    A new tenant here at West Wind apartments,as far as the move in process, it was super quick and easy!My apartment was clean, upgraded, and ready to go within a week.Michelle explained everything to me in detail and made sure all my questions were answered.     I have been here going on 4 months. Move in process was super easy and fast! Michelle the office manager is the BEST!! Parking can be a bit hectic, but thanks to her and her hard work I got a good parking spot =) the property is quiet, maintenance is on point even though Ive only called them once for minor touch ups at the beginning. Thats how good my unit is. Thankfully havent had any issued. Thank you Michelle for being so much help and so nice.

    I’ve been living here for a few years and any time I’ve had a maintenance request they’re pretty quick to fix our issues usually the next day it’s done. The office manager Michelle has always been super helpful, she’s always received me with a smile and ready to help in any way she can.

    So a few months a go I had posted a bad review about the leasing agent I can say now Ive seen nothing but improvements. The only apt community in which the corporate office actually cares about the residents after my negativepost. Corporate responded immediately listened and cared about what I had to say mind you I posted on behalf of my mom who has lived there over 30 years now longest residence. Parking i dont care for but that little stuff they maintain the apts management has done great improvements. Great people, nice upgraded apts and a good community over all.

    I’ve been a resident for almost a year and I’ve seen a couple different office managers and most not so great but was so happy to see Michelle is back!!! She was so helpful when getting our apartment I hope she’s here to stay!

    Updated Review: Briana and Martha have been amazing throughout my experience! Briana has gone out of her way to make my application process as smooth as possible!! Martha has been very helpful with the availability for me as well! I am extremely grateful for both of them!     Absolutely wonderful experience living at this complex so far and I feel that is in large part due to the apartment manager, Veronica, who keeps the whole complex very well managed and is the kindest, most helpful person you will ever meet. I have lived in expensive luxury apartment complexes in Medical District and Uptown Dallas, and the service here is just as good if not better. Convenient trash bin and laundry locations, reasonable fees, and nighttime courtesy patrol are all great.Update 6/1/20Since I first starting staying here 2 years ago, the apartment manager has changed a few times. The current manager, Martha, is wonderful and very on top of things. She is always responsive and very helpful!

    My best friend lives in these apartments and have seen a difference ever since the new owners took over, I must say everything is so convenient and easy. Property is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have gone to the office with my BFF and the manager is really helpful and explains everything upfront and doesnt beat around the bush and its always a pleasure to be in her presence.

    My family and I have been here almost 7 years now. Good community, kids can walk to school if they want. Kids can play outside and you dont have to worry about them. Theres a lot of good changes being made by the new management. Now if you put in a maintenance request, the men come as soon as possible not like before. The manager is really nice and helpful. The apartments might not be perfect, but thats because of the poor management that was here before. If youve lived here a while now you can see the changes being made. And all for the good!

    I absolutely love my apartment.The grounds are always well maintained. My Neighbors are always nice and easy to live around. Office and Maintenance staff very professional . Noemi the property manager has been very helpful and professional excellent customer service . Over the two years Ive been living here I strongly recommend to all.

    Martha took great care of me! She was able to show me available rooms and help me through every single step of the leasing process! Moving from California I was worried about how the transition would be and she made me feel right at home! If there is any availability in this community I recommend you to jump on it!

    This place is so cozy & quiet. The leasing manager, Rebecca was so helpful & friendly throughout the process. The grounds are well manicured & the apartment it self is fresh & beautiful. All new appliances & flooring. I think I will enjoy my stay here.

    I usually dont leave reviews but in this case I felt I should. I was looking for a move in ready 2 bedroom for the upcoming first of the month of December but unfortunately there were none available. That was a bummer for me but one thing that stood out to me was the way I was treated and the way I was spoken to. The customer service rep that greeted me , I believe her name was Becky , well she was very professional and very informative. She made me feel comfortable with my questions. Not to mention that I loved the model. I will be keeping an eye out for available units in the near future.

    Grew up here. Good apartments but they are not the best.Update (2018): I see the apartments replied to my post and they want to know why I had negative experiences. I say the first negative is that the apartments have cockroaches, it’s not a lot but they do have some cockroaches. They also have a little bit of spiders. Not the big spiders but the little ones. Second the dishwashers don’t work. We told maintenance to fix the dishwasher but they never fix it. My family has been living here for 15 years and they have never fix the dishwasher. We have live fine without a dishwasher but my question is why have dishwashers in the apartments if they don’t work? Lol Might as well not have dishwashers, just take them out of the apartment units. I can’t think of anything else negative. Other than that everything else is fine. The maintenance staff is good, the manager is fine, the soccer field they build is pretty cool, they decorated the pool so now the pool looks nicer, the kids park is alright, the security officer at night is a plus and the apartment units are in well shape. So like I said the apartments are good but not the best.

    Great apartment community. Rebbeca the manager is always on top of everything. Great manager. Maintenance are awesome here they get there work order in timely matter. Very friendly. My neighbors are very friendly. I love my apartment nice spacious love the wood floor type of style. Nice upgrades. The soccer field is the best havnt seen any apartments with this type of ammentie. I appreciate the welcome home and it truly does feel like home. Thank you for the great experience

    I’m so happy that Cinthia had took over as being the new Manger here! She did a lot of great changes. she was so attentive to everyone needs and issues, she has done a fantastic job!! But I’m also sad that she will be leaving us there was no one Better than Cinthia who really care about us and getting things done the right way! Over all this months that she took over she did an amazing job!! She deserves a reward!!

    Ive Lived Here Almost A Year And I Love it Just Renewed My Lease For Another Year ! They Are Great With Maintenance Request And Fixing Things Right on Time. Very Quiet Area and Good Environment To Have Children Around. Management is Really Respectful And Always Answers The Questions I Have Immediately.     Its been by far the best experince moving to this community , great costumer sirvece, been here for the past 3 months and have no bad feedback, No complaints... will totally recomend anyone.     Great Place to live in awesome people.. they are on working hours 24/7 my apt was clean & beautiful. they have a security guards all night long.. they have alot of parking spaces. NO drug dealers or thiefs. its a very calm place.. what else can i say GREAT PLACE TO LIVE..

    Hello, I have been living here for about 7 years, I like it because it is a very quiet place, a very familiar atmosphere, the maintenance is on the lookout when damage is reported, they come soon, my only problem is always the air conditioning, in one room it does not reach I have never been able to fix the air, and my biggest problem is my neighbor, she is unfriendly, she keeps an eye on you and everything gets annoying, she makes a bad face at you when she sees her, without doing anything to her and I asked them to move my apartment They always say if it comes when The contract is about to expire to give him another one and when I go they say it cant be done. This is what is motivating me to leave here.. Regarding the managers, I want many that have arrived, only 2 I want are very friendly, the one that is currently there, I dont know what she is like, I still dont have the pleasure of meeting her.

    Many thanks to the staff at Oscar corporate and Cynthia manager of West Wind Apartments for their help in resolving the details of my contract so I could move. There are times when we act on the spot but the administration worked with me and we reached a happy arrangement. I definitely recommend this complex. I had to move due to a family emergency. Thanks to the maintenance team.

    I have been living in these apartments for 4 years now. Since they updated the property it is much more comfortable to live in. Maintaining very good service, and Miss Veronica is a very good person and a very good personality. The only thing that people talk about is bad service is not that because they dont understand that its not them that they just live in your house, its their house, thats why we dont help a little bit, like putting the garbage in its place and not throwing it in the street, keeping your house clean. department, thank you Verónica for your services and also the maintenance ones.

    West Wind Apartments is an excellent complex to live in since it covers all my needs, it is central, commercial and has several freeways nearby. The manager Martha is a very attentive person, who always resolves maintenance and emergency problems quickly.I think I made the best choice by living here, plus they are newly remodeled and the interiors have very beautiful modern designs.

    Nowadays and at this moment we are satisfied and little by little we are managing to repair what one day no one understood us because we were rejected day by day because we reported what we needed and no one listened to us. We can understand the problems we are going through with this pandemic but they were not for nothing either. listen to our repairs thanks to the new manager that they brought us to our community because when you have a kind, polite and understanding person you feel in a better way and we will be able to look to the future a better community and a better service from maintenance thanks for trying hard every time I believe that in all these years of being in this community, someone different has never arrived like we are seeing and we feel very proud to be able to see changes every day

    I have been looking for an apartment in the Irvin area and I found this beautiful place. I loved it. Unfortunately, I did not find it available for the time I occupied it, but Ms. Martha had excellent treatment towards me, which is very difficult to find one hundred percent in a property I hope there can be a 2 two bedroom apartment for the next months of April or May
