For old low-income apartments they are actually nice. The managers went out of their way to get us in because we had family that was victim in the Ruidoso fire. And we were in my campers. So they let us move in and even let us clean it up when someone moved out and prorated part of the utility fee. They are refurbishing the apartments. And look great for the price. I usually dont like having Neighbors so close. But the neighbors have been pretty good. The only real downside is parking. Everyone has 2 or more vehicles. So I park my work truck across the street. Bit my wife and kids love the upgraded space.But the management has been so great and work with us. And dont mind if you fix a loose hinge in the door or patch something yourself. It saves them and your deposit. Which I prefer to fix my own stuff anyway. Great staff! Affordable and looks great inside for the price!

First and foremost I would like to thank Salli for going above and beyond. We were looking for an apartment and Salli exceeded our expectations. When we had a question or concern, she always (answered) and helped us. Thank you for caring and for your exceptional costumer service!!

I just want to give a big shout out to the office manager Sallie also maintenance. We’re doing such a great job at the Village Place apartments. My AC wasn’t working correctly. They had AC man out immediately.&Maintenance is on top of everything as well ,, please go to talk to salli if you need a place to rent. These are newly renovated and very reasonable and across from the boys n girls club I give 5 stars

We are settling into our new apartment perfectly. Highly recommend contacting Sarah when and if you are looking for a place. She was so sweet and helpful through our journey. So happy and blessed that Sarah was able to help us. The apartment is perfect for our little family

Village Place is a great, quiet community to live in especially with kids. There’s a nice park across the street- if you live at the units on Milburn. Shoutout to Sarah and Salli and their maintenance staff for being cooperative and always attending to their tenets needs! Thank you!

I wanna give high fivea to the office staff, Sarah and Sally are so sweet and always go over the top to make your stay amazing,! The maintenance is always on top of any issues that .ay arise, over all of your ever looking for a place to call home this is the place to go to always opened with welcome arms!

Would like to give a huge shoutout to the office manager sallie shes the best she does her best to get everything done when its needed to be she will work with you to get you into a nice place its very convient to live here ,your close to 8th street shopping and downtown less then 5 minutes MCH hospital near boys n girls club apartments are newly renovated the maintenace men tyler n greg are very nice and respectful and on top everything ! If your looking for a place give sallie a call !

Love the remodel, very clean and peaceful.Great communication with the managers, Sarah is very on top of responding to any maintenance concerns or problems, very easy going and welcoming.

We came to the open house and it was such a wonderful experience. Sarah and Salli were more than amazing. We put in an application onsite. We cant wait to move in!!!

This is by far the best apartments I have leased at the staff has been very helpful and they have worked with me during my move, accommodating my needs as I had to move to another unit … the manager Salli is a very understanding and genuine person definitely would recommend for anyone to consider this to be your new home!
