Ms. Sandy, the new Manager is a great addition to Villa del Sol. She is very knowledgeable and communicates very well. Her welcoming smile and spirit make me happy to be living here.

New management that has now taken over Trails at Westcreek has completely changed the outlook for its residents. They are much more professional and looking at all residents issues with priority. The goal for this management has been to provide top class service for its residents making this place very safe place to live for longer period of time. They are also upgrading the units and improving quality of life for residents.

So far I’ve enjoyed living here, been here 3 months.Kat is very nice and responsive, had to put in a order for maintenance and she did it right away... couple hours later maintenance showed up and fixed my concern. I pay my rent online, it specifies what I’m paying for and my rent is always the same amount. They clean the pool every day, I haven’t seen trash laying on the ground and around 10:30 on weekend the noise start to quite down (not much noise though) thanks kat!! :)

The trails at West reek is under née management and they have gotten to work quickly updating the property. The property mgt team is professional, courtesy and responsive, they have started upgrading units, and have improved our community.

The new management hasn’t wasted anytime in turning things over. It has a great new vibe. Very pleased. The entire leasing process was smooth and efficient and the staff very courteous

Villas del Sol Apartment is a good place to live. Most of residence, probably would prefer living in their own homes, but if your home not available for whatever reason, then Villas del Sol Apartments is the next best place to live. Maintenance and the entire office is on point, meaning that these people takes care of business.

Excellent customer service.It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in until I finished the lease agreement. I love the upgrades in the units. A perfect place to stay!

Very nice place to live and Kat is the best caring manager I have met she.I will forever be greatful for her being the manager that she is caring for her residents.I know longer live there for financial reasons only I have recommended many to live there.Thanks for everything Kat.Danielle Wormley

I appreciate the kindness and patience the management and staff has, quiet and friendly neighbors, I love my apartment being clean and so far dont have no roach problems I thank GOD for Villas del Sol even though my hardship I been blessed to be staying here thankyou for everything the staff does for me.

For me it is very good, the manager is the best we have ever had, anything we report, she orders it to be repaired then I have nothing bad to say about her, she is very dedicated to her work, thank you
