    Great location! I have had a great experience living here so far. Ryan is hands down the easiest person to work with. From the beginning with touring and the move in process, he made my experience seamless. My experience has not changed after moving in! 10/10.

    The staff here is amazing and professional. The manager and assistant manager are always there for you when you need them.The receptionists at the front counter are also super informative and friendly towards you. They always answer your questions in a very respectful manner. You never feel rushed when you speak to anyone here. I love their welcoming and friendly attitude. Overall an excellent property. Looks and always smells really nice in here too.I would 100% recommend to at least come visit this property for yourself. Do a tour if youā€™re interested in moving in.Been here for a while now and I can confidently say this is my favorite property thus far.

    This place is just amazing! The staff is great with a special recognition to Sybil the assistant manager who was very helpful. All appliances are luxury and the overall environment is beautiful. Walking distance from many local shops and not too far from downtown itself! I was lucky enough to catch a unit with an amazing view of downtown.Iā€™d recommend you check this place out, Iā€™m sure you would look no further.

    The property and amenities are beautiful and the grounds and garage are well kept and secure! My leasing agent Mr. Ryan Chapron was AWESOME, very helpful and informative of the whole process I was able to find my unit and move in within 1 months time all thanks to him and his team. Immediately upon my arrival and move-in date, I was greeted and welcomed by Ryan and the leasing team, this place already feels like home! Also, so far havent met a mean or unpleasant tenant, such a cool spot :)

    First and foremost i would truly like to thank my leasing agent Ryan Chapron.From the moment i walked into the leasing office he greeted me and made me feel like he was super excited to help me. Although he was really busy and i walked in without an appointment he still took the time to go above and beyond while assisting me. I was very picky when it came to finding the perfect place but that did not discourage Ryan, he still took the time to walk me through over 6 floor plans in 3 different buildings to try and meet my needs. I eventually found the right floor plan for me, & the day it was time for me to pick up my keys he was so accommodating with my busy schedule.

    I recently took a tour of the warehouse district! I started out with the self tourā€¦ but ended up meeting with Kaitlyn and I decided to just have her show me the ins and outs! The tour was fantastic! She made me feel great about where my new home was going to be. She was incredibly easy to talk to and answered all my questions with ease. You can tell she really enjoys her job and the residents there! I left the tour feeling excited and confident about my decision. Highly recommend her tours!

    Complex feels new and modern. Units are spacious enough for a single person or a couple to live comfortably. Really liked the units with big patios facing the courtyard. No pool, which to me is a plus, less partying and noise. Madison, the leasing agent, was great! She covered all details, took the time to showed me 5-6 different units and answered all my questions without ever feeling rushed. The 5 stars were based upon her services, as Iā€™m still not sure if Iā€™ll be leasing here yet.

    I want to start this off by saying that weā€™ve looked at so many apartments that itā€™s hard to keep track anymore. But as soon as we stepped into the Warehouse District apartments, they instantly became our top choice. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful, and the staff is fantastic. One big factor for us is the location, itā€™s in a perfect neighborhood of its own! Porsha has been a huge help since we started looking back in March, guiding us through every little detail until we found the perfect unit. We couldnā€™t recommend these apartments more!

    I just moved into Warehouse District and Im loving it! The units have nice appliances and the rent is very reasonable. Im impressed by how responsive the property managers have been. Quick commute my job in downtown, and I enjoy going to concerts next door at Last Concert Cafe! Im really growing into this cool artsy neighborhood which I never knew existed!

    Beautiful newly built complex not too far from downtown! Shaye, the apartment manager, is very helpful, professional, and personable. The assistant manager was very nice and helpful in answering my questions as well. Madi, one of the leasing agents, was very attentive and patient with helping me through the application process. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service and the property itself. I am excited to call Warehouse District my new home!

    This place is amazing, the spaces are clean, the apartments are beautiful! We looked at a number of different complexes around the area and the number one reason besides the unit we decided on was our leasing agent, Madi. Her service and dedication to us was by far the best we have come across in all of our apartment search. I couldnā€™t recommend the warehouse district more!

    These apartments are newly built here in downtown Houston. Construction is almost complete on the second half and they are leasing fast. I scheduled a tour with Porsha and I was honestly blown away. Not only are these apartments conveniently located (close to minute-maid park, Toyota center, hwy) but theyā€™re beautiful too. I also noticed a bodega on the first level as well as other shops. The terraces are huge (select units) plenty of space, definitely the largest Iā€™ve seen for downtown Houston at this price. I could go on and on about this place but Porsha was my favorite part. I love her energy, it felt like I knew her and was already being welcomed home. I am greatly anticipating my move here.     Omg! Firstly, my apartment locator found me these apartments on a whim and I instantly fell in love!!!! Porsha my girly found me a great unit and accommodated my move in date with no hassle. I was shocked at how large some of the balcony/patio units are and loveeeeee the updated appliances and modern look of the hallways. There is no pool however thats not an issue because itll be less noisy. Cant wait to move in May!!
