I have lived here for 8 months and I am ready to renew my lease! I love the staff I rarely have maintenance issues and when I do, they take care of it as if it is their apartment.. in a timely manner and they don’t make me feel as if I am a bother, like other apartments have in the past.. this really feels like home! the community is well kept.. even tho everyone in the office is super nice if you’re looking for a new place ask to speak to Ernesto he makes the whole process fun and is very informative!

This community is in a great location. The staff is very helpful and respond to your needs right away they are friendly and host community events for us all! Most people only take time to write bad reviews, but not me. I like this place. The location is perfect, the layout of my apartment is what I need, and every time I have to go to the office, everyone is nice and helpful. I always see one of the girls smiling when shes outside, I think her name is Soraya, I like her. Good place to live.

It is an older complex but they keep it updated and in good repair. I like the fact I am next to a beautiful park and the axess to the highway is convenient. The value is great. The office girls are always nice. Thumbs up Villa Siena!

The new improvements and the amazing office staff has really made living here a great place to be. Ive been here for a few months and so far its been GREAT!!! The office staff immediately made me feel at home. Im so in love with my apartment!!!! Maintenance is awesome they are quick.The grounds are kept clean and thats a plus for me! I havent had any pest issues which is great last apartments i was at it was a nightmare. Im very happy here ill be staying for a while!

The service in the office is great they are very friendly and helpful, especially Marlene and Sofia and Tony. The maintenance personnel is helpful, however there is one maintenance man that is always helpful, even with his busy schedule, he goes above and beyond to help, his name is Christopher. Overall Im pleased with the changes made with the personnel since I moved here.
