    I recently went to tour this apartment and was immediately greeted by the most charismatic employee Iā€™ve encountered. Alexander Lerma was phenomenal. This was my very first experience searching for a place to call home and Alexander made everything so smooth sailing for me. I went in totally nervous and not knowing anything but he was able to answer everything while still making me feel so at ease. The complex was wonderful and Alexander did amazing at pointing out the very best features that definitely caught my eye. Although the apartments did win me over Alexander can take all the credit on this because I knew I would be able to count on staff like him to make me feel just at home.

    Ive had an exceptional experience living at this apartment complex, and a lot of that is thanks to Alexander. From day one, Alexander has been incredibly attentive and responsive to any needs or concerns. Maintenance issues are always addressed quickly and efficiently, and Alexander ensures that the community is always clean and well-maintained. Its evident that Alexander takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.

    Update 9/22/2024 The building maintenance team is always prompt and repairs are completed with care and respect.Jasmine was my original leasing agent and she is phenomenal. Every question or issue I asked of her was resolved. Update: my blinds recently fell tiff my patio door. I submitted a maintenance request and a Gentleman was at my apartment first thing in the morning.The maintenance man was thorough and accommodating. He definitely went above and beyond! Superb service!She goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She truly cares about the residents.I only have 1 complaint and that is my yard has no grass. Other than that everything that was broken has been promptly fixed or replaced. I really enjoy living here.

I dont know Iā€™m just trying to be a little bit helpful. Thatā€™s all I have to say. But those problems really please take serious because itā€™s changing VV&M looks and name in the future.     I moved in a few months back and everything has been a seamless process.Amber kept in contact from the application process to the move in. I, personally have not encountered any packages lost and maintenance always deliver 24-48 hours from me submitting a request.I definitely recommend living here if youā€™re looking for a luxury experience.

Location is great, Staff was great to me, Maintenance was great and timely. Honestly speaking for an apartment this is everything I wanted. My apartment was clean and modern and fairly priced. :)

    Hi all, thereā€™s been negative reviews about the apartment in the past but that has to be from the prior management company because Iā€™ve only had a great experience here. On my first day walking in Jennifer was an amazing help to me and the manager Jeremiah took time out of his (likely very busy) day to come out and have a conversation with me, I knew then that I would sign here because that meant a lot. I later met Jasmine and she was awesome to work with. Overall the front office team are all rockstars. This is my first apartment on my own and they made the process seamless and made it seem like they really are looking out for me. They do get very busy at times but they always return your call if you leave a voicemail. As for the apartment, it was very clean when I moved in and I had no issues with setting anything up, my 1 bedroom floor plan is very spacious and the amenities are top notch. They also have a smoothie guy that comes in everyday and heā€™s very friendly and makes great smoothies!

    Recently moved to Texas from Indiana. Jeremiah, Jasmine, and Rey have been so helpful in making our cross country move seamless and they continue to help us navigate around the area.     Iā€™ve lived at VV&M for a little over a year now and absolutely love my apartment. All of the coolest restaurants are in my backyard. The office staff is super nice and always willing to help. Maintenance guys are quick and efficient. My neighbors are awesome, I didnā€™t know anyone when moving here from Miami, but now I have a host of friends that live at VV&M.Youā€™ll love it here!

    This is the best apartments I have lived in! I love it here they are always friendly and welcoming they treat you like family. The property is beautiful, the lobby is always kept clean and very relaxing plus they have free coffee! The pool is clean and beautiful as well I love to sit out there with my son. The workout room is a great place to relax as well. They always have some fun events to attend every month. The staff always tend to you in a timely matter.     This review is long overdue however, well deserved! As a result of my procrastination, this will be a somewhat lengthy review, but DEFINITELY WORTH THE READ šŸ˜ŠSo I was looking to move from a two story home and into an apartment because I am a recent empty nester. I have literally driven to every corner of the metroplex and areas in between and have been left to deal with leasing agents who were very detached and had a lack luster approach towards actually fulfilling their job as a leasing agent. This went on over the course of 3 months and I felt as if I reached my breaking point and decided to try 1 last place before throwing in the towel. The last place to try of course , VV&M. Turns out that was the best decision that I could have made in my moving journey.I was immediately greeted with a beautifully radiant smile upon walking through the door by Leasing Agent, Jasmine! Her smile and welcoming personality were just what I was looking for and needed after repeated exhaustive encounters with other leasing agents previously. She was very detailed in her overview of the property and made sure that all of my of my questions were answered THOROUGHLY before I left. Although there was no model of the floor plan that I wanted, Jasmine took me on a full tour of the property including mail/package area, parking,and where my potential unit would be (which was still occupied) . I had a few pop up visits to the property to be sure that I would really like it and my expectations were exceeded each and every time!!!! The property was always clean and Jasmine and maintenance staff (they walked through a couple of those times to drop off keys) were always pleasant and personable.I would highly recommend this property due to its warm community feel, proximity to bomb restaurants and shopping annndd the PRICE POINT ā˜ŗļø10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    I have lived at this property since 2019, I absolutely love the location. I will say that the restaurants and latest attractions have drawn a crowd that is careless. Some neighbors that moved in 2020 are NOT residents that care about where they live, otherwise they wouldnā€™t treat our building the way they have. I never had a package stolen until last few monthsā€¦talk about UPSET! Glad theyā€™re building a new package system. The new management has been communicative, (we hardly used to get any emails about anything) and diligent in getting things fixed when they are broken. Maintenance has always done a good job when I put in request as well. The new improvements to the building are bringing a positive new feel so hopefully the pain points will be resolved.

After I signed my lease, I was walking to the garage to unpack my car. The patrol officer told me to lock my doors because there were two car break in. I was concerned but it was nothing I could do about it. I felt safe until my apartment was burglarized a few weeks ago. They kicked in the door! My apartment and an apartment in the same building were burglarized. It was definitely an awful experience but maintenance fixed my door the same night.The apartment no longer accept packages so you have to pay for Parcel Pending!Guest parking is horrible. There are only like 10 spots for like hundred apartments. Your guest will have to park at Yard House and pray they donā€™ t get towed. It hasnā€™t happened yet but you never know. The good news is that you shouldnā€™t have difficulty parking inside the gate if youā€™re a resident. I paid for a reserved spot but it wasnā€™t needed. There were always spots available.Would I refer this apartment to family and friends? Yes! I felt safe majority of the time. Iā€™m a single woman so safety is a priority. . You will just need to make sure you have a dog, security alarm, and renters insurance. No apartments are immune to burglaries. I really enjoyed my apartment. It definitely deserve 4.5/5 stars!!!!

    Living at VV&M has been one of the best decisions I made (and completely on a whim). The staff are very friendly and remember who you are, the other tenants are perfectly civil. The building itself is beautiful, inside and out; its well-kept, clean, they constantly change air filters and do regular maintenance. Any maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, and the noise level is just as youd expect; some days you hear nothing and other days your upstairs neighbor has a party--its to be expected! The location is great; the streets arent too noisy, and there are schools nearby so the lower speed limit keeps things under control. Just come visit, youll love it!

    I have lived for over 2 years and its the best apartment complex Ive ever lived at. The place I lived at before this was nice, but the front office people were not very helpful at all and it really put a damper on living there. Ive had the opposite experience here. Joyce has always been very accommodating and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The apartments are updated and look like the pictures and floor plans I saw online. No apartment is perfect, but I have no complaints about this one.

    I moved into the VV&M a couple of weeks ago. My first impression was wonderful because the staff AND residents both are so friendly! The property is very clean and the clubhouse always smells amazing! Not to mention that the location has everything!Soon after I moved in, I noticed a weird vibration coming from under my floor. And there was a weird noise as well. I went to Joyce in management and she listened intently and immediately got in touch with Sandra in maintenance to solve the issue. They were willing to accommodate me beyond measure and solved the issue within days. I am so grateful to live here and I give my highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to move here!

    Weve been here 3 weeks and it felt like home pretty quickly. Malissa was very helpful from our first visit, providing us with all the details we needed and was able to answer our 1001 questions. Max has also been a great help on Malissas days off and the maintenance team are quick to respond in a helpful friendly manner too. The location was our big pull to this community as there are restaurants and bars close by with a nice walking trail nearby too. But the pool and club lounge add some nice spaces to relax outside of your own apartment too. We did have some difficulty trying get in to view our apartment before signing the lease and I nearly signed up elsewhere because of this but I am so glad I waited and got our place here. Friendly, helpful and on it!

    This place is truly unique.The community and my neighbors are all great to live around.The staff is stellar. The manager is a joy. The service staff can see the future and are always able to get things taken care of.The apartments are new and clean. The location and amenities are always a plus. But the true magic to living at VV&M are the people.

    I blindly moved to VV&M in August from New Orleans all based on pictures and speaking to the leasing agents to get a feel for the area. I was pleasantly surprised. The area is great. The parking lot over looks AMC movies, whole foods, and a plethora of other dining options. The gym has great equipment and it faces the pool. Trash is picked up Sun - Thu. I havenā€™t had any safety or maintenance issues. The only con is the parking lot and itā€™s only full on the weekends (as is many parking lots due to visitors) lol. But to their credit they gave 3 months free of covered parking recently! Also, I would like to spotlight TIFFANY. She is fantastic. Like I said I moved from out of town and she went above and beyond with all my questions and requests even after hours. She is truly a gem because I was annoying. Lol.

    I have lived at VV&M for 4 1/2 years and I was thinking of moving and then Covid happened. At that time another management company owned VV&M and in April, Steadfast Living bought the complex. I canā€™t imagine what it was like to buy an apartment complex during a pandemic, but the transfer was seamless. The office staff introduced themselves and kept us informed by email during this difficult time. Also they were flexible about rent, waiving late fees during the lockdown. Being in the arts, I lost 1/3 of my income during the summer and knowing that i was not being charged late fees while i moved money was such a blessing. It was also nice to get a weekly email updating tenants what would be happening the next week. Once Dallas started to ā€œopenā€ back up we (the residents) received the plans for the renovations for the entire complex. We have wonderful amenities already, but the bar is being raised. I canā€™t wait to live in the final product.Now letā€™s talk about the customer service!The leasing staff were understanding and answered all questions( no matter how trivial) we the residents had after the sale and Covid.Kalyse, who is the manager and Amber, the assistant manager, went above and beyond from the first time I talked with them. Because of their customer service and their help, I signed my new lease and look forward to living here for the foreseeable future! check out the complex online, then come by and meet the fantastic staff! Once you see all of the amenities, you will want to make VV&M your new home!

I havent met any problems that was seen from other reviews, and I hope it keeps this way!The apartment looks fairly new and updated. Maintenance is quick and nice!     My Fiance and I have been here for a year in December. We put in our 60 day notice because we needed some more space for our 2 big dogs and we were located on the 4th floor. We love VV&M and the area. It was in the middle of our jobs so made our commutes easy. We found a place downtown with similar amenities, brand new, and a yard for the dogs. Right before we were making it official with the other place Julia contacted us about why we were moving and we told her the reasons. Basically, she made it happen for us. She made us aware of an apartment that had just come available with the amenities we wanted (yard) and was cheaper than what we were currently paying now. Needless to say, the office staff is great and willing to work with you. Its not just about making money for them, they genuinely care which is so important for me. Thank you Julia and staff, we cant wait to move into our new and improved apartment next month!

    Ive lived at this complex since June 2016.Generally speaking my experience has been positive.Maintenance requests get completed quickly and with good quality.The office staff have been accomodating (before and after mgmt change).Location is hard to beat.My bicycle did get stolen from the bike rack in the parking garage..But considering everything, I would recommend VV&M.

    Ive been living here for months and will never move to any other apartment. Managed by Gables Residential - management company with good reputation. Great modern luxury living with unbeatable walking distance to the Village on the Parkway. Great central location near Addison and North Dallas. Nice resident appreciation events. Parking garage is quite worth it if you wanna avoid the hassle during bad weather.

    Tiffany is an exceptional addition to VV&M. She is very eloquent, she knows her job, answers every question respectfully and very polite. I had other apartments that I was looking at but after talking to Tiffany, Im convinced this is the one for me.     The leasing staff on property is so friendly and professional. I will miss interacting with them regularly.The property is new and well kept, maintenance staff seems to truly care about the property and the quality of their work.The only thing to keep it from a 5 is the fact that it can get a little loud with people partying late into the night, and with all of the bars and restaurants near by.

    These really are the best apartments to live in with the best staff. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and the amenities are excellent. I feel like Iā€™m in a five star hotel every time I come home. Great location and fun beautiful place to live.Also Joyce is great.     I leased a studio apt with the help of Malissa. She was very kind, accomodating, and knowledgable when it came to explaining the amenities and features of the studio and apartment complex itself. Very easy to talk to and patient. She listed all the price options and other floor plans I may be interested in with respect to my budget and wishes. Overall, the complex is modern beautiful and great proximity to shopping centers/restaurants/bars. Most balconies here are pretty small, but the floor plans and appliances make up for it. I can tell this place is very community-friendly which is a plus. Free yoga classes too!

    This is my third year as a resident at VV&M. My intentions were to move into a home after my 1st yearā€™s lease was up but I was so pleased with my experience here, Iā€™ve been here ever since. VV&Mā€™s location and proximity are perfect for my needs and has great walking access to restaurants and entertainment. Maintenance request are handled efficiently and the office staff is helpful and pleasant. I frequent the gym here often and really appreciate the cleanliness of the equipment and fresh towels on hand. I have and will continue to recommend VV&M to any friends that are looking for a great modern environment to make their new home.

    I lived at VV&M for 2 years. All the staff was amazing from day 1. Never had a problem. The manager Joyce will go above and beyond to help you. The apartments, the pool and the gym are very nice. I always received compliments when friends came over. The location was perfect. I could walk to restaurants and bars without having to worry about driving or Ubering. Plus youre close to 635 and the tollway, so commuting was easy. I would recommend VV&M to anyone.

    I moved here a few months ago and have loved it thus far! Move in was easy (TIP: make sure you book the elevator for the movers)! I would recommend getting a space in the parking garage as well. I do love that they have so many package lockers for their residents (which makes getting your packages a breeze), and that they even have a cardboard recycling room for those of us that are environmentally conscience.Area/Walkability:-I LOVE living by so many places that I can easily walk to! From shopping at the Galleria/shops in Village on the Parkway, to SO many fast food options right down the street (Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Whataburger, etc), to all the restaurants in our backyard, my waistline is in serious danger! We love having guests and going to Happy Hours, casual dinners, fancy date nights and casual football Saturday/Sunday/Monday game nights-and all in our backyard! Not to mention a movie theater (AMC) with great Tuesday specials!-There are more parking spaces/options than most other apartment complexes, which I really appreciate.-Im coming from 5 years in the Deep Ellum area, so to say that this community is great in terms of location is a huge endorsement from me!The amenities are a huge bonus:-This is definitely a complex for dog moms/dads! The dog run is HUGE and so conveniently located! Our fur baby loves his yard and meeting new doggie friends in this space.-The pool area is fantastic! Cabanas, pizza oven, and lounge chairs (that are partially submerged in the water) make me excited for warmer weather!-The gym (not that I spend a ton of time there) is great and usually not too crowded.-Club house is super nice and the apartment management throws parties/resident events each month (my favorite so far has been a sushi night where they catered in massive amounts of sushi from RA Sushi)!Staff/maintenance:-Front-office staff is so friendly and nice to work with. They are very accommodating and will get back to you on any issues that arise.-Maintenance is so fast and super efficient (thanks Sandra)! They dont cut corners and they are very courteous.Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching in the area! Several of my friends have moved up to North Dallas/Addison area and I know they were disappointed with the apartments they chose after seeing our apartment layout/amenities/surrounding area that we could walk to. The safety I feel in living here (gated pedestrian and garage entries and a security office) make me feel like this community really values their residents.

    I wanted to share my experience of moving to and living in the V V & M property on Verde valley.My wife and I recently relocated from the UK so everything was new to us, thankfully Malissa and Max walked us through each step of the process and everything progressed smoothly.We have been in for over a month now and I cant fault anything, our apartment itself and the many provided amenities have made our transition to being Texans very easy.

    I have lived at VV&M for a little over a year and I love these apartments. I had a unique experience and also have a tendency to change my mind a lot so I have transferred within this community twice after my initial move in. Each apartment I have absolutely loved.Pros:The apartments are attractiveThe location is great and within walking distance to everything.Maintenance responds quickly*The maintenance and office staff are by far the best people I have ever had to deal with in an apartment community. Its surprising because some people in the community seem to be extremely exhausting. (Maybe Im one bc of my indecisiveness lol)ConsAs with any apartment community there will be issues with noisy neighbors and noise from upstairs neighbors. So I dont consider this a con but more or less an expected nuisance.Most neighbors are very pleasant and friendly but there are some that are ridiculously rude, snobby and have a very entitled attitude. They treat you as if you are beneath them.Rent is high but this is all over the DFW metroplex because of the growing city. Its very difficult to find reasonable rent ANYWHERE so I would prefer these over the alternative because of the location and staff.Parking in this area is limited period. There is a school next door some other apartments and you can see their residents having to park OUTSIDE their security gates and hoof it to their apartments in the rain in the heat or late at night.Overall I love this place and the staff.

    Iā€™ve been living here for the past few months. I absolutely love this place. Its fairly quiet which is surprising as its pretty centrally located near plenty of nightlife hot spots. Its within walking distance of whole foods, AMC, a variety of restaurants, etc. The building is well kept, there is on-site security in the evenings, and plenty of high end amenties such as a nice gym and a modern design outdoor pool. Staff has always been helpful, friendly, and accomodating. Would totally recommend living here.
