The complex was very well maintained and looked beautiful. The pool was very inviting and is definitely a place you want to relax and lounge for awhile. Dezi was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I was able to interact with her because she was also polite and kind. I look foward to become a resident soon.

A nice place to live! Ive been here for 5 years when apartments were brand new and I have enjoyed living here. Inside the apartments are so quiet and there are weekends that I can sleep late and dont hear anything.The office staff are very professional and very nice. I cant say enough about Dezi. She gets things done! When I call in and requesting something she is right on top of it. She always follows through on everything. She is always very nice. She is a BIGASSET for Villas at Bulverde!

I have been living her for about almost a year now. I love that the leasing company is great at communication they let you know when any little thing is getting fixed or if something is down and when it will get back. The leasing office always has smiles all around I dont think I have ever seen any of them down. I give 4 stars because there is times where there is loud music playing by the pool passed 11 or just over all loud music playing in homes. Overall I would say this is a very good place to live for a first time renter

The entire management staff has been friendly and very helpful! Maintenance has been quick with the couple service requests I’ve had. I have spoken with Mark and Desirae the most in the office and they’re always incredible! Our apartment is lovely, our pups love the little back yard and the HUGE dog park. Everyone is so kind and I feel the most comfortable and “at home” here than I have at the past two apartments I’ve lived in. Definitely will be here for a while!

My husband and I moved here during the last month of old management and the start of the new management. That first month was HARD. No one in the office, apartment not clean and someone coming into our backyard and rifling through our boxes mid-move.However, we aren’t people willing to just take it. I immediately installed cameras, put up a no trespassing sign and no one has bothered us since!In fact, our neighbors and people from all over the complex respect our privacy and have been very kind.Each building has it’s own ambience—they ARE apartments after all. We are in a one bedroom only building that tends to be very quiet except for stomping (which is normal). I have an auditory issue and have found ways to cope rather than complaining about it.A have a friend who lives in a two bed building and she gets annoyed by the kids constantly throwing stuff at her walls day and night, but that’s a parenting issue. The more bedrooms you have, the more vivacious the noise will be!New management has been amazing so far, including fixing every work order I put in either immediately (for safety) or within 1-3 business days based on any third party specialists they have to bring in (like the duct cleaning company).Their handyman (I don’t remember his name) is very polite, kind, and works with you to get to the root of issues to make sure everyone is on the same page. He knocked every time he entered and left no dust or evidence that he was ever there.The front office is always welcoming and now answers nearly every call on the first ring. If not, I leave a message and they get back to me swiftly!There is a large dog park and a dog washing station right at the entrance of it. It’s a back saver! I an still trying to figure it out and the soap is always empty, but I bring my own soap anyway.There’s tons of extra parking! I have our families over often and they never have to take other residents’ spots.Thank y’all for making an apartment feel like a home,Vicente and Brenna Mendoza

Don’t really leave reviews but my family and I just moved in a couple weeks ago, we live our apartment, the staff Mark, Desiree(sorry if I misspelled your name) and Dezi have been absolutely amazing, compassionate, patient and understanding, the maintenance was quick and efficient to the work orders I had put in. The area is lovely, quiet, peaceful, residents we have met are friendly, overall by far the best Apartments we have lived in, definitely makes us happy to call this place Home!!!
