    I’m having a wonderful experience living at this apartment. The property is well-maintained, and the living environment is clean, quiet, and welcoming. Carlos has always been so helpful from the start during our leasing process and also giving attention to any other concern we have had after moving in. He always replies to our emails on time and whenever we meet him he’s so friendly and fun to talk to!I also want to give a huge shout-out to the maintenance team, especially Julian and Melvin. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient—any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve resolved it quickly and with great care!

    I put in a request for maintenance to fix my kitchen faucet and a couple of broken shelves in my closet. Anticipating a long wait, I was pleasantly surprised when Melvin from maintenance showed up within the hour. Unlike previous experiences with repairmen, who always seemed grumpy about doing their job, Melvin was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, thorough, and a joy to work with. Melvin assured me that everything would be taken care of, putting my mind at ease. He quickly ordered a new faucet for me, and even remembered my love for cooking, understanding the importance of having a functioning faucet in the kitchen. The very next day, Melvin was back at my house installing the new faucet. Thank you, Melvin, for your exceptional service and a job well done!

    I’m currently a resident here and I’m happy to say that the maintenance crew is super helpful. I don’t recall him name but the man that helped us figured out how to get rid of the smell that was coming from our washer. I thought the issue was the dryer but I was wrong! After that we no longer have any smells! I put in a maintenance request and they came next day. My lights also went out and he happily changed them! He even made a second trip because I forgot to mention something on my request and he fixed it right away! The people in the leasing office are super caring and always make conversation with us and they actually care.

    Our maintenance guys Melvin and Julian are amazing! I placed a work order for hot water issue early in the morning and they came within a few hours same day and resolved our problem. They were very nice, while working and thorough with the work they were doing and provided updates throughout the process.

    I had an amazing experience working with Carlos. He is truly exceptional at what he does. Carlos is incredibly patient, attentive, and always ready to answer any questions with clarity and professionalism. He made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly approach set him apart. If youre looking for a leasing experience thats both efficient and pleasant, Carlos is the person to go to!

    This property is so beautiful, when I came for a tour Angelique was assisting someone (while on a boot) and still greeted me with a smile and stated she will be with me shortly. I informed her on the unit I was looking for and she states its not available to view but offered to show me another unit thats somewhat similar, I felt so bad because I knew she had a boot on but she was adamant about showing me the property. The unit she showed me was super clean, the parking lot didnt have any trash, the gym has a rock climbing wall and new machines. The pool is just a bit small but the area is nice to put meat on the grill. The office is super pretty and decorated very nicely its gorgeous and the entire staff is super pretty and nice. I ask a lot of questions and can be annoying at times but they were very welcoming and explained things to me to very detail. I signed my lease and will be here for at least a year so I plan to revisit this review. Im so excited!

    I give the maintenance team and office staff 5 stars. Jillian, Melvin, Carlos, and Briana are all top notch! The only two negatives I have to say about this apartment complex is that make sure you look at the actual unit you are planning on leasing. I was shown the model because someone was living in the unit I was going to lease. Unfortunately, my unit was trashed by the previous Tenant and while Vista 121 did somewhat clean it and paint it, the unit needed many repairs and a deep cleaning. Some of the issues the complex has fixed while some they have labled as normal wear and tear, which I dont agree with, but it is what it is. The other negative is valet trash. It is very inconsistent. Many evenings they will take the bag on top of the can, but not the one inside the trash can...However, any repairs that I have needed due to functionality have been promptly taken care of. Jillian and Melvin have gone above and beyond with maintenance. These guys are fantastic. I can always count on them to get it done or done to the best of their ability. Carlos and Briana in the office are always kind and helpful. Any issues I have had, they try to get it worked out as quickly as possible.... I would definetly recommend living here as long as you take a look at the actual unit you are leasing.

    I have been living here for two years and will say this property is well kept, staff friendly, and maintenance always attentive to my work orders.I would definitely like to take this time and thank the manager Angelique Black for completing all is I have brought to the staff attention.Only con about the community is there valet service “recycle Now” doesn’t pick up our trash all the time. I understand the office can only do so much but I pay for that service and I expect it to be picked up on my schedule day.

    The staff here are Top tier they are absolutely great! From the moment we walked in the wonderful fragrance and the immediate welcome given by Angelique, Briana and Carlos made feel right at home! I now call them the ABC crew ( first initial to there first name ☺️) Each of them played a big part on us selecting this property as our new home especially the awesome greeting and show of the apartment by Briana! The apartment we viewed is magnificent! It was more than I had looked for and the price is very well worth it! Anyone looking for top notch don’t look any further come to Vista 121 and I promise you will feel right at home as we do. Thanks Angelique, Briana and Carlos you have made this transition very welcoming and thank you for making us a part of the Vista family!🥰

    Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to maintenance guy Melvin who helped us quickly to resolve the leaking faucet issue by replacing it with new faucet once he identified that the issue was due to the old faucet leaking water internally. He was very friendly and helpful the whole time.

    Lived here almost 2 yrs and enjoy living here. Melvin took care of our maintenance order for the restroom and kitchen promptly and professionally!!     Fantastic place, beautiful apartments. Management is always ready and willing to fix any problems you have. Very clean updated lobby and units, a gym that would put planet fitness to shame and very friendly employees. Tenants are quiet, parking is plenty. 10/10 place 10/10 energy 10/10 people.

    Vista 121 is highly recommended property. As someone who tends to move around a lot I have been here for the last year and I have LOVED IT! Front office is very attentive to the needs of the residents and the painting is up to par. The units are great and modern and I plan on staying here longer!

    It’s been 4 months living at this apartment complex and we have enjoyed it so far.The maintenance guys have done amazing, if there is any problem you can talk to them and they will come to fix it. Thank you guys. Specifically to Julian who has been always very helpful and respectful.

    My family and I had a wonderful and fantastic stay. The staff from the guest service are very accommodating and polite to all of us and they provided us with all of our requests in amenities and room preference. The checkin process and checkout was smooth and we did not wait for too long to get our room.

    Vista 121 is a good place to call home! I was recommend here by current tenants which is my mom and grandma and after checking them out I liked them a lot! Everything is kept up with even the outside which is my pet peeve when the outside is all ugly and dirty! Carlos is the bomb.com and Angelique is the best not like the rest!

    The kitchen faucet in my apartment was not working properly, and I ran into Melvin from maintenance in the parking lot near my apartment. I decided to ask him if he could help me since I had put in a ticket and the service had not been completed yet. Melvin very kindly asked which apartment it was and said he could take a look at the problem to try to find a solution. Melvin came to my apartment and told me that a replacement was needed and that he would help me on Monday of the following week since it was Thanksgiving. Melvin came to my apartment on Monday as promised, replaced the kitchen faucet, and painted under the cabinet since the paint was peeling a bit from the water that had leaked from the damaged faucet. I am very happy with Melvin’s service!

    Vista 121 is a great complex and theyre constantly on top of whatever I may need help with. From the property managers to the maintenance team, they are all quick to respond and they keep the property looking very clean. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

    When it comes to dealing with leasing paperwork for a new apartment it definitely takes a toll on me. I hate the thought of paperwork, stresses me out so Ive been living in an apartment for 4 years. Today Ive made a life changing decision to upgrade to a better apartment with Vista 121. I cant complain about anything from this place that I call Home, even though its an apartment complex. I really need to give thanks to Carlos Garcias for his help in time of need. For taking his time and showing that he truly cares about the residents here in Vista 121. My husband and I are very grateful for the help that he provided and being there through the process. Thanks to him I will be able to relax without no stress and that means a lot to me. Thank you once again Carlos Garcias.

    *UPDATE*The communication has gotten much better and I am able to get my packages whenever now. Overall it’s a nice place to live and for the most part quiet.I went with 4 stars for two reasons:1) the gates are still more of a nuisance than a benefit2) they recently took all of the prime uncovered parking spots and are now holding them ransom for $45/month which is absurd for uncovered parking. Now if I get home past 6:30pm I have to walk from Narnia to get to my apartment.*OLD POST*I was torn between 2-3 stars. The overall apartments are nice but there are just inconveniences that keep stacking up that are frustrating. The gate to the property is always broken and when it is working your gate fob will work about half the time.Probably one of the most frustrating things though is the mail room. If your package is in the mail room and you work a normal day time job, you’re not getting that package for at least a week! You’re suppose to get a code to be able to get into the room, but I only get one maybe half the time (and that’s generous). If you work, you can try and call the complex and ask for a code but they never answer and they’ll never return your phone calls. There are times that what was delivered is time sensitive and it’s frustrating that I’m paying for a service that is preventing me from getting my packages.I just wish it was easier to get in contact with someone here to ask questions or file complaints.I don’t know if something changed because this is my second year here and I feel like it has drastically gone downhill since resigning my lease.

    Hello, I wanted to give my opinion on these apartments. The community is very nice, and the maintenance people keep the area very clean. Most of the comments I see are related to people not being responsible. I agree with the towing, I had my car towed once, but it is not the management responsibility. I forgot to register the car in the website they provide. I have spoken with the office people and I can say that they are very nice. They make sure that everybody is treated with respect. I can only say the best of this place. Definitely maximus stars from me.

    I have been living here almost a year now. Hector was wonderful with the leasing process, he definitely solidified my choice to stay here. The prices are fair, the amenities are great, and theres ample parking. I love that it is a smaller complex, close to main highways, yet still pretty quiet. Angelique has been so helpful with a maintenance issue we had. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, willing to explain the repairs, and does quality work as well. When the A/C went out in the middle of summer, they were there within the hour. I highly recommend living here.The only issue I have had is with the company that seals/reseals the bathtub. They had to redo it in August, and are having to redo it now. I am unable to stay in my apartment while they reseal it, so it is frustrating to find somewhere else to stay during this. Especially as I pay to stay there.That said, they are an external contractor so Vista121 is not at fault. Ideally there would be a change in companies so the resealing doesnt crack within 6 months.

    Ive been here 3yrs, and Julian and Melvin the maintenance men do a very good job. They are very attentive, and fixes your problems quick. I miss Hosea, but Julian and Melvin made the transfer very pleasant. Hope they both stay around til the end of my lease. They deserve a raise and any bonuses coming their way.

    I just moved into this complex and have had a great experience! Mr. Nunez (Arath) has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the past few weeks, from adequately answering all questions prior to move in, to helping with any concerns after my move in as well. He has made the process as smooth as possible and has been incredibly patient with both me and my parents’ multitude of questions. He is so kind and helpful! In addition, my unit was amazingly clean upon my arrival with all brand new appliances included. The complex has just recently been renovated and everything is so nice! I highly recommend living here!

    Arath is such a nice guy. He helped us with all the application documentation and made sure we had the right documents. Overall I had a great experience. The manager Angie is such a nice lady I only met her for a little bit but she helped us and checked on it for us. Overall this apartment is great from the building to the people. It is a real luxury.

    We’ve lived here for the past couple of years and it’s been a joy to call Vista 121 our home. All the staff are always so friendly and willing to work with you in anyway they can. Maintenance is prompt. They use Resident Portal which makes putting in requests, seeing balances, lease information, and communicating with the team easy. The pool and gym are amazing as well. I would recommend anyone to live here. Thank you so much to the Vista 121 team!

    Moved in a few months ago and have had nothing but great experiences. The move in process was easy and the staff has been super helpful with any requests. I have put in a few minor maintenance requests and they are fixed same day which i really appreciate. neighbors have been friendly and quiet and I also appreciate how well lit the complex is at night. Hector has been the one who has helped me in almost every instance and he has been great!

    I moved from out of state with my two children and Vista 121 and the associates have been awesome!! I love my apartment, it’s so spacious! The community here is amazing. If there’s ever any trouble or concerns, they’ve always been on top of it to have fixed. Communication is key and the employees here have always kept in contact with me throughout my relocation. I truly appreciate the associates and their patience with me during this move. Highly recommend!

    Before choosing to stay in my current city I found these apartment homes and fell in love with them. EVERYTHING was what I needed the amenities, the space, etc. The office staff was great with communicating and making sure all my questions or concerns were answered. When I move Vista 121 will be my next home! Definitely recommend for anyone looking.

    I have lived in these apartments for nearly 4 years. I’ve never had a problem. Maintenance is awesome. They always come exactly when they’re supposed to. I’ve never had a delay in them servicing my apartment in the office always works with you if you are honest and prove yourself to make the effort and Val is completely amazing. I love her.

    This is one of the best communities ever! The staff is great! They are very understanding and helpful in every aspect. There is never an issue with if/when work orders will be completed. All complaints are heard and addressed. The community is definitely quiet and very clean! If you’re looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend stopping by and Speaking with Val!     We did a transfer from an upstairs unit to a floor level unit, our renovation was delayed and Angelique was more than amazing! The transition was smoother than expected. We’ve only been here a year and as long as she stays here we plan to stay. They will probably never find a better manager for this complex. Communication is 10/10!

    The office manager is so so sweet! I just moved in a week ago and my car got towed because of malfunctioning of the website. She went above and beyond to ensure I got my money back!     So pleased with the service provided by the new property management company. Coryn and Sonia are stellar Property Managers. Leasing agents are awesome and always smiling. They’re all friendly, understanding and genuinely value me as a resident. They go above and beyond to ensure I feel safe, comfortable and valued. Jose always gets it done when it comes to maintenance. He is also friendly and quick. I’ve lived here for many years and have experienced a plethora of property managers/companies and they are by far THE BEST!! So glad to be a resident of Vista 121!

    I have lived in this complex for 6 wonderful years. All the office staff is great, from Alta Vista Ridge to Westmount, and now Vista 121. The office staff we have now are fantastic. The ladies are very friendly, and willing to help you with any issue of concern. Maintenance is lightning fast, and fix any problem right the first time. Anytime they see me they ask me if everything is okay with my apartment. The entire staff from management to maintenance really do care. I have made new friends here, and get really upset when they have to move due to relocating etc. I plan to renew my lease again as this really is a great place to live. Kudos to you! Thanks for taking great care of your residents.

    If I could give 10000000 stars I would without a single doubt. I went to tour this complex today and upon entering the leasing office i immediately told my friend I knew I definitely want to live here. I had already looked at the pictures and virtual tour so I knew I would love the apartment but the leasing staff sealed the deal for me. Every single person in the office acknowledged my presence, either by smiling, waving or speaking! I was truly amazed. Unfortunately, too many encounters we have when doing business are awful- rudeness, stank attitudes and just an overall bad impression are typically the norm, not here! Hector was a true pleasure to have as my tour guide, he was personable and honest, I appreciate that. I didn’t directly deal with Angelique but she still sent a follow up email to thank me for my visit, I am straight up blown away by the service! I cannot contain my excitement for being able to finally make the move when my ideal unit becomes available!

    I have lived here for almost 3 years. I’ve had no problems and overall it has been a great experience. My only complaint is how my transfer process or lack thereof happened. My lease renewal period had come. I called the office to see about moving to a lower floor. Hector explained the process. We scheduled a date/time for a walkthrough. The day comes and Hector is a no show. The week goes by and still nothing. I called the next week. Hector stated he was out of the office. We then scheduled another day/time. Hector does the walkthrough and stated he would get back to me the next day. The week goes by again and no call. I call again the next week and Hector stated the manager was out, etc. He would get back to me. The week goes by again. I call again the next week for an update and Hector stated that it was month end and busy. Two weeks pass and still no call. At this point it’s been a month since the process has started and according to the portal we use, I had a few weeks left to make a decision. I put in a notice as my renewal was based on the transfer. I shouldn’t have had to call numerous times for an update nor put my plans on hold waiting for one. I’m very disappointed in how this happened.

    Just signed my lease! This experience has been amazing thanks to Arath! I have been living in apartments since I turned 18 and this has been the easiest and least stressful application/leasing process be far. Arath has had my best interest in mind throughout this entire process and I am very appreciative of all his help. I cant wait to move into my new apartment!

    Everyone here at Vista 121 was super nice to us! Never had a bad interaction with any staff or within our apartment. Maintenance worriers were fast and friendly with orders we needed to get filled. Management was very nice and always took care of any questions we had. Loved living here and we’ll miss y’all!

    I loved living here. Maintenance is quick and efficient and so kind! The property is nice and neighbors are generally friendly and mind their business. Quiet community overall. But.. spotlight goes to the lovely Mickey!!! She has helped me through from the application process all the way to move out!!!     I have live in Westmount at Vista Ridge for 2yrs. an I have had the best experience with maintenance team and absolutely love my apartment. The apartment is wonderfully upgraded with much room for my large sectional for a 1 bedroom. I have never had a issue or problem that they didnt address and resolve within 24 hrs. since I have lived here. The staff and management are very kind and friendly, plus they do care about the complex, and the tenants do matter. They stay on top of any issue or complaint that comes through the office with resolution. This has been one of the best experiences I have had at an apartment complex since I lived in Texas. They are well worth the money!

    I have never dealt with a leasing office as understanding as this property. There has been nothing but good customer service from all the staff and maintenance. Sonya is awesome! They really care about their tenants and helping you in any situation. They work with urgency if you have any issues or concerns.     I have only been here for a month and I am truly pleased so far. The neighbors are friendly, considerate, and it is a diverse community, which is awesome. The place is well maintained with trash and ground clean up. The maintenance team is very friendly and prompt to respond to issues. The apartments are spacey and really nice. My only compliant is that the dog park could be better with poop clean up, but I also understand that owners of their pets need to pick up and be responsible, especially since bags and a can is located conveniently inside the park . Other than that, I have no issues or concerns.

    Vista 121...what can I say? I just moved in over the weekend and Im in love already. Upon walking into my new apartment home I was thrilled. It is so much different than any apartment Ive lived in, and actually feels as though youre entering a home instead of an apartment. High ceilings, wood floors where needed, huge kitchen that multiple people can fit into comfortably, cozy bathrooms with oval tubs, walk-in closets, crown molding and among other things a washer and dryer comes in every apartment. Not to mention every room is spacious. I had the pleasure so far of meeting and leasing through Crystal, just one member of the staff here at Vista 121. Shes really made me feel comfortable and has made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Ive met a few neighbors as well and they have been very kind. The grounds throughout are well kept and clean. There is onsite garages, covered parking, an immaculate pool, workout room, social area and the best part of all...enough parking for not only residents but for guests as well. Looking forward to my stay here at Vista 121. Thanks for allowing me to be apart of such a beautiful community.

    The Most Amazing Place I have Lived! There are pricier apartments around but why? I have lived here 2 years and I dont plan on leaving. There have been 2 different owners. I am happy that I have known both. I am very pleased to say this is a very nice clean stable environment with some of the best workers they are very helpful. This is honestly a great quite place! The management is spectacular, friendly, helpful, and fast acting! The complex is simply wonderful!

    Myself and my friend visited Vista 121 Apartments in search for available rooms. Val was on duty when we arrived. She was outstanding and lovely. Her customer service was first class. She went an extra mile to assist us. We had visited more than 15 apartments prior to arriving at Vista 121. None of the places we visited come close to the service we received from Val. All the spaces she showed us were very clean. I will always recommend Vista 121 Apartments to whoever is searching for a place to live.

    As with most apartment complexes, there are some issues- most caused by people who live here though (people not picking up after pets at times, damaging things etc). HOWEVER, the maintenance staff is AMAZING. They always address issues promptly, fix things well, and no matter how busy they are, I have never experienced them to be in a sour mood- theyre all smiles and friendliness :) Also, I loved our old office staff! We have new staff now, and Im sure they will be wonderful as well given some time to get things in order the way they want to do stuff. I would definitely suggest this complex to anyone looking for an affordable and well-maintained place to stay in Lewisville.

    Omg vista 121 is the bomb.com.     Rosa is AMAZING , If I could I would give her 10 stars. Our water was off 3 1/2 days and she was so compassionate and sweet and willing to help and checked on me and my son throughout the day even bringing us water and snacks.No one else from the office or Corporate even checked on us . If it wasn’t for Rosa we would have felt helpless. Vista 121 is truly blessed to have someone like Rosa who cares about a property so much that she goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are good be it going through a situation or something as simple as a question.     I am very excited about becoming a resident in this community. These reviews have really helped confirm my decisions. I had been looking for suitable living near where my children attend school in Irving, needless to say I was not successful. One day after work my daughter wanted to go house hunting. I wasnt really in the mood because I was tired. But so as not to disappoint my children, we pulled into Vista 21. Before I could get out of the car a friendly voice pulled up and echoed from a golf cart, Hi, do you need a home? Still in the swirl of my day, I exhaustively replied, yes. She replied, Well I have one for you and proceeded to walk into the office. I looked over at my children and my 12 year old daughter affirmed, mom, that lady is very nice and we are going to live here. That kind lady was Elizabeth. We went in and while she was unable to give us the tour but gave us over to another nice lady who toured us, and was professional yet personable. A combination I appreciated as a professional mom. Because of end of semester testing, I even had to push back our move in date and the lady who handled that was equally as pleasant as well as accommodating. I can see, my children and I are going to Love living at Vista 21!! See you guys soon😊.

When my first lease was up at #226, I decided to share my thoughts about moving with staff. Elizabeth Knechtly, earned my business for a 2nd one year lease at #*** to a larger floorpan. She took the time and patience to introduce me to other residents within our community... keeping in mind her high position, I never anticipated her spending so much time assuring I was happy. I had no choice but to share the overall experience with her and the community.This gated community is quiet and peaceful, safe, and clean. Conveniently located near main expressways and access roads, shopping areas, and beautiful parks and recreation centers, I couldnt have made a better choice.Thanks Harbor Group Management for such pleasent living experience.

    Valentina is extremely helpful in bringing us back and showed us the actual unit before move in. She is honest and always there if we have any requests. Moved in couple of weeks ago and so far we are happy here. Unit is constructed with quality materials and light switches are placed in convenient locations in the unit.

    This apartment complex is amazing!! First, the staff is so friendly and warm especially Stephanie! They always greet you with a warm smile and ready to handle your concerns. The office itseelf is beautiful! They are/have doing some upgrades to the office i havent seen the final look yet but i shall! Next they have a secure gate with gate code or clicker which is always a plus! Now my apartment all i can say is wow! I work from home and Stephanie was able to find me the most PERFECT apartment ever! Its a one bedroom and office about 900sqf and its equipped with washer and dryer built in microwave and jacuzzi like tub! They also have valet trash which is my favorite amenity! How brillant lol. Parking is great. I just love everything about this place and glad i was welcomed with open arms!

    When my air conditioner went out, I called the emergency number. Maintenance called back immediately and let me know to expect a visit within an hour.     I think that Vista 121 apartments are wonderful homes,having had experience living here for 3 years total through out the 2010s. Its right by the center of the Lewisville/Coppell area and despite the busy near by area,its quite a charming little gated community with mostly if not all renovated homes at decent prices.     I’m a new residence to this complex. My car was towed tonight. When speaking to Lewisville Police department they stated the reason my car was told was because it was not showing up as registered to the complex meanwhile my car is INDEED showing up on the portal as VALID and has been showing up as VALID since move in. Just moved here from Florida with every dollar in my pocket can’t afford this why did this happen to me! Rent paid on time. Just Work and take care of my kids. The onlyyyyyyy reason my car was towed was because they said it was not registered to the complex but it definitely is registered and VALID. Questions need answering ASAP.Following up to this situation Victoria contacted me and is super awesome was was able to get the issue resolved and my car will be returned to me. Thanks
