This apartment is in a great location. The apartment we rented had issues with air condition and dishwasher initially. When we created a new work order, management here looked into the issues and quickly fixed these issues. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a new apartment to lease

Ive been with Price Brothers since 2014. I stayed in one of their Kansas City properties and I transferred to a property of theirs in Leawood, KS in 2016. I stayed there until I decided to moved to Dallas in 2020 and of course transferred to one of their properties here that I didnt much care for. I think they actually sold that property which makes sense, it didnt get me a Price Brothers feel. But I fulfilled half of my lease and transferred to Wade Crossing in April 2021zThis property gives me the same Price Brothers family vibe and service that Ive experienced since the beginning. I feel at home here and Im so grateful to the property manager, all of the leasing office and maintenance folks, thank you all for helping me find home away from home. Do yourself a favor and sign that lease! You wont be disappointed.

Great community to reside in! (Lived here 5 yrs:) Very professional, understanding, and overall a five star rating all around. Awseome and friendly maintenience and office staff. Requests were always responded in a timely, professional manner. A perfect place to call home, close to Collin College, schools and local areas.

This apartment is very close to grocery stores and lot of restaurants were nearby which makes it a good location. Initially we have issues with air conditioning and dishwasher and they were taken care of on time. Management was very responsive.

On January 6 @ 12:30am smoke detector battery went bad in the master and living rooms and it started to beep. I called the 24-hour svcs and within 10 mins maintenance was at my apartment with ladder and new battery. It was brutally cold and windy, but maintenance showed up within 10 mins. WOW.I have previously called, and without fail they have responded in a timely manner.Thank you.

Parking is HORRIBLE!Office staff is very polite and kind.The area could be very very nice if proper maintenance of the grounds will happen on regular basis. Area nice and quiet besides the noisy neighbors. Very convenient for shopping. Complex building nice. Close to walking trail.I like the area and the staff very much. Wish parking space was included in renting it would be a five star.

The management here is above and beyond amazing when you step in the door so you know youre home I love coming here I love the atmosphere and on top of everything else the apartment complex alone is clean emphasis on clean sometimes you go to apartment complexes and the office is the only thing that looks good the whole entire complex is clean is very well kept and the staff is wonderful

Highly recommend!! I lived at this property for 4 years. The management team and employees are great!! They are very friendly and super helpful in my experience. My apartment was very nice! Maintenance came out very quickly anytime there was an issue. The on-call maintenence workers came out very quickly as well when my A/C broke. Give them a try.... I really enjoyed living here!!

I’ve loved living here this last year! I’ve never lived in an apartment where the staff really seem to care about their residents! Whether it’s making them feel welcomed when coming in the office or answering all of your questions during the move in process! Maintenance has always been so punctual as well, and helps with anything that you need. If I could’ve stayed living here longer I absolutely would (but circumstances change unfortunately). If you’re looking for somewhere to live with a friendly staff, this is it! I’m going to miss the office staff so much!

Updated:Apartment seems to be good. But the facilities they show in the website are not properly working. None of the barbecue grills work and the printing in business center also doesn’t work. I raised multiple request for the repair and management seems to do nothing about it. It would be great if they repair the grill.Recently moved in here and loving the place. Very good and friendly leasing office staffs. Spacious apartments for the price. It would be great if Frisco ISD provides bus to this apartment for elementary school kids.

I personally know the Manager of Wade Crossing. I know Wade Appartments are well maintained. The grounds are always lovely. The apartments themselves are set up nicely. And there are enclosed garages available. The staff in the office are all wonderful caring people. The maintenance crew are all respectful & know their craft.

An apartment complex is typically just a place to stay. However, this is the first one I have stayed that makes me feel at home. When we need work done, it is handled quickly. The maintenance team is great! The front office staff is awesome!!! Each time I go to the office, I am warmly welcomed and taken care of... always with a smile! The do all they can to make it enjoyable to be here, including the family-oriented get-togethers around the holidays. They work hard and we appreciate them all!

I really recommend this apartment. Manager and all stuff are very kind and helpful. Maintenance team is very kind too. And police officers in the apartment is helpful also. They often hold get together party at business center so they also make have chance to meet other people lives in apartment. Feel safe, comfortable and friendly place to live. Thank you very much.

Ive lived her for over 18 months and I love it. The staff is awesome!! They are so friendly and helpful. Yes, parking can be a challenge, but I got a garage so I wouldnt have to worry about it. Maintenance is usually very quick in resolving my issues. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I have lived here since 2015. The property is quiet and nicely kept. Maintenance is very good at coming right away. The office ladies (and guy) are always helpful and nice. It’s a fantastic place to live that is a bit less expensive than other properties in Frisco.

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s absolutely amazing!! I’ve only had 1 maintenance issue and was fixed the very next day! The grounds maintenance is always done and residence pick up after the dogs. The front office staff is so kind and helpful! I’ve lived in apartments for most of my life and this place has been the best. I had no second thoughts signing another lease when the day came!

If I took the time to write EVERY reason why I am beyond pleased with Wade and the staff there, this comment would be entirely too long! In short, experiences shape a big part of ones memories and greatly impact our decisions amongst other things! My experience/interaction with John was so positive and above and beyond your every day customer service that I had to leave a review and acknowledge his outstanding personable, kind, professional, and upstanding character! I have lived here before and my experience was great then, however my encounter with John gave me all the more reason to believe we are making the right decision with moving back! Although, this is temporary house hunting Im confident this decision will be best to assure we are comfortable and feel at ease and at home while at Wade. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcomed! I look forward to returning!

Really nice and friendly staff. The apartments are well maintained and maintenance staff are always quick to respond to problems, and after having lived here for six months I think I’ve had maybe one maintenance problem. No issues with loud music late at night or even dogs barking late into the night. Overall great and affordable apartments!

I’ve lived here a little over 6 months and love it!! The office staff is always friendly, the property is clean and well maintained and there is always some kind of community event happening. I was worried that since we live so close to a college that there would be a lot of loud music and partying, I couldn’t have been more wrong! I definitely recommend Wade Crossing as a place to call home.

Wonderful staff, maintenance always is on top of any issues. I have lived in their one bedroom apartment for the last 18 months and I am moving into a 2 bedroom apartment next week. Parking can be a little bad if you come home late at night but I have never been to an apartment complex in the middle of a large city that has the parking lot of a mall for the complex. Just a given when youre moving into the middle of one of the fastest growing cities in the US. 5 stars from me! :)

A great location with a real sense of community. I cant say enough good things about the wonderful staff in the front office as well as the super friendly and helpful maintenance technicians. There are frequent events hosted by the leasing office for residents, often with meals or drinks. Also a nice perk, the leasing office signs and accepts packages on your behalf. The Lebanon Trail is a true treat for active people, I find the close proximity of the dirt trail encourages an active lifestyle, of course the onsite gym is nice too. This is the first apartment review Ive written, and Im doing it because the staff here is that deserving.

I lived here for 2 years, it was very quiet, conveniently located next to Collin College, affordable and is in an excellent location to take back streets everywhere and avoid Preston Rd. Now, the apartments are not modern, service is good, maintenance is good, and the complex is kept clean and practically pest free. Despite all that its a 5 because this apartment complex manged to keep most of the crazy people with bad kids out and the apartment was overall safe.

I’ve lived here for about 10ish years; Wade Crossing is a great community! The management, office team, and maintenance crew are incredibly helpful and friendly and do a wonderful job of keeping the property well cared for and everything running smoothly – plus they know you by name. There are seasonal gathering opportunities hosted throughout the year and free group classes 1-2xs a week at the fitness center. Solid price point for the Frisco area especially. Overall a lovely place to call home; highly recommend

If you’re looking for a place to call home, STOP LOOKING. Wade crossings is the place for you! I have lived here over a year and never been treated as though I wasn’t a part of a community. From weekly activities at the office/club house, to positive interactions with my neighbors and so many opportunities to grow a life here within Frisco!Thank you wade crossings for making a single mom feel as if it’s possible to have a beautiful, safe, and affordable home right here in the heart of Frisco!P.S huge shout out to the maintenance team as well, always sweet to my kid and do a great job at up keeping the property as nice as it is!!!

We have been here a year. The apartment we initially reserved ended up with a huge amount of water damage from the large amount of rain that came through in the spring of 2015. They subsequently had to put us in a second floor apartment. I wasnt happy about it, but what can they do? The management staff is very nice. They take good care of us. They handle our needs as fast as they can when it comes to apartment repairs and other complaints. There is a large amount of dog feces throughout the facility, but that is because the idiots who own these dogs are not picking it up. The staff cannot monitor the entire complex day and night for violators. There is supposed to be a guy that walks around every couple days picking it up, but im not positive about that. Parking can be a problem of course. This is an apartment complex. I rent a garage so one car can go in it and if necessary I can park the second one in the spot outside of it. I have never seen anyone walking more than 100 feet to their car. The biggest problem you will find here is the idiots that are found in every apartment complex - the people who think they rule the world. Loud music, stomping around like it is a playground, leaving their dogs home all day so they bark incessently. Those are the main problems and when they are reported, the staff has always been quick to act and do their best to stop them. The people with problems on these reviews are probably those same type of people I just mentioned. I gave four instead of five stars due to the constant leak in my apartment windows. They have tried to fix them, but for some reason the one in my bedroom still leaks everytime it rains.

The maintenance crew is awesome and speedy! The office crew and mgmt is friendly and great!. Any issues I’ve had have been resolved ASAP. Carla, Bri, Melissa, John and Heather have all been there for a while which says a lot because most places have a very high turnover rate in office staff.

I am LITERALLY giving Wade Crossing a 5 star, without having lived there. Why? Melissa, the representative we met with, was absolutely AMAZING. She gave us a ton of information and showed us a few apartments and she followed up with me within 48 hours. The location and price were fabulous and they had one of the highest reviews on-line. The ONLY reason why we didnt move in was because, our daughters schools were not zoned to the complex. Otherwise, we wouldve applied the same day of our visit. We were so bummed!!

Very reasonable price for the area with short term leases available at no extra price. Well maintained grounds and friendly staff. However, I would prefer a flat price rental agreement vs separate pricing for trash, pest control etc. And service fee seems unnecessarily complicated.

Good comfortable mixed Cosmo crowd. Gym and swimming pool in the premises. Aquatic center in walking distance. Sprouts , Walmart, Target and Preston shopping area amongst many are nearby. Frisco commons park for all ages, nearby with long treks inside. Lot of upscale housing localities nearby hence the stay is peaceful. Lot of schools nearby.

I love this place, it has very good facilities and it is a fairly quiet and clean place. In the office, Vanya helped me, who is a very kind person and provides all the necessary information about the apartment complex in a timely manner.
