Waggoner Creek Apartments has been the best decision in choosing where to live for me and my family, especially being new to the area. Ladonna and Rachel do an amazing job in making sure you feel welcome and at home here. Not to mention, this is a great area in town to live in and it is the only gated community there is with schools, grocery stores and shopping centers just around the corner. Maintenance is top notch making sure whatever problems you have get fixed immediately. Highly recommend!!

My prior apartment in which I lived 15 years let the property deteriorate. I found Waggoner Creek and made the move. Was I surprised to find that there is insulation between common walls and in the ceiling. I have never heard a Tv from a neighbor. I might hear a thud from the apartment above but nothing to raise a red flag. Sleeping at night is like living in a single family home....no noise! Wow is that nice. Any maintenance requests are answered promptly and if not a reason for having to wait. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. The property is well kept and they are going to update the landscaping which is needed. Community activities are on the menu....like flower arranging for Valentines Day and they provide the flowers....now who does that.....community get togethers.....five years ago I tried to get into the property but there were no vacancies...I wish I had kept trying......this is like living in your own condo......if you are looking for a property look no further.

Rachel Drake at Waggoner Creek Apartment has been the best to work with from start to signing of lease. She showed me multiple floor plans and was so patient in helping me walk thru the application process! Thank you Rachel for making this transition from a home for the last 12 years to an apartment. The facility is also very clean and decorated for season. The manager Ladonna Williams was also so kind in helping! Thank you so much!!

The staff here is amazing—always friendly and super helpful. If youve got a dog, this place is a must. They absolutely adore pets. Plus, its so chill and quiet, perfect for scenic walks with your furry friend. The staff really goes above and beyond, making it a great place to live.

I can’t thank the folks at Wagoneer Creek Apartments for the attention to detail the quiet atmosphere the quick maintenance fixes and even though the rent is a little higher than normal it is a great place for family and friendships 😄 OK, so part two was there was a discrepancy on my insurance policy that caused me to have a $15 additional charge on my account that said they fixed the problem immediately and again I can’t be happier with Rachel for taking care of all of this great job 👏

The 5 stars are for the maintenance manager John B. But he came out on a Friday night and Saturday afternoon to change the locks on my door so I was able to get in to my apartment. He’s the best.

We would like to give a shout out Thank You for Deon in maintenance at Apts on Gibson Lane - because of him we won’t move! He goes above and beyond his duties to help in any need that comes. Love the Staff, gated community and most of all location. We have that country feel, but convenience of being close to freeways and town. We have it all. We’re retired and loving it. We have been here two 1/2 years, and we love our apartment. It is a gated community with beautiful and nicely kept grounds. The Office staff and maintenance crew are always very polite and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help with any problems you may have. If you are looking for a new home, we think this is the place to live. I think you will like it as much as we do. There are a lot of very nice and friendly neighbors living here.
