This place is AWESOME! Handsdown this is the most welcome. Run p.ace we have ever lived. Gabriela( the awesome manager) expects the best from her team and she gets it. If you have a problem, they will fix it to the best they can. If you have a request that she cant get, she will fight for it in corporate. It is so quite here. And he maintenance crew is fantastic! Only way we are leaving this apartment is to a nursing home or morgue( we aint nearly old enough for there). Thank you Gabriela for making this place feel like home!

Over the past Christmas weekend due to the freeze pipes burst in my unit, having to deal with this during Christmas from Friday to Tuesday. I was beyond furious! We discussed that Tuesday morning, at first I was not satisfied with the response I received. I expressed frustratedly how my unit was, frustrated beyond the point the staff Kim and Luisa did try to calm and help but I was not trying to hear it, I called and we discussed what can be done, they gave me another unit. I am grateful and appreciative for how they helped even after dealing with my attitude my issue had been resolved and I am satisfied with the outcome come

Kimberly Martinez was AWESOME! I love it when a person say something and keep their word! She had exceptional customer service and her attitude made me feel welcome as if I was already at home. I had two other apartment complex call me to come stay with them, but the trust she formed with me made me chose them over the two others. PLUS, their rent was competitive and the unit was refurbished.

Hi! I was referred to Mainridge by my Mother who’s lived in the apartments for over 13 years! Upon move in, the unit was pretty, painted, w/ new and modern fixtures. AC was super cold in this hot Texas heat.Since living here, I’ve had a few simple requests for my unit, which all have been sorted out immediately, and effectively by Kimberly!It’s been my luck, and a blessing to have found such professionalism!Kimberly is a dedicated leader in the main office, and will go out of her way to assist. Her pleasant, caring, kind, helpful demeanor, and easy going vibe is the reason that I chose to renew my lease! 💃🏼Kimberly is astounding!She goes above, and beyond what most won’t do, and will address any concerns with empathy from what I’ve seen from anyone in the leasing office.If she leaves, I leave (:Be well!

Working with Mercedes Trejo was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. She’s very patient and knowledgeable about the property. She was very approachable and eager to help me. I usually go off my own judgment and that’s it, but she actually helped me with my decision, asked questions, and was attentive and proactive to what I wanted. 10 starts for Mercedes.

I recently had the pleasure of returning back to Mainridge where I once worked 😍, and I must say, I love the upgrade to the units its beautiful, The day I came to do my tour I met Nancy she did was awesome she was warm and inviting, I was still shopping around until I met Kimberly the assistant manager from start to finish. Kimberly made me feel at home.The service was top-notch. Kim was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the property She went above and beyond to ensure that I would be happy here. Thanks, Kimberly and Nacy jeep up the good work ladies 😍

Diamond was incredibly helpful and prompt with my rental transfer. She’s honest whether it’s something you want to hear or not, which i appreciate so i can know how to move forward with anything that needs to be done. The renovated apartments are really nice, modern, up to date and maintenance were also prompt with any fixes that needed to be made. Including pests issues. I honestly feel like compared to other apartment complexes in the area you get your moneys worth and I’m comfortable about my stay here at main ridge. S/O to Diamond again.

Very glad I stopped at this place. Diamond changed my mind on a lot of post feelings, her customer service made me feel welcome and already at home she is very informative and shows much interest her tenants comfort. If yall need a nice cozy place to call home, this is it. They do well by their tenants. They let you ahead of time whats going on by email and they are on the stuff.... its quiet except I have kids so they are the noisy ones. They even do special thing for the tenants, like today I have a snowball machine.....come on now they are showing out for us...the appreciation is real. So once again come on home, welcome to your new spot. To the office, thanks for everything....you all are very much appreciated and I cant express my gratitude enough. Thank you.

The office staff is awesome, Isaias was so helpful with the whole process of applying for the apartment. The apartment I moved in is beautiful. I also noticed the management does different events for tenants. I’m so happy to live here .

This complex came way above expectations. And I can really only owe that to Miss Diamond. Looking at the reviews, what can I say that hasn’t been said about her ! I found the apartment November 11th and I was moved in by December 1st. As someone from out of state (Boston, MA) the process and the transition was incredibly smooth. As well as a single female moving here alone, Miss Diamond made me feel so comfortable and safe. I can never thank her enough for that. She was so kind and patient, especially for the 56 phone calls I made. She was kind and patient with every call and question. She was so informative and really gave me a sense of how well she does her job. For the price and the amenities (on site washer and drier, multiple means of security, and pool) and the location I am so happy with my apartment! If you’re looking for someone to take charge of the process professionally please look to Miss Diamond for your needs. You will be very pleased with Mainridge at Westridge. Thank you Diamond !

Great experience living here. I’ve live here 2 years and is under new management though it saddens me to move because of personal reasons. This is definitely a low key gem conveniently located. As a plus, for our birthday they have a a little celebration. Also, they are having additional community activities for resident.

I loved ms Kimberly she was so professional & informative with my move in.I applied on Friday 7/21 after she told me what deals they was having which I wasn’t even ready to move right now originally until she did sell me on the deal lol but by Monday I was approved and set to move on Saturday .My tour was great and my process was quick & professional.I love my apartment as well since I seen it in the tour both virtual tour & in person .Community is quiet I was referred here by a friend & everything she said was the truth .It’s very affordable here as well guys true story .Even the area around the apartments has all the good stores and stuff .So convenient.

Yes another beautiful day at Mainridge apts first the Good morning Shipley donuts and now the Nice cool Snow cones on a hot sunny Friday….Ms.Luisa❤️did it again lol.My daughter loved it…But no fr these are some really good apartments. I mean I feel really safe um I never had any problems with them..They go above and beyond for there tenants and so do the maintenance team as well. If you guys are looking for somewhere to move that’s cool calm collective and modern (Mainridge apts) is definitely the spot and trust me you will fall in love…Thanks again

I’m not a tenant however I’m a voucher holder that ported in from Florida. I have had the worst luck and although I didn’t qualify for these apartments I spoke with someone named Dillion and when I say they exceeded in helping me. I mean Dillion explained EVERYTHING I didn’t know about my voucher and even looked up and recommended me areas that I’m supposed to use my voucher in. I really wanted to live here but I hope that this review helps someone else in finding their dream apt at this complex. Also GIVE DILLION A RAISE OR EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH LOL. but seriously thank you all for being so pleasant.

I really liked the attention of Kimberly and Isaiah, throughout the leasing process they were very friendly and answered our questions. The apartments are very nice, they are delivered very clean, the environment is quiet, you sleep without noise. We had a problem with the toilet, I reported it and they resolved it the same day as the report. Excellent place to live.
