    We have lived at the Villas for 18 months and have really enjoyed our time here! I felt management was always extremely prompt in responding to our issues or maintenance requests. Its great having a pool, parking, a dog park, a garage, recently renovated apartments, and a massive public park right in our back yard! Additionally we have made some great friends while we have lived here! I would definitely recommend the Villas at Wylie.All in all definitely a good place to live!

    I moved in 6 months ago right after the new management started! I have absolutely loved it here. I was in a rush during move in to drop my check off and start a new job at the same time. Megan was so encouraging and sweet on the phone and also when I arrived in the office. I also didn’t have access to the Amazon hub or my mailbox for 2 months BUT MEGAN was always happy and willing to open it for me during office hours. Every time I go to the office I am greeted by Megan, not any other staff. Megan is the only one that has a smile on her face while working. The manager is very stand off ish and looks like she is Angry all the time. My kids enjoyed using the wrapping station the other day. And Megan was a big part of making it fun for them! If it wasn’t for Megan working in the office, I would choose to live elsewhere.

    I moved in this month. The people who work in the office, Megan and Camryn are all very friendly and helpful.The unit has been upgraded with new appliances.If I need some fixing it’s done quickly.With my short experience I recommend this place.Good quality and great rent price 👌I hope it’s will be for long term 🙏🏻Myla

    I just wanted to say I came bye the property to view it and was greeted by the manager, who immediately made me feel welcomed. All my questions were answered and they gave an amazing tour. Highly recommended if your looking for a place to live go see Sondra you wont be let down. Im looking well in advance but will definitely be back.

    Wow! I typically dont write reviews, but I was so impressed with the Villas front office, I just couldnt resist. I had some personal checks stolen recently that forced me to close my bank account. And this happened at the end of the month with all of my bills due! Yikes!! Dealing with my credit card people was a pain. Insurance, a nightmare. Car Payment, dont even get me started. However, the folks at the Villas were the complete opposite. They were totally understanding and patient while I got everything situated. Thanks so much!!

    The staff go above and beyond with any issues I may have. I moved in two weeks ago and have been pleased with the way the staff help and interact. I have had a couple of problems but all were and are being handled by a top notch team. Very happy I moved here.

    The Villas at Wylie is under new management!! I have lived here for 3 years and have never had such a positive experience as I did today. I had the undivided attention of the new manager Sonya and one of the owners. It was so nice to finally feel heard by the front office and not made to feel like an inconvenience. I look forward to the future with the new management and ownership.

    I love this complex. I haven’t lived in an apartment in 16 years, and they weren’t nearly as nice as the Villas Wylie. I don’t have an issue with parking at all. I park in my garage and have a private staircase up to my unit. I feel super safe with that design and my guests just park in the space in front of my garage. The pool is lovely, maintained well, and the staff is top notch. They know my daughter and I by name and have been super friendly and helpful to us both. I was concerned about transitioning from my single story home to an apartment, but I’ve had no issue making Villas Wylie my home.

    I used to live at villas at wylie until last week and my experience with the apartments living and with the maanagement team has been very good. The management team is very supporting and responsive all the time. I would highly recommand this place for any renters and the schools are amazing. Lot of shopping areas close by makes life easy.

    We were looking for a place that would do a 3-month lease for us while we were building our next house. Another complex in the area laughed at us and told us no complex would do that, but the the Villas at Wylie did. The manager Mackenzie was incredibly kind and helpful and even offered a 2-month lease! We had a fantastic unit with garage, amazing location, super responsive maintenance staff and friendly management and office staff. The regular maintenance programs are awesome. The web portal also makes payments and maintenance requests very easy. We loved our time here and would highly recommend.

    We had a bumpy start but are grateful for the space amd community. We didnt know what to expect due to a mix up. And at one point questioned if we wanted to push thru all the set backs. Overall we are sooo GLAD WE DID!I am originally from Dallas, I tell my husband THIS WAS A MIGRATION! 😂😂 everything is within 10-15 minutes of this location.Keep in mind the overall expectation of properties vs the reality of what you get dont often ever run hand and hand. But when issues arouse and you need assistance Megan and Sondra are ready to tackle and address all needs.Our initial introduction didnt really disclose alot of information. Leaving my husband and I to find alt outlets for communication and correspondence. April at the corporate office is also SPECTACULAR!The place we moved from was a wonderful community in Dallas, south of White Rock Lake. But the unit was SMALLLLLLL A SHOE BOX. Our new place is AWESOME! SPACIOUS.Our appliances came later but before we were in here for 2 weeks. I dont blame management, understanding that they have only been on site since earlier this year. I cant imagine what it was like before.Awesome community LARGE community. Safe! Great!

    I’ve lived here a few months now and I’ve never been happier. Mackenzie, who helped me was very informative, pleasant, and welcoming. She was a big reason for my choice of residence, because I was really considering the Garland area. I love how everything that is needed is in walking distance and I find that if I have a maintenance issue and I send out a request I’ve always received clear information on what will happen and what to expect. It’s a great place to live. They seem to really care and that’s important.

    I have lived here for almost two years. The complex is very quiet and clean. We have a new staff in the front office and new maintenance crew. They are all wonderful people and are quick to handle your needs. If you are looking for a nice place to live, I recommend the Villas of Wylie.

    Working with Christopher Orozco to get into my apartment was/is such a wonderful experience. He has made the transition one of ease and is always quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. He is the epitome of what customer relations should be and we are beyond thrilled with how quickly he found us such a beautiful apartment and expedited the process.     We spent our first few months in Texas @ Wood Bridge and loved this place. The place is conveniently located near schools, grocery stores, restaurant, movie halls. The office staff is very nice and Susan is a great manager. They arrange movie nights for kids, break-fasts and other community events which my kids totally loved. The apartment was spacious, bright, airy and the apartment complex is clean and well-maintained. We loved our stay here and I highly recommend this place.

    How do I give them 100 STARS!? Misty and Mackenzie have been angels to work with. I checked several other places and these 2 ladies are the reason I chose to live at The Villas at Wylie. If they ever leave, I will probably go with them! They have made my move so easy and have gone out of their way, above and beyond to make my move smooth and welcome me to the community. Last minute I had to change my move a week earlier than anticipated and they jumped and the maintenance crew was phenomenal to get everything set and ready for me so quickly.Misty and Mackenzie are always super sweet, smiling and have phenomenal customer service.They are working hard and doing an amazing job. Thank you ladies so much for all you have done for me.

    I noticed that the reviews for this place were all quite old. So I wanted to write a recent review. I love living here. I have lived in many apartments, in several different states and I really like it here. The apartments are beautifully designed and the office staff are great. They are always doing community events to bring everyone together or even just for the kids. The pool is AMAZING. If I could live in it, I would. Everywhere is so well maintained and those maintenance guys work so hard no matter freezing temps or blistering heat! Im just super impressed with this property!

    I have been living in my apt at Wylie for 1 month so far. The Staffing has been behind on everything except for one staff member that I can always reach out to and by far has exceeded my expectations hands down and never makes up excuses. I strong that the corporation empowerment on making Christopher Orozco part of that corporate family and promote him to the higher power. By far he has done nothing but the fest for me and my family. There are no questions that he can’t answer and when you ask him for an important job to get done he makes it happen that day. It would be unwise not to make him promoted. Since I work for a Fortune 500 company, if I had to choose who I would want to oversee a big and important issue I will always go to him. The way he is professional and kindhearted and hard worker he is definitely one of are family now. Thank you.

    Great experience. Its not always fun looking for a place to live, but i actually had a great time once I came across these apartments. Mckenzie was my leasing agent and because of her, everything went smooth and easy, from the moment I met her to the phone call that came later that day saying I am approved. She went above and beyond to get me to choose these apartments. She knew I was visiting more apartments that saturday and was making my final decision on Sunday. After finding me an apartment and a lower rate than others and even found a garage directly in front of my apartment and her all around great attitude, kept me from visiting all the apartments I was set to see that saturday. Because of Mckenzie, I decided not to wait til Sunday. I was approved and move in on July 14th. Perfect Timing. GOOD JOB MCKENZIE!!!

    The Manager and Assistant Manager are fantastic to work with. Very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We moved here temporarily while our house is being built and have absolutely no regrets.

    I was residing in Nj and needed to relocate back to Wylie TX. I contacted many apartment buildings in the area with my list of needs (move in date within 2 weeks, garage parking, and leasing a unit sghtun seen out of state) and I found zilch. When I phoned The Villas at Wylie I spoke to Courtney, she was professional, courteous, and truly wanted to help me, unfortunately she did not have a unit at the time vacant with all my needs. Within 2 days Courtney contacted me she found a unit that fit all of my needs (she was the only one who contacted me back). Courtney went above and beyond to help me and my family. She also guided me on all the paperwork to be filled out, and was there with every phone call I made for help. When we arrived the unit, the grounds, and all the amenities were beautiful, and had everything I wanted. I would highly recommend The Villas at Wylie.

    This apartment complex is a community. I have wonderful neighbors that are always friendly and everyone is always willing to lend a hand or have a BBQ. I love my little community and our maintenance staff is killing it especially Eric who is always there to save the day (even on a day off) for problems that are self inflicted like locking yourself out in a 100 degree day and saving you the cost of a locksmith.
