    I’ve lived here since 2020 November. With a different manager than.We have a new Manager and Management.You can see and feel the difference in the management. We have two very professional ladies that work in the office. Both are call Lisa.They are both awesome and have great customer service skills.As busy as they are, working on the complex and making lots of new changes, your maintenance request is always met a time and done right.To answer your question if you have one. Yes! I will recommend anyone here at Villa Bella.

    The new manager lisa has been the best! We love living here. We are provided with the best customer service! The 3 bedrooms here are really spacious and I love how we are so close all the shopping centers!

    I was greeted and appriached by Lisa Perez when I walked in. She qas a very pleasant person to talk with. She listened to me, that was very important. The place was very nice and warm. I wiuld recommend a visit to these apartments if you are looking for a gewat place to live!Victoria

    I went to Villa Bella apartments to look for a new apartment to move into since my lease is on my current place is fixing to end. I came into the offfice and was greeted right away by the Manager she was very professional and very helpful she answered all my questions and made me feel very welcomed like I been living ther for years . The office was very clean and the apartments seemed reasonably priced and the property was clean and quiet . I know that when my lease ends in January this is the place I want to call home, even if it an extra 20min drive to work. I really felt welcomed an cant wait to move in.Robert

    With my lease ending soon I needed to find a place that was close to my job and affordable as well. After setting up an appointment with Alyssa I came in and she was really upbeat and made me laugh a lot, I felt so at home. after touring the model and talking pricing with Alyssa a new that this would be a good fit for me. Id like to thank Alyssa for being answering all my questions and for treating me like a friend. I will be moving in Mid November.

    The new management team has been great! Super helpful and they have really started to make this complex look much better. A lot cleaner the landscaping is much better! Keep up the good work!

    Friendly staff and nice place to live! Prices are just right and they are close to a lot of main streets. Maintenance is always on top of thing! No issue with manager either.

    Lisa, n Lisa were very professional. Their knowledge of their complex was exceptional. The area is new to me, but they know the area well and were able to give me details that were helpful. Im not moving till October. I will be back.

    Daryl in Maintenance is awesome. He came to work on my a/c, and he came back several times to check on it to see if it was getting any better. And even better than that, he was great with my autistic grandson.
