    We loved living at Wellington Grande! Family of four with two young boys who loved the pool. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we moved in. The property was managed and maintained well. And they were flexible with us when our lease was up, and the house we were remodeling wasn’t finished yet. Infinitely better experience than the apartments we lived in when we first moved to the area. Thank you to Kris and her team!

    After touring many of the apartments in town, Wellington Grande stood out above all of the rest. The staff here is amazing—friendly, diligent, and genuinely cares about its residents. They’re always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Krista, in particular, is the sweetest person. Shes so easy to communicate with and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Everyone who works here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the care they give to every apartment. I truly have no complaints and am so glad I chose this wonderful community!

    I am living here at Wellington Grande for four years now and I can say it’s a fantastic place to live, I love my place layout and appliances as well as the property nice pool, barbecue areas, gym, club and parking spaces. The property manager, staff and maintenance team are incredible friendly and very efficient, their professionalism, helpfulness and responsiveness are commendable. The grounds are always well-kept, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and conveniently located place to call home.

    Our family of 4 has lived at the Wellington Grande for the past 10 months and we love it here! The facilities are well-kept and clean. The pool area is stunning and we swam multiple times a week all summer. If we have any trouble, maintenance comes in a timely matter (though we’ve rarely had to contact them). The staff is always friendly when we see them. 5/5 stars!

    This is a true WORRY FREE LIVING Community!Our little family couldn’t have found a better home! Yes, you read this correct. Our home! From the initial tour of this community, the staff and property has remained the very same. They truly care about your family’s wellbeing and living. It can be seen consistently in their sincere communication, maintenance of the property both outside and inside the property. They are timely and genuinely respectful with each and every encounter! They take everything that happens personal and will not leave anything undone. Honestly, we gained more than a wonderful home moving here, we gained a family. I honestly can go on and on!!     Wellington Grande is a great place to live! We moved in after selling our home of nearly 20 years so we were a little worried about adjusting to renting. It has been a wonderful experience…staff is polite and so helpful, neighbors are kind, and any maintenance issues have been solved quickly.

    The Wellington Grande is am amazing apartment complex. Everyone is so incredibly kind. The front office ladies are exceptionally helpful and are even down to just chat when not busy. The grounds are always so beautiful and well kept. I have loved living here!

They are very attentive when issues arise. They do their best to fulfill your emergency needs even after hours.     I absolutely love living here. It is quiet. My apartment is gorgeous and I have an attached garage, so I do not have to deal with the cold weather. If I put in a ticket maintenance comes right away. Its my favorite place in Longview hands down.

    Best apartment complex in Longview! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The complex is always clean and relatively quiet. The apartments are cozy and perfect for our family. During the summer, the pool is our favorite place to be. It stays very clean as well and our kiddos enjoy it.

    The Wellington Grande Apartment Homes was truly designed for all family structures. Not only are we close to all the major shops and amenities that Longview has to offer, the complex is also very safe, serene, and welcoming. We go on our family walks as much as we can throughout the week and the pool and gym is just EXQUISITE!! We love living here.

    By far the best complex I’ve ever lived in. The community is unkept well. I love my apartment with the attached garage, which gives your unit a townhome vibe. It’s in the prime location of Longview - just down the road from everything! The leasing agents are always friendly, helpful and welcoming! The best complex in Longview in my opinion.

    I lived at the Wellington briefly two years ago with my parents and I absolutely loved it. The apartments are beautiful, its quiet and everyone is very friendly. I recently contacted the Wellington about my rental history and even though I had lived there in two years they treated me like I was one of their residents. Krista is super helpful and is amazing at her job! You will not be disappointed living here!

    This is our first time to live in an apartment and we had heard negative things about apartment life so we were a little nervous. The Wellington has been a very pleasant surprise.     Love living here!!!!! I feel like I am on a vacation. The staff here are all so kind and helpful. Krista Morris is so very helpful and attentive to all needs. I live in a 3 bedroom and have plenty of space. Everything is clean and well taken care of. I work and come home to easy living!!!!! Looking forward to enjoying the pool this summer. The hot tub has been refreshing on cool days. I love the Wellington here in Longview. It’s like a vacation but I am home.

    Had to give a review after I plan to leave this wonderful place. I have experienceed nothing but greatness of the management team the maintenance team. The floor plans and everybody that had a part in my lifestyle living.I am truly excited to move on but truly sad day I will not be able to find the standards that was set buy this apartment complex in East Texas. Im been in the big cities they call themselves apartment homes and make you feel like youre just a tenant this place makes you feel like your truly at home and not in a apartment no matter where you are on the property. It has a very warm inviting and friendly have only made two of my neighbors within the 8 months that Ive been here and they were awesome.. I hope that those of you that are looking for a home to truly call home you choose this place definitely five star... I love the way the apartments are designed over the garage is so it gives you more privacy and not disturbance of your neighbors thanks for a great design. The gym is on point great on demand fitness and tan beds. The pool and lounge area around to include the jacuzzi are the best because cleanliness is paramount. Wellington you rock

    We moved in right after they were opened, and stayed for about two years. Absolutely loved living here! The staff was great, gym was well stocked, pool was beautiful and our neighbors were wonderful! Only reason we left was to buy our first house and have a yard for the dogs.
