOVE MR JOHN EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING

    I recently visited to look for an apartment for my mother, and Jocelin was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and professional, taking her time to provide all the information I needed. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was so friendly. The complex itself is beautiful and offers a lot of great amenities. I will definitely be applying for an apartment here for my mother. What a fantastic experience! Thank you, Jocelin, for being so outstanding! 😊

    I recently just move into my apt about a week ago the process was very easy and stress free the office staff was very helpful throughout the whole process my apartment exceeded my expectations it was clean and spacious maintenance staff is wonderful as well I put in a maintenance request it was done that same day

    Well once we first moved over into these apartments they were good with fixing things and the management team were on point but for the last few months it had gotten really rough and it got to a point I had to move me and my family out due to health and safety purposes, but I cant say that Jocelyn and John havent been doing they best cause they have no I wasnt happy neither with the hot water (boiler) situation and fixing things around the apartments but they are trying they best and when i did go into the office they were really cool and professional with me but other than that those apartments need some really really cleaning up to do

    Jocelyn worked extra Hard to resolve a difficult Situation which occurred at Westbury reserve. She was very kind, friendly, And solution based throughout the situation. Her approachability and care turned the negative experience into a positive.I would highly recommend asking Jocelyn to help resolve any issue that you have at Westbury reserve.

    I’ve had the worst experience with the previous office staff, but after meeting Whitley I feel much better going to the office with my concerns. She was so nice when speaking to me and address all my issues Ive been complaining about for months. Thank you so much again and God bless you in everything you do.     I’m moving in here tomorrow not sure how fast or efficient maintenance is just yet BUT the office staff is amazing !!!!! They are all very nice and sweet and they work with you on your application depending on your certain situation !!!! The units are upgraded very nicely and not that pricey at all!!!! Can not wait to get in and get settled !!!!! Need a place hit me up I’ll refer you to office manager SHE IS THE BEST you go Michelle White !!!! And justice was very sweet to!! The assistant manager was nice too just don’t remember her name right now!

    Great property. They were extremely easy to work with. Love the place. Recently renovated and painted. The owners care unlike some others. And they work things out with their clients no serving them with lawsuites like others. They want long term tenants. Just really nice people. I’m also a cyclists and they like cyclists.

    Westbury Reserve Apartments is under new management, its like a box of chocolate 🍫 and you never know what you are going to get. The new management has shown that chocolate 🍫 is good by making improvements of the property and the dwelling place where there residents live. When you enter the office area you are greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service and as a tenant that is important to me. Maintenance is great at responding on issues that occurs. There is security on site that gives me a comfort of safety that security is on the job while Im sleeping at night. There is more to come because improvements are continuing and i am smitten and excited. I am proud to call Westbury Reserve my home because management has stepped up to the plate and hit an home run, if nothing else come see for yourself and join me as calling Westbury Reserve on Fondren your home 🏠.

    I absolutely had a great experience. I’ve been helping my little sister view apartments for a possible move. I spoke with Angel and she was a very pleasant lady. She showed us around the community and insured us of all the upgrades that are being done.very refreshing experience for my sister and I.

    Really great experience from lease to move- in and throughout our time here. Units are nice and spacious. The new management is friendly, attentive and responsive. The grounds are cleaned regularly and very secure.Highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for affordable and all around excellent housing solution.

    I believe this is the best management this office has gotten in years. The manager Michelle is so nice and caring about the residents. Love that she makes you feel welcomed and actually concerned about the problems we have. You can see the difference in how people work with a good manager in charge.

    Justice worked especially hard to get my brother moved in. He loves his new place. It was cleaned to a T when he moved in. He has his own place which is what was mainly important and its close to his job. Justice worked night and day to work within his budget and to provide a friendly professional environment.     Im surprised to see the poor reviews. I went here just this weekend looking for a new home and couldnt be more happy with my experience.Everyone seems eager to assist you, from the second you walk in. You immediately feel like you are important, and finding you the perfect home is important to them.I am so happy we even found this place.My husband and I will be moving in as soon as we can decide on a date, and I will come back and leave a new review after move in, and another after 6 months to let you all know how it goes.Wish me luck. Although I dont think Ill need it, the office ladies here were great!

    I live here and i cant believe some of the things that i am reading. I have been here for almost a month and i have only had a good experience with the staff in the office. When i moved in there were minor things wrong with my apartment but maintenance came out and repair them the next day! I give the office staff kudos for everything they do. I love my new apartment and the location. Im happy with my decision. #teamwestburyreserve

    I’ve been here for some time now to be able to see three different property managers and by the best one to come has to be Ms.Kim she immediately jumped on all of my concerns and went above and beyond just to make sure I didn’t need anything else. Unlike the last Property Manager we had Angie Barajas who made it very clear she didn’t like black people and couldn’t communicate or carry herself as a property manager. She pushed back all my work orders as if I never made them purposely wouldn’t answer my phone calls even “lost” a money order of mine. Now that we have Ms.kim I have hope that these apartments are I’ll make a change cause I see her moving mountains already. To the owner I see you make changes to your property a lot when it comes to staffing but one thing I can say if you let this one go “Ms.Kim” me an other residents will be leaving right with her. She has made so many changes in the small amount of time she has been here trying to piece together broken pieces your last employees left her to clean up she fixing so many over looked mistakes and doing it with a smile as long as she is still her Me and the rest of the complex will still be here.

    SECURITY IS NOW GETTING ATTENTION BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. MY VEHICLE WAS FORCED OPEN AND VANDALIZED TAKING CHANGE AND SUN GLASSES. I DONT STORE MY WEAPON IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT OR UNDER THE FRONT SEAT. THERE ARE DRUGS BEING SOLD IN THE COMPLEX AND AS LONG AS DRUG DEALERS LIVE HERE THERE IS GOING TO BE ROBBING AND STEALING TO BUY THEIR MERCHANDISE FOR ANOTHER HIGH.I SEE THE CONSTANT STREAM OF STREET LIFE AND PROSTITUES GOING UP THE STEPS TO THE APARTMENT SELLING DRUGS. I HAVE A PARKING STICKER ON MY VEHICLE BUT NOW PARKING IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT A PERMIT. UNAUTHORIZED RESIDENTS HAVE LEFT JUNKERS THAT ARE NO LONGER MOBILE TO TAKE UP A PARKING SPACE FOR TH E AUTHORIZED RESIDENTS THAT PAY TO LIVE HERE WITH THEIR CHILDREN.THE BACK GATE REMAINS DISABLED AND WIDE OPEN FOR EASY ENTRY FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES THAT COME AND GO DAILY INTO THE COMPLEX. IF A UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WANTS ENTRY THEY PULL OFF TO THE SIDE AND WAIT FOR A VEHICLE TO USE THE GATE CODE OR MOBILE APP TO GAIN ENTRY INTO THE COMPLEX. THEY HAVE DEVELOPED A WAY AROUND THE SYSTEM TO GET INTO THE COMPLEX. STILL THE GATE CODE IS EFFECTIVE TO KEEP HONEST PEOPLE OUT. I THING THE GATE IS STILL EFFECTIVE AND MAKES A EFFORT TO MAINTAIN SECURITY. KEEP THE GATE OPERATIONAL BY ALL MEANS!!!!!TEACH THE MAINTENANCE STAFF HOW TO FIX THE GATE WHEN IT IS INOP. IT IS A MACHINE AND CAN BE REPAIRED BY KNOWLEDGIBLE STAFF IF TAUGHT HOW TO FIX IT........ WALKING SECURITY PATROLS OF THE COMPLEX DURING THE NIGHT IS A MUST BUT NOT OFTEN DONE OR SPECIFIED BY THE COMPLEX ADMINISTRATOR., GET THOSE GUARDS OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND ONTO THE SIDEWALKS OF THE COMPLEX TO SEE WHO COMES AND GOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    GREAT JOB!!!Seems like every since the new management team has come in, this place has been wayyyyy better. I dont remember the ladies names (shamefully) but one thing I do remember, is how frustrating it would be around here.I seriously wanted to move (like most the comments below seemed to want to do as well lol).. But now with the new management people in office, I just am glad I can keep still and finally feel at home.Id say so far there already seems to be a major turn around here and so I just had to come leave a good review and delete my old bad one lolTHANK GOODNESS FOR THIS NEW MGMT!
