Ive been living here for a while, and I’m really impressed with the consistent upkeep of the apartment complex. The maintenance team does an excellent job keeping everything clean, well-kept, and in great condition. Whether its the landscaping, the amenities, or the building itself, it’s clear that they prioritize a well-maintained environment. It really makes a difference in enjoying my time here.

This maintenance staff is one of a kind. Theyre professional, QUALIFIED, and knowledgeable in all areas but moreover they are kind.I have a special needs child who was home one day when JP came to fix my AC. My son kept wanting to do everything he saw him do. Rather than yelling, or even asking me to remove him, he was patient and really made my son feel heard. The staff is amazing here.

Like seriously, this staff is so amazing. I finally found the perfect home for my husband and I to start our new life in Cypress. I emailed one of the ladies at the office and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. When I did move in the maintenance workers were able to help me with my nest thermostat and Jamail was so professional and took care of my request within 24 hours. Ive never had any maintenance requests taking care of that quickly at any apartment Ive ever lived at. I love it here!

The ladies at the office always make sure that there type of fun activity for the residents to do whether it was Mimosa with Moms or the recent create a valentine for your parents party, its always something fun and safe for the kiddos to do around here. Marianna and Naomi are truly the sweetest . Really nice place to raise kids as its quiet and clean, you can pay your bill online to not worrying about when the leasing office closes.

In short, this place is very nice and quiet. I would only recommend security at night on weekends since all the locations near the freeways are a bit risky in terms of car thefts. It is my recommendation, not something that has happened. The pool is super clear and clean...comparing to where I lived, which was not used all year round, it is a pool that they have like in a luxury hotel...clean and crystal clear. The maintenance guys are quite active in a short time and solve the problem. any problem that arises in the apartment. As a family we feel comfortable and happy and we hope to continue like this in the following years.

This apartment is a great place for me when I relocated. The reason I gave this complex a 4 rating is because of the PEACE I was able to maintain while being here. I will have to say the carpet definitely needs to be changed. Maintenance has always been friendly, prompt and attentive.

Great location! The maintenance team works hard to keep the complex clean and I love the new color of the buildings. The management team has been great as well. Would be nice if the billard room was open outside of office hours as those are my work hours as well, so I havent been able to utilize this amenity and I love playing pool. However, thats just a request not a complaint. 😊

These apartments are great! First and foremost, the apartments are incredibly spacious and every room is accommodated with a large closet. The bathrooms are well maintained, sparkling clean and decorated quite nicely. Everything about the interior is honestly spectacular including the kitchen. The big emphasis about these apartments is the space, theyre very big. It actually feels like a nice and cozy little home, not a ramshackle little flat. The pool is beautiful and blue, although it could be deeper. The gym is a great place to grind for an hour or two. Their billiards room is also a cool place to pass some time with friends. The complex itself is a fun place with many diverse groups of residents. The management is amazing, everyone is kind, charismatic and hardworking, especially Kelly. These apartments are truly phenomenal and the hate they receive is seriously exaggerated. I would totally recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check this place out, you wont regret it!

Waterford Place at Riata Ranch is AMAZING customer service! I had the pleasure of working with them to find me the perfect apartment. I told him what I was looking for which was a safe neighborhood that included parking as well as was close to my work and he recommended the perfect apartment for me. they had excellent communication skills from the moment I first scheduled the showing until I signed the lease and is still following up with me to ensure I am getting all the help and assistance I need throughout this entire process. I highly recommend Waterford Place at Riata Ranch if youre looking for apartments as you cant beat the amazing customer service anywhere else. Thank you so much

I called this past week and spoke to Mariana about units that were available. She was very kind and helpful. She didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions and went above and beyond to see what was units were available and even offered to send updates to my email. I will definitely keep Waterford Place on my list of go sees when I am in Houston again to apartment hunt!

I absolutely loved loving here. The complex is quiet and pretty much everyone keeps to themselves. Everything is conveniently close by including the Neighborhood park . Claudia was professional and helpful making sure that if I had any issues they would be resolved. The only reason why I didnt give a 5 star is that the maintenance is short handed but since they added Alex to the crew it has made a difference he actually fixes the issues . I will definitely miss this place .

My ac goes out sometimes. I call maintenance they come out within 30 minutes and fix the problem no matter what time. I wish I knew his name but he is a great maintenance man and takes care of any problem we have as soon as he can.;)

I lived at Waterford Place at Riata Ranch for several years and enjoyed every minute of it. It is truly my Happy Place. The staff are so attentive and welcoming, the community is clean and feels so safe. I would do my nightly jogs throughout the community and visit the fitness center frequently. I also enjoyed visiting with the staff as they are extremely friendly. I can honestly say I had an amazing experience.

I highly recommend living here. The property is very clean and well kept. I feel safe here and love calling it my home. All staff are super nice and pleasant. Anytime, I have placed a work order, it is done with 24 hours and the maintenance staff are wonderful and very professional. You will not regret moving here.

Ive been here for almost two years. Retention of maintenance personnel has been abhorrent until recently when Alex came. He is truly amazing and quite frankly the reason I plan to stay here now. We have a new Manager that is working hard to make the property more attractive and enjoyable.

My family moved in 2 weeks ago. We love it! Its very quiet. Maintenance did come 1 week after our move in to do all of the work orders. We often say negative and forget to praise people for well done work. Amanda answer our inquiry on the 3 BD and toured us and we thank her soooo much for her professionalism. 🙂 👍

I have lived here for almost a year now this complex is just amazing the grounds are always well kept up no trash around the apartment with the maintenance team is always very organized and good time management , the same day I submitted a maintenance request I got the issue worked on the same day . The lady’s in the front office are always very helpful and have great customer service overall I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and family

It is a nice condo...with a spectacular pool and very clean all the time. A good location and without a doubt living in Cypress is a great privilege...the condo is kept clean and the maintenance people are very active in solving any problem. More than a common apartment, we feel like we have a home, both because of the area and because of the tranquility that is felt all day here.
