The Villa Barcelona is a great property. I was very impressed with the grounds and how well it is maintained. The office staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Inside the apartments are very beautiful. We were touring for my daughter who is a Registered Nurse. We love the location and it’s easy access to the different places my daughter will be going to.

Very good stuff especially Nely. She is sweet, nice, very patient and she really wants to do her job and helps the residents of this complex. She took care of the issue I had in my apartment in less than 24 hours. Awesome. Unbelievable. I was mad and I thought they didn’t want to fix it, but I was wrong. I can’t give them 5 stars because one of their office employees was very rude (Andrea). She doesn’t know to work with people. Very unprofessional. The office Manager is very nice too and try all the time to do a very good job. Quite complex, at least at my side. I don’t know the other areas.

The property staffing group are awesome!! They are very friendly and I have always been made at home when I have to visit the office. They are very proactive to maintenance requests and the needs of each tenant. The apartment upgrades are beautiful and floor plans are very spacious.Make Villa Barcelona your next drive to HOME 😊

Definitely this is a great place to live. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the pool is always clean. Leasing office personnel are always willing to answer your questions or solving any problem 24/7. Unfortunately I had to move to another state butif I went back to Houston Id live here again.

We have been a resident for a few years and Ana in the front office has always helped us with any issues. She knows how to get things done and makes things easy for us. We just transferred into a new apartment and she helped us every step of the way. We havent had many problems living here and when we did the maintenance is good at fixing things but the parking lot could use some upgrades...

I have been living here for a year now, THE APARTMENTS ARE from the. 5/5 they are very comfortable and very pretty⛔️⚠️⚠️I give them four stars, 😔 just for one detail, everything is fine security 5/5, attention 5/5 but unfortunately there is one thing that I dont like here first are the parking, I have always had problems, I have reserved a parking space, but unfortunately there are people who do not know how to park and also use my literal parking lot, the parking spaces are small, and also that sometimes it is impossible to find a parking space, these people who park poorly do not respect and they also hit your car. Or they should take the driving course again and be able to park 😤I think the office should pay attention to this👉👉, there are people who have their parties, and they have guests and they occupy the parking spaces that are not reserved, and they last a long time there . And its difficult 😞 to find a parking space. Ive been waiting for a parking space, or some residents have cars that dont work and are stuck in a parking lot. I think that as residents of this condominium we should respect others. And if you have a visitor, well, not for a long time. Its just about the parking lots, BUT THE APARTMENTS ARE REALLY GOOD, 💕💕💕 ALSO CANDY and YANETH THEY ARE REALLY VERY FRIENDLY and pretty 🫶🏻 the only detail is about the parking spaces 😞 I wrote it myself because I was waiting for a long time today for a parking lot
