Leased the apartment last month through Sara who was knowledgeable, efficient, and super pleasant to deal with. Upon move in I had a tricky internet issue that required the assistance of Max, Guy, and Jamie who were all outstanding. My first maintenance request wasn’t urgent, yet it was addressed in under two hours. So far I love it here.

Waterscape urban residential is a great place to live at. I love the office crew. Also the maintenance staff. I put in a maintenance request and my maintenance request was honored and taken care of the very next day. The office staff also did a great job With my move-in paperwork and instructions by letting me know all about the building. Also, they have the best deals around as far as price rates and specials. This is really an awesome and amazing place to live. You got to check it out.

Awesome facility and living experience. Clean, convenient, fast responses from maintenance anytime we needed something. Jaimie and Lisa were great hosts. We knew our maintenance Guy by name and was very personable. 24/7 concierge. If we didn’t needed to relocated for work I would have stayed here again.

Amazing team! Jamie is the BESTThey keep everything so neat and clean. It feels like a luxury hotel with a beautiful signature fragrance as you walk in. For the most part it is a quiet community which was very important to me when I was searching for a new home.

Ive been extensively touring various locations throughout the city to find my ideal home, I must say that Lisa was incredibly helpful from the start. She took me to see several available options, thoroughly answered all my questions, and gave me a comprehensive tour of the building, highlighting its numerous amenities. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease, The apartment itself was incredibly beautiful had a homely feel to it.

The leasing office and managers actually really care about finding the right apartment for you. Lisa was absolutely wonderful and spent so much time with me on figuring out what apartment would be best for what I wanted. When there was a mistake on my application, Lisa was honest and upfront about it and spent even more time with me sorting it out. I would also like to shout out the property manager Kandi for allowing me to choose a different unit with the same specials. I cant wait to move in!

First of all, I just renewed my lease. I just signed to 13 more months, the staff has been absolutely great. Jamie and Lisa have been fantastic, always friendly and professional. They always say hi to me when we cross paths!Jordan, the assistant manager is one of the best managers I have ever met.Always there if you need anything!My leasing agent was Jamie, big shout out to her for taking me on a gazillion tours before I made a decision last year. Her overall service has been 110% all day everyday. She never breaks a smile. Anytime Iv walked down for any questions or even to grab a coffee near the leasing office she’s always in a good spirits, always says hi and waves. Her positive attitude is infectious. Shes 100% transparent on any questions or concerns anyone has, she has the answer to all questions.Anytime I’m in the hallway walking to my apartment or to get the mail which is conveniently close by, and I happen to run into her on a tour she’s still friendly and doesn’t miss the chance to say hi.Which is also shows the person on tour that the staff at the apartment complex, has a continuing great relationship with their residents.I would definitely recommend seeing Jamie if she’s available.

I had the pleasure of touring Watterscape Urban Residential with Jordyn, and she was absolutely amazing. Her energy is contagious, and she loves kids she couldnt stop interacting with my then 11 month old son. Jordyn took her time to show us the beautiful property and two units within our budget. She is definitely the reason we signed a lease here.On move in day, I encountered an issue where I wasnt in the system. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure I received community access, even calling me from her personal cell after hours to confirm I received the details. I also had a minor water leak issue, and Lynn came to inspect it herself. Ive never seen a leasing consultant provide such top tier customer service.Yesterday, the office was closed for Labor Day, but I texted Lisa’s personal cell because I was having trouble setting up my work equipment to a hardwired connection. Despite being off and it being a holiday, she offered solutions without any frustration.My experience has been great so far. I am hoping the hardwired internet issue is resolved today, but I am happy we decided to live here. My wife, my 2 year old Maltipoo, and my now 1 year old son all seem to love the property as well.We are overly excited for our stay here at Watterscape Urban Residential.

My mother in Christ moved here back in April and has had the best experience from inquiry to move in and living comfortably thus far. She is elderly and disabled and every single staff member that we’ve encountered has been extremely kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Lisa, Jamie, Sebastian, and I can’t remember the 3 maintenance guys names one of them being the maintenance lead. As someone whose worked in leasing for over 5 years I know a good team and community when I encounter one. I highly recommend living here.

I moved here a month ago and absolutely love it. Lisa is great at listening to you and helping to find you the correct apartment for your needs. Plus the whole leasing and concierge staff are so helpful and pleasant. They have all helped me and my movers move me in with the least amount of trouble and drama.It’s so nice and quiet with the amenities in place and functioning as they should. I would highly recommend Watterscape as your next home.

100% recommended this location, for the security, tranquility and peace the place provides, I recommend that you come and check it out. Personally I recommend Jamie Montañez the leasing agent for her good charisma and treatment that she provided to new residents. Thank you very much Jamie for helping me and making my move much easier and helping me find my dream apartment. And for being able to help with the language barrier.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this property. The location is amazing and offers walking trails (which was a HUGE bonus with my large dog), all exterior doors are locked 24/7 and require a personal resident code to enter, the amenities are clean and offer a lot, the units themselves are very modern and classy, the parking garage is large and locked as well. I personally haven’t had any trouble with the wifi! All the leasing agents, maintence team and the assistant property manager are AMAZING!

This place is beautiful and near the Cottonwood Creek Trail. Jamie provided an excellent tour that helped me find the fit unit, and I appreciate Lisas warm welcome when moving in. The community has been friendly and maintained very well. Besides the great look, thank you for Guys swift response to maintenance requests and for solving them - much faster than other places. The service here is outstanding.

The amenities are second to one and the maintenance of the building is superb. My apartment is just what I was looking for in the area. From the modern gym and lovely pool, to the welcoming courtyards and parking garage, this place is second to none!

First of all, these apartment homes along with their amenities are beautiful!! However, the service we received from Jaime and Lisa has been first class. Our lease is up at our current residence in a few months and we cant wait to start moving to Watterscape Urban Residential which will be our new home going forward. My family and I have had a wonderful experience with this complex. Starting at the top with Kathy (such a sweetheart) and the other owners, to the amazing leasing agents Lisa and Jamie, Guy the friendliest staff in maintenance and the always smiling concierge staff. The location is perfect and convenient, schools are excellent, and for the most part the complex is keyless!

Lisa, Jamie, and Yurdi are amazing they have the best customer service of any apartment i’ve ever stayed in they truly make you feel at home and go above and beyond for you! The amenities are great and the residents are super friendly. It is great for pet owners with a dog run that is always clean trails nearby and a pet grooming station. The apartments are modern and sleek with brand new appliances.

I toured this property over a month ago and I cant stop thinking about it. Lisa and the staff were VERY NICE and welcoming. The property is still in the finishing phases but is an immaculate facility. The builders didnt miss a beat! The area is nice and the amenities of the units are TOP-TIER!!! Even with the market rates like they are its almost impossible to pass this one up!!
