Maintenance has been wonderful here. They are always prompt, easy to get ahold of, and they do quick good work. One of the best maintenance experiences Ive had.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting kay and kerra at the Washington village apartments and these 2 ladies was extremely helpful at these apartments and I have to say these ladies were helpful and professional than the previous manager they really care about the apartment community and take alot of pride in their job.I would be proud to recommend Washington village to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to call home Thank you kay and kerra for all you done

Maintenance has done a fantastic job completing our work orders. Lexi in the office is so sweet! Definitely recommend these apartments 🙂

Im still here. I love the management they work with you an very understanding. An they really care about community programs for the kids. Also have a food pantry food those in hard times. I never came across people so nice ... My personal opinion.
