The apartment could use a lot of work and be in a lot better condition that it’s in when we move in. We shouldn’t have to request maintenance to come fix a lot of stuff that shouldn’t need fixing in the 1st place.But the two maintenance guys who I see often are real nice and always explain things to me and let me know what’s going on do a real great job helping fix the apartment areas and the do it rights -
