Okay so I waited to give REAL REVIEWI moved in a couple of months ago and I LOVE IT HERE!!!! I can honestly say it’s home for me. Moving in was no hassle and Elda was extremely helpful.Esmeralda made sure everything was taken care of for me.Carlos and Cruz are awesome in maintenance and really nice staff . I can’t complain much even being a larger complex.The only thing I would say is the gym could be better and you do share hot water but I work nights while people are sleep 😂 so I have an advantage. Other than that nice and quiet. I’m enjoying home 🏡 thank you Vine staffS Webb

I moved in July 2023 and I really havent had a bad experience. Since Ive been here, I had 1 work order and it was for the ac unit leaking. Maintenance came and fixed the issue within hours and I havent had any other issues. This area is quiet and most of the neighbors are friendly. You are close to many food places, recreation centers, and walking/biking trails. I will say 1 of the management staff members named Alyssa was a little rude. The gym is a little disappointing considering weights are missing and there are cobwebs on most of the machines. The walls are thin in the apt units so you can hear peoples conversations. And when it rains sometimes, there is a lot of flooding outside in front of the walkway. So, you are basically walking in a puddle to get to your car. Other than that, its not a bad place to live.

I just moved in and had a fantastic experience. Traci and the entire office staff were simply wonderful and so helpful. Everything went so smoothly and my apartment is perfect.This is a great community. Lots of nice amenities and good neighbors.

Fast forward to this year, and Im thrilled to have signed another lease here. The positive aspects that drew me in initially have only improved, making it an easy decision to call this place home once again.

I Moved in today and thanks to the new management they made the process so easy. The manager and leasing team are friendly, respectful, and ACCOMMODATING. This has been the best management and leasing team I have encountered since living in the Dallas area. Today when I went to pick up my keys there was a bit of miscommunication about the move-in time and whether or not the unit was ready for move in. Although some work still needed to be done on the unit the manager allowed me to do a walk through on the unit and allowed me to see what needed to be done on the unit. The manager was not happy with the flooring in the unit and made sure the flooring was replaced immediately. The new flooring came out amazing!!!!!!!! I definitely recommend you move here, I promise you wont be disappointed especially with such an amazing team taking care of the complex.

All positive energy and positive people. This property actually offers alot to their tenants. Volleyball court, tennis court, nice fitness center, dog park, swimming pool, and a walking trail.Update: Okay, it has been four months and I am still excited Bout being here at Vine Apartments. Still quiet and drama free here. I love the fact that everyone pretty much keep to themselves and when spoken to, they are always responding back positively. Staff keeps us in the know all the time and actually create events for us tenants to participate in. Loving it!! ❤️

When we first moved in, our experience here wasn’t the best especially the appearance of our apartment from the previous management. The current management has been helpful in fixing the damages to our apartment these past couple of months. There are still changes to be made, but I can say the new management is finding ways to help accommodate us during our lease. P.S. they are also friendly

I have loved living here. Just now, I was concerned that a package was left on my porch and one of the employees was kind enough to get a key, unlock my door, and slide my package inside. The employees have consistently been helpful, kind, and accommodating. Also, maintenance is so amazing. They handle requests super promptly and efficiently. The complex backs up to River Legacy park and there is a private entrance to the park. I love it!!! Lately, I have been working out in the fitness center and canceled my gym membership because their fitness center is just as good as any gym, plus it is closer and now I am not paying a gym fee. Love it so much! Great place to live.

My stay at the Vine Apartments has been fabulous. I hate that I am ending my lease because I need to relocate for work purposes.During my stay the management always made sure residents needs were met. The property is always kept neat and they like to engage residents in contests and seasonal activities. The whole time I was there the front office crew Allyssa and Leslie were the best. And I’d like add special shout to Tammie who always goes the extra mile to address any issues! Thanks again Vine! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Great property. So many new renovations happening which keeps the property looking top notch. Maintenance are always quick to help out and show up when called. Great new gym, wish during the summer the pool would have been cleaned and maintained better though!When we first viewed this apartment 2 years ago we met Jessica, she made a great first impression and was literally the biggest motivator to get us to sign the lease. She was accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful. We turned down many previous apartments because of how rude and impolite the staff were. So dealing with Jessica was refreshing. Even after all this time shes still always giving us quality service.Another exceptionally great feature that gets us to renew our lease all the time is the CARES team. They have fun community building events regularly. Incredibly friendly and wonderful people! They make the living experience here great! Donnelly and Megan are the best!Apartment itself is a good size. Love our view. Good appliances

I love how quiet it is! No foot traffic in front of my door, and parking is a breeze so far. I love the no-noise!! Maintenance was quick, too, when I first moved in. Not a fan of the laundry facilities; it could be free since we dont have w/d in our units. So, I rented one; it was cheaper!

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments about one month now. So far it has been a great experience. The property is clean and quiet. It is also very well lit so if you have to walk your dog late at night or walk to your car you dont feel scared. Everyone around is friendly. Cynthia was our leasing agent and she was very attentive and sweet. This is a great place if you have a dog. There is a huge dog park for your puppy to play in as well as a great walking trail around the property as well. Everything in the apartment is very well taken care of and clean. We never have any issues with hot water or pests. I would definitely recommend moving here!

I lived here for 2 years before moving in July 2017. I saw the apartment transition from one management to the current one (Knightvest). I must say I really enjoyed living here during the 2 years I was able to be here. The staff has been very good even with the transition they were still very helpful. Jessica is a great asset to the office staff and is great to work with if you have any questions or concerns. They were even helpful after I moved out when some packages and mailed that ended up at the office after I left. The location of these apartments are great and they are really building up the local area. The prices are not super high and you get great amount of space especially for a one bedroom. No apartment complex is perfect but I had a good experience and got to know the staff. The maintenance team is stronger as well and they are quick with their turnaround time and better with their communication about repairs. I recommend this property

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance is on top of every work order put in. I can not say enough about the office staff as well. Very professional and handle every situation to a very high standard. Ms.Tammie Layton always helpful. As I’m going on my second year in Vine Apartments I can really call this place my home.

I lived at vine for 1 year and I enjoyed living here! The maintenance crew are amazing any work order I submitted was always completed either the same day or the following day. We ran into an recurring issue in our bathroom and I absolutely love how the office manager handled the situation and she was very accommodating due to our inconvenience and made sure the issue got resolved. The only cons about living here to me was the walls were really thin I could hear every little movement our upstairs neighbors made and the area was terrible with cell phone reception. Other than that this was one of the best apartment complexes Ive lived in there was always activities going on within the complex my favorite was the Easter egg hunt! The only reason we moved was because we had a baby and needed more space and the bigger units were out of our price range.

I moved in here November 2016. I started off with the 734 square ft partially upgraded. I loved my apartment, especially the bay window in the bedroom. Everyone in the office is really nice. I upgraded to the loft in aug 2017 and I love this apt even more. I ended up losing my job, and was having a really tough time getting my rent paid each month. Although I should have been evicted a long time ago Jessica worked with me to the fullest extent possible. I really appreciated all the leniency that was given. Unfortunately, I now have to move out due to being entirely too behind on my account. But anyone reading this should definitely move here. Every time I put in a maintenance request they come by the end of the day or in a few hours. The upgrades are beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that if you come home too late at night, parking is almost impossible to find.

I really enjoy my apartment! I am very satisfied, this is my very first apartment, I love the amenities as well as the environment. I have been here for approximately two months and my leasing agent was more than helpful from beginning to end. she literally went out her way to make sure things worked out in my favor. if you are in the process of finding somewhere to live I recommend Vine Apartments and ask for ALYSSA!!! My only complaints are the gym is kind of small, the noise of my neighbors dog at times, and my service connection because my area in the apartments are surrounded by trees.

I am really glad that I moved back. The renovations are very nice and eye-catching. In one year, so many great improvements.I love the fitness center because the event planners (Megan and Don) are going to make me fat.The office staff is always efficient, welcoming and helpful. Offers me a cup of coffee and a smile. Maintenance staff are on point, ready with a friendly helping hand and quick to solve issues. New management has been great. I would recommend Vine community to my friends and family.

I have lived at Vine for close to one year now. All I can say is wow! The apartment is updated with modern styling and great appliances. I have a one bedroom, yet it is very roomy with high ceilings. The Vine is in close proximity to grocery stores, the ballpark, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, DFW Airport and the River Legacy Park, which is totally amazing for anyone walking, running or biking.The Vine apartments and its manicured grounds are great, but the greatest thing about Vine is the people. Jessica, my leasing agent is absolutely amazing! The first day I walked into the leasing office, Jessica greeted me warmly and made me feel very comfortable. She showed me the exact apartment I would be leasing and walked me through the leasing process quickly and efficiently. Jessica has been extremely helpful when I had questions. She always has an awesome smile and addresses your issues right then and there.Overall, I could not be more pleased with the Vine property and more over the people. If you are searching for your next home, check out Vine. I am confident you will love the property and most definitely love the staff!

I am currently living at vine apartments and I have to say I am enjoying living here. The only downside is that the gym is never working. My work orders get done quickly. I have not met the new staff so I cannot say much on that yet. If I can renew here I would but I dont know if I can because the prices will skyrocket. But honestly this apartments are nice to live and and all the amenities are great!

I recently just moved here to go to school and I couldnt be more pleased with what Ive experienced so far. The university is so close, as well as a bunch of stores. Everything is in close proximity and the neighborhood is great and in such a calm area! My leasing agent Jessica Has helped and guided me through everything I needed in order to get my apartment! Its my first time Im on my own and she and the staff have been extremely helpful! They dont hesitate to help you when you have questions. Would definitely recommend moving here!🙂👍🏼

I love it here! The staff is more than awesome. They always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help. I lived here for a year, and was pretty happy with my experience. My 3rd floor apartment was in the back, and backed up to some nice trees which I loved being able to see through my living room window/slider. It was quiet and rarely did I ever have problems with neighbors. Maintenance was pretty good at taking care of the few issues I had, and the office staff was ALWAYS nice and friendly. The main complaint I would have is that there arent many nearby conveniences, other than an expensive Tom Thumb and a ghetto Kroger. One of the BEST things about this apartment complex is that there is a pathway to the River Legacy trail that leads to the park. Its a fantastic place to take a walk through the trees, alongside the river, and just enjoy nature. Watch out for the bikers though, not all of them abide by the rules or general etiquette.

I recently moved here from Illinois and I have to say that I could not have made a better choice!! My leasing agent Taylor was very helpful every step of the way. I never got to see my apartment before moving in but she assured me that I would love it, and she was right! The fitness center is one of the best that I have seen at any of the other local apartment communities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They do community events on the weekends where you can meet your neighbors and I have made some new friends. The french toast breakfast was definitely a life changer!! I would like to thank the entire staff for making my move to Texas such a smooth transition. It really does feel like home.

It has truly been a blessing leaving here at the Vine. My family loves the quietness, the friendly staff and they are always open to help. Even when there are issues, the maintenance staff resolve the matters quickly. I believe what I have enjoyed the most is the cares team on the property. Donnelly and Megan are such a wonderful couple. The events and the food is always wonderful. The Cares Team is a great asset to this community to bring everyone together is amazing. I lived in this apartment complex for two years between 2014 and 2016 — I left just before the name was changed to Vine and the rooms were renovated. Overall, I enjoyed the time we spent here. The floor plans are very large compared to most apartments I have seen and the office staff was always kind and responsive.I never personally experienced anything that made me feel unsafe, but know that it is not the greatest part of town and the police/EMS showed up more often than the apartments I’ve been in since.The proximity to the park behind it is one of its best features. I wish that we would have gone to the park more often.

I Love this place. If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable and call home, then this is the place for you. The property is well kept. I mean every morning the friendly grounds keepers are out on top of things. Dont be afraid to say hello because they are not! . Should i say must LOVE DOGS?!?!? There is a separate grounds area for dogs (Dog Park) where all are welcome. Did I mention I love this place? Oh and to you work out junkies there is a 24hr newly renovated gym facility. Its not overly crowded and great if you work a grave yard shift. Space for yoga, space for lifting, space for quick restroom relief lol. Oh and also there is a community access entrance to Katy Trail. Experience the natural wild life Texas has to offer in a safe concrete paved environment.....I could go on and on and on because well this my review, but i just invite you all to stop by. We moved in about 1,5 month ago. The people at the office were really nice and helpful. A few days after we moved in we got notified that The Vine was under new ownership, which I think is kinda strange they did not tell us about when applying, but oh well. Were sad that the old employees had to go. They were nice and doing a great job.Also we had some problems with our shower. The water pressure was awful and the temperature was going from burning hot to ice cold (you were lucky if you had a normal water temperature for a total of 30 seconds). Maintenance guys came over to our apartment 3 times before it was finally fixed. Im soo glad that we can finally have normal showers now.Our toilet is also having problems (sometimes it works and sometimes it is not filling up with water, so it does not flush). We called about this a few weeks ago, but it is still not fixed. We have to get the top of the toilet and push a sort of valve / screw everytime it stops filling up with water in order for it to flush.And then theres the gym.. We were really excited about this when we just moved in, but dont let the nice pictures of the gym fool you. Half of the machines are old or not working, the yoga mats are dirty and ther are no sanitizing items at all (no wipes, no spray, no rags / paper).Dont get me wrong. We love living at The Vine. We have the loft apartment (which has a really nice looking floorplan), we have a big patio, it is pretty quiet (at least in the area were our apartment is), we have direct access to the trail etc. Thats why I gave 4 stars. We like living here, but there are some points of improvement.

I don’t even know where to start. These apartments are amazing. To be fair, me and my boyfriend went to go look at these last weekend. We fell in love. The amenities here are well kept and up to date. You name it, volleyball court with sand, dog park, a trail to river legacy park. These apartments are surrounded by restaurants and close to the AT&T stadium and Texas live! We just signed a lease and we move in January. I will do an updated review on that process. I have nothing negative to say as of right now. As for the signing and leasing process, it was so smooth. The staff is so great! Alyssa is literally the sweetest and coolest leasing agent I’ve ever met! Go see her if you go check these apartments. Cynthia was very kind to us as well. We got to look at a floor plan we were interested in and it was so clean and we love the layouts they offer. We are so excited to move into these apartments. I don’t think I’ve ever been this enthusiastic about apartments! Thank you Alyssa for all your help!!!

Ive been living at this property since April. I have the one bedroom Loft; the layout is very nice. The management and leasing team have excellent customer service. In addition, the maintenance team and Courtesy Officer answer calls for service promptly. The property has monthly community events that often includes free food! Vine Apartments is well kept. It offers a large dog park, Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball Court, Fitness Center, trail entrance to River Legacy Park, and Laundry Facility.

This apartment complex is amazing. Great place to call home. The staff here is Friendly, the property is well manatained, and my neighbors are great. The grounds here are well kept, and there are many amenities to choose from. I love it here. Also they have a wonderful dog park, 24 hour gym, tennis court volleyball court, and an entrance to Katy trail which stretches over 14 miles. I love this place

I have lived at The Vine for 10 months now, and it has been the best Apartment living experience I have ever had.Beyond the property being well kept, and the amazing views from the hilltop on down. I havent had any major issues within my actual apartment unit, and can tell they used quality materials when getting a unit ready for a new tenant.The staff is amazing from top to bottom, all willing to go the extra mile for their residence. Whether its by throwing gatherings for tenants, our simply showing empathy for a situation a tenant is going through. The staff is always there willing to lend support, or suggest a solution.Jessica, the ASM is by far the best Apartment management personnel I have ever had at a property Ive lived on. She is always on top of what needs to be done, very open and honest, and extremely professional, but caring. Jessica, Tara, and the Staff will be the reason I continue to call The Vine my home, when its time for me to sign my next lease.

Weve lived here a few weeks and are loving this place so far.The apartments are great, with updated appliances and really nice finishes and countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms. There is an entrance to River Legacy Trail on the property which is super cool.What really prompted me to review is how wonderful the staff is. Nathan at the leasing office in particular has been super helpful to us, but everyone weve dealt with here has been just great. I put in a maintenance request for a problem with our dishwasher and I, as a jaded apartment dweller, was expecting to wait for like a week before anyone came out to check on it. Nope, they called us almost immediately after I submitted my request and came out to check on the problem. I am beyond impressed by how well Vine is run.

I love Vine because the amenities are great, nice pool, fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball court, a big dog park and a trail to the wonderful River Legacy Park.. Some reviewers have written how nice & helpful Jessica, Nathan & Tara were. They were wonderful - unfortunately they all left and we miss them. But we still have our Apartment Life Team. Donnelly and Megan are awesome. They hold events (free for us) twice a month. They include brunches. made-to-order omelets, hamburger cookouts, a full turkey meal for Thanksgiving, dog park events with a photographer, and tons of other fun things to do. Because of COVID-19. the events have changed to put distance between residents. Now we come-and-grab breakfast, snacks, etc. I do not know of any other complex that offer resident events. They are great!

I love my apartment! I have been living here since May 2015 and I really love it here. No one bothers you and the staff is really kind. I have only had one problem in my apartment and it was a leak and although it took them 3 times to permanently get it fixed; anytime I called about it they came out either same day or next day. Overall its a good place to live.

My fiancé and I just moved here about 2 months ago from the complex next door. (The Place we moved from sucked if I may add!)I have nothing but good things to say about The Vine. Our floor plan is open concept. This apartment feels so much bigger than the one we had at the other place and its 60sqft smaller. Everything about this place has been upgraded. New floors, paint, appliances...literally everything. Some of the first floor apartments even have small back yards.There are so many awesome amenities. There is a dog park (this place is extremely dog friendly. I was asked to bring my dog to the office sometime so they could love on her. Lol), a trail that leads straight through to River Legacy Park, sand volleyball court, they are finishing up on the gym, very nice pool area, and they have resident events about twice a month.The office staff are AMAZING. Ive never experienced such good customer service. They dont make you go through loop after loop to get things done. There was a sprinkler by my patio that was broken and spraying water everywhere and they had it fixed within 24 hours. We had to buy a new washer and dryer because you need ones that stack here and the delivery drivers messed up my flooring in the kitchen and broke one of my counter tops (not kidding at all) and they are taking care of that as we speak.Im 1000000% happy with our choice to move here. Im not sure when this new team took over, but I havent experienced any of the things I saw other people complaining about.

Ok, lets be honest, no one LOVES apartment living, but this place is truly fabulous!!The office staff (Jessica, Nathan, and Taylor) are tremendously helpful and accommodating.Story time: this past Monday, my dog got out and was nowhere to be found after hours of searching. I went to the office and talked to Jessica and Nathan about it. They sent out a mass email to all the residents about my lost pup. The next morning, a resident called Jessica that she had picked him up and her friend took him to her house because she has a yard. Jessica personally went to the ladys house, picked up my dog, and brought him to my apartment while I was at work! I could not be more grateful for Jessica going above and beyond!There are always going to be residents that dont follow rules or are a little loud and annoying. Thats life. Maintenance requests and complaints are handled well and timely. I have no negative comments about the Vine!!

These apartments are tucked away in the beautiful rolling hills of North Arlington. When I moved in it felt like Christmas morning! Everything...and I mean EVERYTHING was new and fresh and just beautiful. The staff are quick to help with anything I needed, even helped me get rid of furniture that I didnt need! I am so pleased that my kids and I are here at the Vine and look forward to whats to come at this friendly and beautiful community. The leasing process was also painless for me. They took such great care to answer all of my questions...and there were A LOT of them. They are professional, friendly, and genuine.

I just moved into Vine. The staff getting me moved in was fantastic. Everyone was helpful and remembered me every time that I walked in. The apartment is fully upgraded and looks amazing. I love it here already. Dasia worked with me and was amazing. She helped and made everything smooth moving into my first apartment on my own.

Been a part of their community for almost 3 years now. The remodel turned out awesome. Inside and out. The maintenance staff has been good about work orders. Neighbors are nice. Mostly keep to themselves. I love the office staff! Always super nice and friendly. Its been an overall good experience.

The best part about living at vine are the leasing agents! These guys are so welcoming and ready to help with a whatever we need. Yesterday our water accidentally got cut off by a meter and my wife had class in 20 minutes. In the time that it took us to go up to the office and speak with Taylor and go back home our water was already back on and my wife was able to make it to her class on time. Taylor even gave us a courtesy call to make sure it wasnt still giving us trouble.

My family and I absolutely love it here! Its a beautiful property with a trail that enters right into River Legacy! The staff is amazing, my apartment is spacious with great upgraded appliances and there are community events each month! I would definitely recommend this place as an awesome place to live!

I moved in about a month ago relying on these reviews. So far so good. My move in was delayed a couple of days because they were still working on few issues. Theres a little inconsistent flow of hot water but no major complains. Loving my apt so far.

My move in transition was pretty rough. I started the process with an agent who was fired almost immediately after i got approved for my apt. Everything the office advised me was completely different from what I was initally told by agent who was fired. Not to mention it took me 3 weeks to get cable/internet services due to no wires being installed once the apts were remodeled. It is very difficult to get an leasing agent on tthe be phn. You have to call abt 10 times to get an answer. I have complained to the care team about my neighbors smoking pot, which constantly comes through my vents leaving a terrible smell in my home and causing me headaches from the strong scent. I assume nothing has bn done because its an everyday thing thats still happening. Other than the rough transition, no one answering the phones and constant scent of weed in my home, the apartments are great. The property is really clean. They are almost done with a really nice fitness center, awesome tennis court and sand volleyball. It has a trail into River Legacy Park. All updated appliances (stainless steel & black). The neighborhood is pretty quiet and seem like most neighbors are working class families. I will say overall I am satisfied with my choice to move here.

Ive been living here for over a year and I love it! Its very dog friendly and I love that theres an entry way to River Legacy Park. This is, by far, the best place to rent in North Arlington. I rented before the neighborhood was bought out and have seen the change from what it was to what it has now become. The amenities are top notch. Direct access to legacy park and a seperate dog park, on top of the large yards that some of the units have, makes it unparalleled for the pet parents out there. Ive noticed the best way to know your neighbors is to walk your dog to the bark park! The new gym is awesome. And the grounds are well taken care of. The property manager genuinely cares for her renters. Any problem that you may find she will go up to bat for you and will take time out of her day to make sure you are well taken care of. And my upgrades in my new apartment... gorgeous. Quartz countertops, high grade carpet and usb charging outlets in the kitchen. I would reccomend The Vine to any young working professional that would ask me.

I moved here to be close to River Legacy Park.I have a positive experience with the new management at the Vine in Arlington. The new owners have renovated the property. We have new balconies, roof, and exterior paint.We have community events. Today I participated in an event where we had appetizers and decorated gingerbread. Last weekend, we had omelets and pancakes. I get to know my neighbors. I wave.

The staff from 15-16 was ok, but the new staff has been great to us. Any issue we bring to them has been resolved quickly and the improvements they have been making have been great. I would prefer to see a bit more money put into replacing the frame-shaking (even at crawling speed) speed bumps with lower-impact speed hills and a gate added for security. But all in all, its a quiet community and weve had zero issues.

Update:The manager was nice enough to waive the 75$ replacement fee for the band and also she understood that they were charging too much for the fridge door and so knocked that off as well. Thanks!Original:They are greedy for money .. they give u a rubber wrist band for access to the pool and if you loose that you are charged 75$. Im betting you should be able to replace that for less than a dollar. During our walk in we did not notice a small dent on the fridge door. At the time of moveout they quickly found it and charged us 625$ for it. I googled the price for the actual fridge and its only about 800$. Im pretty sure they will not replace the fridge door and will probably charge the next poor tenants as well.

Also having the River Legacy Trails so close by is great! Its so nice to take the animals on and the views are beautiful. I had the opportunity to come into the office one time and the staff was so helpful. I am thinking about moving here when my lease ends.
