My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Hats off to Geronimo who did an awesome job on our bathroom. Thank you Geronimo. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean.

These apartments are really nice with a quiet environment and friendly neighbors ! I would highly recommend these apartments especially with the deals they got going on right now ! The maintenance is always staying busy with work—never a time when I don’t see him working. The leasing agent is wonderful, very polite and always with a smile when I walk in—ready to help residents with whatever they need. Overall, the apartment complex is clean, friendly, quiet and have great consistent employees ! Now’s a good time to move into Vivid and get yourself a new apartment !!!

I have had a great experience with vivid. Our new manager is very reliable. He answers the phones and calls you back. Any needs Ive had hes met them immediately. The neighborhood is decent, but they landscape once a week. Its fairly quiet and my apartment is very spacious. Our maintenance man comes the very next day sometimes even same day. There was an issue with the hot water but it has been fixed.

We loved the location. It was infested with roaches. We had to use special roach pesticide, expensive, to kind of control it. Didn’t get rid of the roaches completely. The apartment was run down. Floors were ugly. Bathroom was unbelievably nasty, it was stained from years of uncleanliness and imposible to make it look clean. The bathtub was painted over and the paint was coming off, same for the sink. The toilet pressure was extremely weak. For about a month there was no hot water, it was winter time and no hot water to shower. Somehow they managed to fix the hot water issue after a couple of attempts. The place is being rented to noisy young fellows and they, in the middle of the night, revved their engines. Their rap music was played very loud every day and could not have a quiet supper or watch tv comfortably because of the loudness of the rap music. The maintenance people always tried their best, and so did the manager. I hope things can get squared away for the benefit of the new tenants. I know they’re working on it diligently. The other issue worth mentioning is the exposure to vandalism. The first night I moved in my vehicle was vandalized and it was a borrowed vehicle. Best of luck to everyone and I really appreciate the good disposition of the manager and maintenance guys. They were the highlight of our stay.

I have lived here since February and I love it. My apartment is huge with lots of storage and any maintenance issue I have gets taken care of. The manager Jackie is amazing and provides great customer service. Im glad I chose Vivid for my home.

Had AC maintenance issue. Maintenance was good to work on it, thank you G, for following up with the AC trying to get running. Office called out a HVAC contractor, did excellent job 👍. *Thank you, Duane, CM. Contractor got it working again. The apartments are comfortable. I have lived here since 2016. They have nice views of Green Belts from pato deck.**I would recommend this property Vivid**

I used to live in Tivona Apartments, this place is just like that! Really great service from the front desk Jackie, she’s on top of any issue that occurs.The Apartment itself has a lot of storage which is awesome, and we appreciate having updated wood floors. A big thing for me is A/C and Heating, this place is cool in the heat and really warm during the Texas Cold Fronts.The experience here is very peaceful since the street isn’t busy and doesn’t have many big businesses surrounded by it.There always room for improvement: I do miss having a pantry, (don’t know if that’s just my apartment model) and ceilings fans are pretty cool :)

Ive had a few problems but Geronimo fr maintenance has always been quick to take care of it for us. Front office not as helpful we where being charged renters insurance for over 2 years but was told I cant be given a refund even with written proof since it has now owners.

Management is great. If we have any issues they are prompt and taken care of in a timely manor. Rooms are spacious, plenty of storage and we are happy to call Vivid our home!

Currently am a resident and soo far I love these apartments :)) I have had a leak underneath my sink and as soon as I reported it, a work order was put in and it was immediately worked on.. I had a wasp nest on my balcony and as soon as I reported that as well maintenance came and took it down.. I talked to neighbors around my building and they told me as well that they love thee neighborhood..
