    Ive been staying in this apartments for almost a 2 years and it has been a very amazing experience ever since the new management Ms.Stephanie and Kimberly start managing the property. The leasing team has improved very much communication, professional, just everything being organized in a better way for the residents. I’m very happy with the new changes that are being made for our property and can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future. Shoutout to the managers because they are not just talking the talk but actually showing us actions behind it.

    Full transparency, moving here was a bit of a hassle/rough start but Stephanie has been helpful, very communicative and informative with things I’d need to know to make sure I’m comfortable.

    I have lived here for 6 months since October 2023 and it was rocky at first but once I met Stephanie she has really stepped up and helped me tremendously in so many ways. I really appreciate her and recommend you living here its worth it. My only thing is no washer and dryer in my unit however I knew that before moving other than that its pretty quiet nice neighbors and any maintenance issues he comes right away and I appreciate it especially when its my a/c.

    This complex is OUTSTANDING! Easily the most well-managed place we have ever lived in since we married 36 years ago. The office staff are eager to help with what ever issue arises. And the MAINTENANCE CREW! Unbelievable! I have never seen a crew this great anywhere! Most cases the respond to a request within a couple of hour! I had an a/c issue on a Sunday back in April, the maintenance guy was coming up the stairs before I could even lay the phone down. Id give this place 100 stars if it was an option!

    This apartment is awful. The whole management is very unprofessional. They are a bunch of liars, that believe he said she said gossip.They do not know how to treat people.

    Management is good at responding and keeping up maintenance. They have surveillance at night which gives me peace of mind. The apartments look okay from the outside but really nicely renovated in the inside. Super close to the medical field and nrg stadium. Estephanie is always resourceful and on top of everything.

    First and Foremost I just want to Thank the Property Manager Veronica! She is a Blessing to work with!!! And does her job well! She was very honest about the whole process of moving into my apartment she’s very understanding and helped me when I was in a tight situation! I recommend these apartments!! Great Staff honestly!

    I have been living in these apartments since 2018 and for the most part I have not had any major issues. True the staff seems to change a lot and with that comes drama and difficulty. However, it does seem that they have found some normalcy. Veronica that’s my girl she’s my go to whenever I need something handled ASAP!!! I do love the new renovations that were done to the apartments as I’ve been here since the older version of the apartments. All in all it’s pretty quiet where my apartment is located :)

    It’s been a good experience so far. I like my proximity to downtown and other local attractions. The leasing staff is very helpful. Do be wary that maintenance may take a while and make sure to sort out your gate entrance but overall it’s been good.

    Moved in Oct 2023 Joann got my paperwork together and i had no hiccups or issues at first! Had a few issues and Mercedes IMMEDIATELY got everything together. If it weren’t for these 2 i would have BEEEEN gone! Definitely lease with them youll get all your rental discounts you qualify for 😁

    I’ve been living here for a year and a half now, the office staff itself has changed various times. I’m sad to say I will be leaving at the end of this month. This office staff right now has been the best I’ve seen thus far. Mercedes has been very informative and you could tell she’s great at what she does. I’ve personally seen the changes and I can say I’m happy for the tenants and future tenants. Hats off to them.

    I have been through so much with this apartment complex since I first moved in. From rude staff, things breaking down in my unit, slow maintenance, terrible management. And on top of that our hot water was off for two whole weeks. We got a new management about a month ago and things have been extremely better. They opened up our pool after me living here for almost a year now. The new staff are very kind and helpful. Very compassionate individuals They even do offer snacks and breakfast for us and I’m sure a lot of tenants appreciate that. Now when I have work orders maintenance comes very quickly. I was considering not renewing my lease in two months but I am considering staying now.

    Mrs Arlette has made my move in very pleasant. She was patient, answered all my questions and was very professional.     I was having a difficult time with a few problems that I thought wasn’t getting resolved. And when I felt like going to the next step the district manager of the complex personally sent me an email and called me wanting to know my concerns and to see how can we resolve them. Luisa Reyes was very professional, friendly, and most of all helpful not only did she resolve my issues but she took action right then and there. I’m very pleased and satisfied as a resident.     Complete shock when you see the insides of these apartments. All units are full upgraded and give you a modern feel. Quiet community with access to so many things nearby within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend anyone to go and take a look themselves.

    Was looking for a place. I put in a application to view the apartment. Stella was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and process was very smooth and easy.     Ive been here sence may of 2022 and just signed 1 year Lease the apartment is really nice and neighbors are too. At any time I I have an issue with my apartment I goto the office or send an email explaining what needs to be fixed or looked at and the team is fast at it. They do there part here to make sure were comfortable.

    I must say I love living here now that there is a new manager(Mrs. Luisa Reyes).I can not leave out Mrs.Stella, they both rock!! Mrs.Luisa is very helpful and caring,she addressed my needs promptly.Mrs.Stella since meeting her she always has a very pleasant attitude,very helpful and always smiling.

    Waiting for my application to be process, but the staff seems really nice! The units are remodeled and they are beautiful!! I went to look at it yesterday right before they closed.     Ive lived here almost 2 years, this complex is a place called home. Ruth and Amanda are the most sweetest people i have ever met. The maintenance team is prompt and respectful, security is always around. I really love how they keep up with the landscape. Sometimes i just walk around the complex to admire the beautiful flowers. Only time there is a bit of chaos is around rodeo and when big celebs come in town. I love that the visitors parking has become limited to defuse the parking chaos. The pool is relaxing and they have a clubhouse (: i would reccomend this complex to most people especially if you have buisness in the medical center. Rent is decent. Pet friendly. MOST residents pick up after their furry friends so be careful where you step.

    Ive been here 2 months and for the most part I think its great. I am a college student and I work full time. It is always quiet and I see the security patrol the area constantly. The rent is 680 but I am so close to everything and I get to walk to games. I have not heard of any crime and i dont see kids but you do see homeless walking down the main street. So as of now im giving 5 STARS. Oh when i moved in i was given all new appliances and when called maintenance came between 24 and 48 hours.

    Does the apartment complex have surveillance cameras thru out the apartments if so how far do they date back . Someone stole my sons pet bearded dragon on May 2nd while I was napping . He was in his enclosure on the patio catching some sun light and plus i live on the 2nd level. Either Someone climbed up and got him are he escaped. Ive put flyers with my info up even offered reward yet and still nothing . Weve had him since he was a hatchling he will be 2 this month he really means alot to us Id give anything to just have him back alot to time money and effort went into him so sad I still look for him still today I pray hes safe and ok Ive been soooo worried it is now 11 going on 12 days no sign of Leon

    We have the best management professional there is...Quinthus has been here for a couple of months...and I was at my wits end especially having being here for the last 3 years...but he came in and fixed even the smallest of issues that I was having like having maintenance come and fix my stove door because of a missing screw... its the small things like this... especially as a single woman... thank you Quinthus for allowing me to get my peace of mind back
