Wesley Gardens have been so helpful for me and my family. Office staff and maintenance team are awesome. Besides the fact they have had our water shut off for 24 hours which is utterly ridiculous.

I have been here for about 2 weeks now and my experience has been great so far! Bianca in the office is really helpful and the maintenance is really fast at fixing any problems! It has been really quiet during days and nights!

Straight up. There are a lot of roaches here, but thats pretty common in Houston. With that said, you get what you pay for. Ive been here for awhile and its not bad. I dont plan on moving as long as my rent stays cheap. Everything, literally anything you want, is within walking distance. Bus lines within a 100 yards. A major grocery store within 200 yards. Walmart within half a mile. I havent seen any movie theatres but who goes to movie theatres these days.

These are some decent apartments to live in…And they are very courteous about certain things..I just feel like there is a bit of lack of communication or miscommunication some where. Because I’ve asked multiple times for things to get fixed and it wouldn’t be addressed until there is another reason for maintenance to come and check my apartment.Now I will say, that once they’re started, the problem is fixed in a reasonable matter..However I don’t feel you should send a “COMPLETE” text unless all the work is done or you have confirmed with the maintenance guy that it was done and no further work needs to be done. Also an itemized bill should be given when you pay your rent with the other fees. And I also feel you should go behind and see the results of who ever does our pest maintenance..Because I had to go out and buy my own because the results were not good.All and all I still give these apartments a good rating..

Besides the roaches, it just depends how often u stay up on your cleanliness in your apartment, for the most part… I love how the maintenance is always soooo helpful and tries to keep the environment so neatly.. & they always have a 24/7 hotline as well! The apartments is nice on the inside , besides that I give it a 7.5/10 living arrangement wise ;)

I have been living here since Ive moved to Houston. I am a very hard person at times when it comes to where my family has to love. The office Staff has been amazing to me. Theyre understanding of my needs and do their very best to get everything done. Lets be honest people cant get to you as soon as you report a problem, but my work orders are always Seen about in a 24-48 hour turn around. Ms. Nora in the office is always helpful and will take her time with you. I have never seen her upset or with anyone attitude. Ms. Monica is forever smiling and has a happy demeanor. The neighborhood is not in the high end of the city but your neighbors are friendly and kind. I love where I stay and until its time Ill be right here.

I’ve lived here two months and it’s pretty quiet I’ve had three issues and every time a work order was put in maintenance was here early the next day. I’m satisfied I have had a ac issue maintenance fixed it next day, my garbage disposal wasn’t working and while maintenance was fixing my ac he fixed the garbage disposal I needed new keys got them right away.

UPDATE: When I first moved in the office staff wasn’t good and maintenance was slow. Since being here a year they’ve had change in staff which has been great when you come in and talk to them. As for maintenance every time Raymundo (I hope I spelled his name correctly) comes it’s fixed THAT DAY!! He has always been very good and informative when it comes to fixing the things in my apartment. I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4 based on these improvements that were much needed! There is really only one improvement that needs to be made which is security! After my car was broken into overnight, they put a security guard in our area for maybe about a week or two, I haven’t seen one at night since! Over all things are improving and for the most part it’s quiet place to live. Below is my first review of these apartments and things were not great here!DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’m stuck but if you’re not, don’t come! Maintenance comes when they like to, it seems. I’ve had the same broken ac for going on a month now, they finally came to “fix it” last week and now the pipes are freezing and water dripping once I turn it off. I moved in a month ago & have called the office many times on things that need to be fixed in my apartment, they say the same thing “I’ll send some one right over now”, no one ever shows up that day! Although I’m a resident my car got towed yesterday morning for an expired visitors pass that was given to me BY THE OFFICE! When talking to them I was told that there’s nothing they can do about it, they are giving out visitor passes until they are able to get stickers, when I asked them when I get my car will I be able to have my sticker (because I simply don’t have the time to keep running to the office for an up to date visitors pass, I work before they open & don’t get home until way after they are closed) I was told that they don’t know when they’ll receive the stickers and made an attempt to call the tow company to find out when they’ll get stickers for the residents but they didn’t answer! I’ve missed 2 days of work because of this that I won’t be get paid for. I paid my rent early plus all of my other bills to make sure everything is in order and this happens! Feels like a big scam to me! Crazy part is I’ve only lived here a month and I’ve read other reviews and I can’t say I disagree with anyone who has given this place a one star rating!

At first I wasnt too happy about moving here, because I had to move in a hurry and Im unfamiliar with this area.. But honestly the staff in the office has been awesome. Especially Renee she always greets us with a smile and trys her best to make sure we are comfortable in our home.

Ive lived here over 1 year and I was ready to move out the first 3 months but I didnt and im now im glad i didnt i have seen some major changes here from the customer service i received then and what i get now. Maintenance is still slow but they are getting better. I can see the difference in how the apts look on outside they arent all green and molded anymore no more trash everywhere.

Being living here for about 2 months now..I must say i enjoy my apartment! I feel safe and the office staff has been the best at handling any issues i have with my unit in a timely matter. Im glad i choose Wesley gardens as home...The office staff and mananger are great welcoming and understanding professionals👍

I would like to give 5 Stars to the ladies in the office..you cant find more helpful and professional people anywhere..they handle any problem with care and professionalism that you just dont see now a days..they all deserve 5 Star because they actually care about the people here .. Im happy here ..and theyre a big reason way..I would give 10 Star if I could.. excellent work ladies !! Even the Maintenance is Great !!

First off I wanted to say, I am a current resident...Ms. Monica has really cleaned up the property for the better...she really tries her best and I see the improvement...kuddos to her and her team...there arent kids running all round the property at night destroying things and being all loud... whenever you put in a work order she tries her best to get her workers out there as fast as possible...keep up the hard work Ms. Monica...so to all the future residents, give Wesley Gardens a try...

I love it here. Nice neighbors, cool manager, just chill spot. Like anywhere you live it has its problems, but there working on it. Ill say their good out weighs the bad. Would love a basketball goal though (hint, hint)...

Leasing office is very attentive to issues. There’s some things that could be worked on but for the most part they’re on top of the improvements. I can definitely see myself staying here a while

The area is ghetto but they try there best on making sure we are in a safe environment. Every now and then I hear gunshots but the staff is really nice and work order are fast and makes sure it doesn’t happen again

Let me tell you about wesley gardens apartments they are the best i have been living there since 2015 and now we are in 2020 the reason why i have been there so long because they believe helping Now i have seen so many managers come and go but when it comes down to the manager(Ms. Monica) of Wesley Gardens when i tell you she is AMAZING since she have been there everything i ever asked for she make it happen and that is what i love about Wesley Gardens because we are a family over here from the office to the Neighbors. SO IF YOU LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT COME ON DOWN TO WESLEY GARDENS APARTMENTS AND TELL THEM JASMINE KNIGHTON SENT YOUP.STHEY KNOW ME VERY WELL

I really love when i tour the property and what really turn me on for these apartments is when they say they work with evictions and broken leases i know i will have to pay a higher deposit but who cares i really did like that about them especially Mrs. Michelle ive been speaking with her she is a very sweet nice lady and i will rate these apartments at 5 stars
