The request for hot water was achieved with the exception that I have to run water for quite a while before it becomes hot.The cosmetic repair was not completed yet. Repairman said he would finish next day but has not came back yet.The second repair was a leak under bathroom sink. I have not checked the repair yet , but he did recall the pipes so hopefully it will be finished.

Recently moved to these apartments and so far I love it. Very quiet place and the office staff is amazing. I needed maintenance in my apartment and submitted a request early morning. I left to run some errands and when I came back I noticed the maintenance team had already fixed it. They were so quick.

Ive been living here for eight years, its been good, Ive not had any unsatisfactory experience except for few times that Ive had some noisy neighbors and they didnt stay long. And the galloping rent increase is the only thing that might make me reconsider my stay here.

I made a maintenance request for them to fix multiple issues in my apartment and within an hour the team responded promptly and all my complaints were resolved in a prompt and professional manner. Keep it up.

I moved in Dec of 2019 and i have never had any trouble with anything. GiGi is a super amazing person ❤❤, the staff are always concerned about my wellbeing❤👌, very warm and caring staff members, Im always treated with so much respect and swift responds whenever there is a maintenance issues or something else, in short words they are very professional in everything aspect 👌👌👌.I will recommend ❤Victoria park apartment❤❤ over and over again to anyone 😊😊😊. . .

I’m very surprised on what they provide inside the Apartment, I’ was looking for an apartment for my sister and she loves to be in the kitchen making deserts and more so I’m sure she will love to move here the apartment that was shown to me had beautiful brown Blacksplash and granite counter tops. Let’s just see what my sister decides but so far I like it especially for the area that it is in 🙂

Love the leasing who took care of me (Daniella)I needed an apartments asap for personal reasons and she made sure to make the process and fast and convenient as possible , I’m talking about I was ready for move in in less than 2 days , apartment complex is very quiet and once again you want to lease go to Daniella !!

This place welcomed me with open arms, the maintenance is excellent, I made reports of the things to be repaired and they did it the same day. The customer service is top notch and the units are very spacious and very well located, I cant complain about Victorias Park, everyone does an excellent job.
