    Very good experience, the maintenance gentleman was very patient with me and showed me the right way to turn on the water in the tub, there was nothing broken it’s just that I didn’t know the right way to turn it on. Thank you!

    The Staff Team are very friendly. Ive been here 3 Months now Im loving it.I want to thank everyone for a job well done. My move-in was effective. Office staff so polite and friendlyIve lived here over 8 yrs owners changed 2xs ...Unfortunately the new owners dont want senior housing so Im going to have to relocate. Several lines of communications are available to have questions answered.     We are so glad to have found Westbury Crossings. They moved efficiently when we applied. Ms. Marlene understood the urgency of our move-in date and acted fast. They are always professional and friendly. They have worked with us the past few months due to some personal issues and never once complained or badmouthed us. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, ready to assist us with any issues we may be having. Overall, great establishment.

    I am a new resident at Westbury crossing. The manger is awesome!!! She is up front and honest. Her assistant is awesome as well. Maintenance is working hard getting my apartment and others ready for move in dates. I am so happy

    I have lived here 4 years and I love it! The staff is awesome. Manager Marlene is a sweet heart and truly cares of this community. Maintenance staff is outstanding also.

    We have called Westbury crossings home for over 20 years, I moved here when my son was a toddler and now he is 24 years old. For 17 years we have been blessed to have good neighbors Kathleen and nick gomez and darell the Houston constable. The last 3 years has been a nightmare, neighbor with many cats and porch pirates. But all in all it has been an awesome experience living here. Marlene, Ana, Jose and Eduardo has been fixtures in our lives, always willing to help. Miss them dearly. We will be moving out as of July 1st.

    I grew up on SW side so I was extremely hesitant about applying to these apts. Im really happy I did, they really keep these in good shape and reinvest in the property. They did a thorough screening on me, kinda had me nervous!! But at least they are trying to make sure residents are safe so it was worth it. I got a move in special(huge blessing) and the ladies in the office are so sweet and really trying to do their very best which I appreciate. I would recommend this specific property to anyone wanting somewhere affordable, quiet, clean and a professional staff. Thank you Ms. Ana and Ms. Marlene!! Yall are doing an amazing job❤️

    For may I was charged extra,35.oo dollar reason I had not renewed my lease management answer I would be credit didnt see it in the portal my lease were not up but got charged payed 1214

    I just want to let people know. I have rented a home for 10 years which has been sold. Not knowing much about renting apartments. I arrived here at westbury crossing. Ms. Ana and her manager were very nice and professional. Ms Ana follow up to let me know what they had. This is an older community but they have put a lot of love into it. If anybody is looking and really not sure where to go or what to do. These people will do what they can to help out. Just remember its a busniss so dont hate if you dont get approved they are also looking out for the good people that call this there home. Thank you Ms Ana for your kindness.
