This place isnt too bad. Ive lived here a year now and never had my car broken into or anything which is a huge deal for me. So far the only problem Ive had was my heater not working but management fixed that for me. Kids do play outside but thats to be expected not really a problem for me. I recommend an apt farther away from the pool as they regularly throw birthday parties there and they can get a tad bit loud. For my first apartment I can honestly say its been great.

I went to look at the property and fell in love with the place. The gentleman in the office was very informative, knowledgeable & down to earth, to say the least. I can’t wait to move in 12/01!

So far living here has been a treat. It’s quiet and the staff has been amazing. I have already recommended the property to others looking to move that has affordable pricing and lots of space. I love my townhome and the area I’m in.

Great staff! Love the property. The only complaint I have is that they say there is 24/7 maintenance but if you have an emergency that is after hours, no one responds until the next day.

A month ago I made some complaints about the management but right now they are on their A game and has improved greatly in terms of maintenance and resident-management relations and I would admit the moment something is wrong in my apartment or something needs to get done the manager and her team try to reverse the problem immediately. Thank you for the upgrade and anybody would love living here.

From day one middle of December 2019 the entire staff have been awesome! Look no further,this should be your home if you like living in a well matained complex! Was very concerned about the problems you hear about on other reviews but I promise you,these are the best.You need anything,they are on top of it! Thank you,for not dissapointing me in a great place to live!

This was a great home for me and my son. we rented for 1.5 yrs. The maintenance guys were always friendly and got to my requests in a timely manner. Korina in the office was always a sweetheart. she was compassionate and professional. The conplex is quiet during the day and quiet late at night. I would highly recommend ventana.

The new staff is very friendly and out going . Helpful on working out prolbems . I really enjoy walking the office seeing the beautiful staff Ms.Jennette,Ms.Karina, and Ms. Anjelica. They make it fell good and beautiful being in resident here for seven years .

Very nice and remodled unit and the prices are reasonable. All of the office staff is very friendly and polite the moment you walk into the office. The maintanence guy is awesome he fixed the A/C as requested and actually came by the unit to check if it was working. THANKS GUYS! YALL MAKE MOVING A WHOLE LOT BETTER!

Well, they are nice and I havent had any big problems, they dont steal from me or anything, its just a little expensive and they are very friendly in the office, I just understand that they dont fix things quickly because they dont have a lot of staff, but nothing that cant wait.
