    We recently moved in, and our experience so far has been fantastic! The apartment is cozy and just the right size for our family of four. It was left reasonably clean—though it could have been better—but management was upfront about having switched cleaning companies to ensure higher standards.The community itself is wonderful. The streets are well-maintained, trash is collected regularly, and the atmosphere is impressively quiet, especially given the size of the complex. Neighbors are courteous yet respectful of privacy, which is a great balance in a large community like this.The staff here truly makes the difference! Everyone is friendly, efficient, and professional. Any issues we’ve had were resolved in just a matter of hours. Jack and Ruben from operations and maintenance are amazing! They’re quick to help with any problems, and they’ve even gone out of their way to guide us through some aspects of the complex, like locating the trash compactor.The office team is just as incredible—warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. Lichelle, the complex manager, is a gem. She made us feel at home from the moment she showed us our apartment for the first time.Kamila was essential during the leasing process, handling everything so efficiently while being sweet and professional. We wouldn’t be here without her help!And I can’t forget Carlos and Amy—they’re some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. They work so hard to ensure everyone feels cared for, and it shows.All in all, we couldn’t be happier with our new home!

    The new staff is fantastic – they’re friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. You can really tell they care about making this a great place to live.The location is also a huge bonus – it’s super convenient and close to everything I need, whether it’s shopping, dining, or just enjoying the area.It’s great to see positive changes happening here, and I’m excited to see how things continue to improve.     Where to start. I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years, I love my apartment! I don’t think I’ll be leaving anytime soon. I’ve rented apartments for 8 years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had!! Maintence team gets things done pretty quickly, which was a breath of fresh air! Recommend this place to anyone wanting quality! And staff is wonderful and very welcoming

    Stoped by to tour yesterday, and fell in love with the property! I had been touring all morning and was so over it, when I came to vineyard I was greeted with a friendly smile and kind face. The apartment was so pretty and just what I wanted! I am definitely moving in!

    I absolutely love living here. I have been here for almost a year and a half and had my issues just like any property would but over all the manager & staff are amazing. For Valentine’s they gaveus breakfast on the go, they actually woke up early to do this for their residents which I thought was very thoughtful & sweet. The new manager is amazing.Thank you for taking care of us residents and taking the time out of y’all’s day to think about us.

    I love this place and I love my apartment!Bella is the most exceptional manager and always went above and beyond! Austyn is also amazing and as long as you communicate with him he works with you and really listens! Trinity the office staff is also wonderful as well! She always greets you with a smile and is always ready to help! All in all they go above and beyond to make your living here extraordinary thank you from the bottom of my heart!

    I can’t express enough how amazing the new management has been, guiding me through the application process and making my move seamless. The entire staff is incredibly courteous and the amenities are top notch. Our community events add such a nice touch giving us the chance to bond and genuinely connect with our neighbors.     The most recent positive experience I had with one of the staff members was with Dee (Maybe that’s not how you spell it) but he’s the guy that drives golf cart around the community making sure everything’s fine. I was taking out a very heavy trash bin all by myself and gladly wanted to help as soon as he noticed that I was struggling with it under the hot sun. He also was patient with me as he explained the trash system in the community to me and show me how cool the trash compressor machine is. Very attentive and kind guy. Thank you so much!

    Just moved into the Vineyard and I love my new home! The staff have been super helpful and friendly and my apartment is beautiful. I highly recommend Vineyard to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to call home.

    I would like to give a review for the manager Bella Vasquez, she was really nice since day one. She showed me the apartment the day I went to look for prices.Then she help me with all the paperwork I needed, she is really efficient and made things easy for me.Im so sorry she wont be at Vineyards anymore, I wish her the best.

    I have been a resident at Vineyard Springs for almost two years and have gone through several changes in management. With that being said, I cannot be more pleased, and blessed, we have Jeremy Bristol and his team. Things have been entirely different and it feels good to call this place home again. Jeremy is totally dedicated to the management of this complex; he is always the first to arrive and the last to leave. I had an incident where I needed my locks changed and he, personally, took care of the matter immediately to ensure my safety. Most other places would have sent that request through maintenance. Recently, there was an issue that was out of the complexs control and Jeremy worked on the problem for a week and got it entirely resolved. He follows up as he promises and this has not been the norm at this complex prior to his arrival. Thanks to his team, my kids and I plan to be here as long as they stay in charge. Thank you, Jeremy, for all of your help! And kudos to your team!

    At first I was upset with this complex, and agency. So I wrote them a bad review. I had been in some circumstances anyone would be upset with, but it was wrong to base a review off those circumstances. Anyhow, this apartment has steadily been increasing in customer service since I have lived here. Unfortunatley I have to move due to some work related options. This complex has improved, improved, and improved. The office staff, and manager Jeremy are all very pleasant people to work with in my experience. I have had minor issues that did not take any maintenance request I just handled them easily. (Ie. Some small fire ants, lights that were out, and appliances not working.) Keep up the good work vinyard springs and team👍.

    Love it here! The entire staff always greet you with a smile, are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and amenities are kept clean every day. The workout rooms are open 24/7 are rarely crowded. The pool area is like a resort- I’m always barbecueing/laying out in the sun on weekends! love the convenience of HEB and other shops practically across the street. Oh and all my neighbors are so nice so I feel comfortable walking my dog alone. So happy I found this amazing place!!!

    On the Rise. Ive been at this location for a year and my family and i just re-upped our lease. There was some hesitation, because even though the location is ideal, wed had a few problems with work requests. Were happy to see that the few issues we had were resolved, by the new maintenance team hired, and things have returned to the standard we grew to expect from management. Our kids love the pool area, and the convenience to both our jobs and shopping is an added bonus. Love the area and well be here until the boys graduate.

    Lots of faces in the office but the new manager seems to be trying to get stuff done. Shes the first manager that Ive seen actually take the time to meet with me and take about my issues. Amenities are great. Pool area is awesome. Once my work orders are taken care of, I will be set.

    There are some ups and downs at any apartment complex and I have lived here for 3 years. There could be better communication between the staff and tenants and they need to provide parcel lockers for the tenants because 15 wont cut it at a complex of 360 units. But the price for what you get in this complex is fair and reasonable. Dont expect granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for $800 rent folks! If you order Dom Periogn at Whataburger, well you get the point. However the maintenence staff is awesome and spot on. Moises has been here almost as long as me and he is real friendly and takes care of all my needs whenever I put in a work order. His work is great and I enjoy his positive energy and friendly attitude. Best maint guy around!

    We lived at the Vineyard Springs for about 2yrs (2009-2011)we loved our stay there. The management was extremely friendly( Raquel and Cindy) we only had to call maintenance once the whole time we lived there and it was because of the shower head not working, they came the next day to fix it. The parking was a little packed but the neighbors were friendly and respectful. As far as rodents go, just the occasional squirrel eating from your bird feeder. There were some break ins but it was from outsiders and management sent out notices warning residents and requesting you report suspicious behavior. It is a very quiet place to live with a jogging trail and schools within walking distance. We only moved because we decided to find a closer place to my school.

    I am shock on the reviews here. This place literally is such a great area and compared to pricing. They out did ever single apartment by far in the area. Trust me I went around shopping around and when I told other places they were shocked and thought I was making it up. The moment I got there it was nothing but positive vibes. Tayler is such a great person and from my experience a great leader and manager. She really helped me out and worked with me in my application and directed me in helping my app. Not only that but I wasn’t pressured to apply for the app. It was a honest experience and I am so grateful for it. My advice to ppl in the future applying is to just be honest also if you don’t have the best of credit please Realize IT and work on it before applying. I moved in and was greeted with respect and the work orders I requested were submitted by Micheal which was such a huge help and sincerely asks if anything else needs work on. I’ve also dealt with Priscilla that helped in such an amazing way in guiding me in a low cost apartment Insuarance which trust me help me budget for my future. Whenever I had a issue they were quick to respond and apologize to me in which they truly did not have too since it is not their fault. I just want people to get the good side on the review and not all the negative reviews. Seems like only ppl that had a negative experience write reviews so I hope that changes. I will always recommend this place to people that ask. My advice to anyone that chooses to live here is just be polite and honest and it will take you far. Not only here but in life in general. Thank you Vineyard Springs and staff please continue to help our community.

    I will try to break this down as honest as possible. I lived here for 6 months and then had to move because of job relocation. These are good apartments and the rent tends to be cheaper than the surround competitors at least when I lived there.This isnt the nicest newest place by any means, but what made it great to me was the management and maintenance were top notch. With the manager Adam there, this is the first time I felt like an apartment complex actually cared about my needs and well being . Adam went out of his way to take care of things, which Im not used to seeing.I see a lot of complaints on apartments in general, but a lot of it comes from people knit picking everything and a lot of those people have no business in apartment living. After 5 apartments I lived in over the years, Ive learned it all really comes down to who is managing the place and how well Maintenance is. As long as Adam is there, I would have no problems recommending this place to anyone I know.

    The new manager Jeremy is a breath of fresh air. He has taken care of issues weve had for 3 months in a matter of days. He even went out and bought us a bag of ice since our ice machine was out of order. Looking forward to seeing him get this place back in shape. Thanks to Jeremy and Stefan for all their help.

    Weve lived here for a little over a year and I cant recommend this complex enough. Management is extremely helpful and kind. Any maintenance requests weve placed have been addressed promptly. Im so grateful for them. We will definitely be renewing our lease here.

    This place didn’t have the greatest reviews when we applied for an apartment here, but took a gamble anyways because we saw that the more recent reviews mentioned “new, better management”.Fortunately, that gamble paid off! Very pleased with the community. I have little-to-no complaints. Management is great. Excellent location. Happy to be here.

    So far its been great! We moved in quick, the girls at the office (Genesis and Erika) have been extremely helpful and professional. The place is clean, quiet and well maintained. We have plenty of storage and parking space (3 cars). I am glad we made a decision to pick this place.

    First of all I will like to express my most sincere gratitude to Ericka one of the sales representative, she was very professional and helpful, and always looked for accommodating the needs I had for finding an immediate apartment for my daughter and me.The administration was also very flexible with my situation, coming from an Island that went through a natural catastrophe, I had to make desicions that affected my credit. This was no obstacle.The ammenities are unique and differrent, the personal is great, and facilites well mantaind. I can continue talking about this wonderfull and gratifying experience, but I will just end this review, thanking the staff, speciali Ericka and highly recommending this wonderful place.

    The employees that i have dealt with are outstanding. Michael, Prissilla, and Moses have been so helpful. I really enjoy the general atmosphere, and LOVE all of the green space.All in all, its an affordable hidden gem in this area.
