We appreciate Nancy and the property manager Wendy Hernandez. Upon moving in we had trouble with our AC unit leaking into our bathroom pretty excessively. Maintenance was sent out multiple times however could not quite solve the problem. Eventually we realized we may need to switch apartments. Once the situation had reached this level Wendy personally came to the apartment to access the situation. I won’t lie I was pretty upset it was a headache to say the least, however, the willingness to help that was displayed and the option to move if we could not get it fixed, we couldn’t say we weren’t being assisted. It took a few tries to figure out the problem but I soon realized Wendy is a problem solver and that is an important attribute to have as a property manager. She restored our faith in our unit and in our overall experience in the community.

I’ve lived here for close to two years here, and it’s been pretty quiet and the neighbors are fantastic. Wendy has been an absolute gem with not only helping you out whenever something is needed done, but making sure the tenants are heard out. Parking has been a little hard sometimes during parts of the night, but day time parking is no issue. It’s nice seeing kids being able to go out and have fun and be safe like when I was younger. Not to mention the events the apartments have are a nice way to mingle with neighbors and feeling appreciated. Nice apartments overall.

Been here almost 3 years. Very quiet, peaceful location. Apartments are well kept. I love the new management that took over not too long ago. I explored other locations when my lease was up last year but just couldn’t break away. I’ll be renewing again because some things you can’t pay for (peace/competent management/location). I love my place. Wendy is the best. She’ll take care of all of your needs. She’s the absolute best.

First of all I wanna say that Wendy is the blessings that gave me the opportunity to get this very nice apartment at a desperate time of need and without a hassle at all. Wendy is definitely a helpful person and will thrive hard to help you at any situations you may have. Nancy is also a very loyal person that does just as much to help and is also a person that really want to make your life pleasant and less stressful in any way possible. If Wendy isn’t around then Nancy is one that you can trust as well to accommodate you in anyway. They make an awesome team together and I think are the best managers I have had as apartment managers ever. The apartments are very quiet day and night and I haven’t really had any issues since I’ve moved in. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and assure you that you would be very happy that you have chosen vantage point apartments with Wendy and Nancy as the best management of em all. She is really hardworking and truly cares about the tenants. She is always willing to listen and to do what she can to help. The units are well kept and for the price you’re getting a good home. The foundation and the leasing office itself are all sturdy. The leasing office has been kind in many regards. From accommodating services to genuine caring for their tenants. I trust living at vantage point apartments and I would always recommend these units to those in the NW Houston area

I have been at Vantage Point for about three months. I am proud to call this place my home. Especially for the price housing is; especially in this area of Houston.The complex is older, (built in 80s I think) but overall updated. I would never guess this apartment is that old unless I had searched it.I did have an issue with bugs in May. Nancy and Wendy handled the issue with sincerity, professionalism and efficiency. Nancy scheduled me an appointment with pest control. I have not had an issue with bugs since then. This is also my first apartment, and they both walked me through the entire process. This goes above and beyond. Nonetheless, management at Vantage Point is superb in every aspect!There are two laundry centers at Vantage Point, with washers/dryers that work perfectly. Just requires a key card, along with CSC Go on your phone.Vantage Point also holds events for the residents which is really nice! Management will even send SMS updates about events. Management/communication is key in every business. Nancy and Wendy have displayed that, which drew my attention towards this complex. Prior to me signing my lease. I hope to renew my lease when it comes up.

First off , I moved here in 2022 in sept . In need of place to stay fast with my kids. When I called them they answered immediately. And that is a plus for me because I am a huge communicator. Fast forward . The Process was fast but sufficient . No fine prints . Straight to the point . I looked at my place seen it . I loved it on site. I got my high ceiling. Lol . A few minor problems but their maintenance guys are super Quick and polite when it comes to their service . Nancy and Wendy are amazing . Plus it’s a quiet neighborhood. Kids are able to play and have fun outside . Small complex but the compassion of this community is huge . Parking at night is rough but during the day no problem . They also throw events , which the kids love . So far I don’t plan on moving . Cost of living already high.

From the minute you walk and you feel welcomed and very attentive. They are good at explaining everything. Really friendly. Also, they are really attentive to whatever you need and they get stuff done on time they make sure you have everything you need from the paperwork and then you fully understand. We LOVED our experience at Vantage Point! After tons of research and recommendation from others we decided to give them a try. And we were surely not disappointed. The lovely Yvette, our leasing consultant, helped tremendously and went above and beyond with paperwork and suggestions on what apartment best serves fit for us. She was so friendly and informative regarding any questions we had throughout the entire process. Making the process feel entirely seamless. We are now several months on and EVERYTHING has been amazing as it should. It’s truly a breath of fresh air, especially in comparison to previous apartment complexes we have been to in previous years.I highly recommend Vantage Point to anyone and Yvette who will discuss your best options and be able to get you all set up.

I’ve been living at Vantage point since Nov. of last year and it was a bit of a rocky but since Wendy had taken over the property it has been smooth sailing. Wendy is very empathetic, professional, and cares about the concerns of her tenants. Any questions I have her and Nancy are there to answer them. I was recently diagnosed with covid-19 and Wendy has shown nothing but grace and empathy for during this time. I love my apartment and my neighbors and it is pretty quiet around here.

I have been at this apartment complex for about 4 months. It is quiet and management keeps the property clean. Management has always been awesome if i have any concerns. The reason i moved in here was because they had a open parking policy. I could invite people over with no problem. Since mid January they started enforcing a vehicle registration and you are only allowed to register one guest at a time. As well as your only allowed to register one personal vehicle. To me that was a deal breaker ,since i do have family and my girlfriend that come visit. I dont want to be worried about their vehicles being towed. Other then that , i would recommend these apartments.I have to make an update 5-29-19. I am happy tenant again , since they have officially removed the stupid parking rule. Like i stated before. I would recommend these apartments.

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years and if not for him receiving a new job opportunity in a different city we would continue our stay here. Its a quiet and clean community and we have not encountered any problems while living here. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to a variety of restaurants and stores and have not once regretted the decision to move here. We havent had to go to the office often but when we have the staff has been nothing short of friendly and helpful. Maintenance always came within a day of us calling and fixed our problems within a timely manner. We will definitely miss living here.

I have been in Vantage Point Apartments at the time it was called Sterling Court for over 6years now. And I have seen three different managements. Hoping one day we has tenants will get a MANGER THAT ACTUALLY LOVE THEIR JOB!! The end of last year we received a new manager name is Ms. Wendy & when I tell you she breaks her neck for her tenants she make sure that. We are comfortable n our homes she make sure that we are stress-free when it comes down to Office confusion which means us as her tenants can always come in the office and talk to HER about anything that goes on the property. And the number one thing I love about Ms. Wendy is that she does her job with a smile every single day!!! :))))))))

I am a current resident of this complex and I have lived here for close to 5 months now. When looking at the complex it does not take a rocket scientist to see that this complex is older than others, so yes it will have some problems. I will be honest during my time here I have ran into a couple complications with my unit, but they have always been resolved as quickly as possible! When I first moved in our A/C went out and was not working, we contacted the office and Jose the complexs lead engineer had the repair done within 24-36 hours. He has always gone above and beyond for us. In my opinion the property is very lucky to have him and I greatly appreciate everything he has done for us so far! The office/heart of the complex has some of the best staff members! Lauren, Kazee and Louisa go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are happy, granted they cant make everyone happy but they do try their best. Every time I have brought something to their attention and it does not matter who I speak with in the office they always get it fixed or give me a timeline estimate as to when my problem will be resolved.This property is older as I said before but they are doing their best to make it look good and show the value of the property. Since Lauren the new property manager has taken over there has been a list of changes for the good and I look forward to see more changes through out the property here in the future! The only suggestion I have for the complex is to add a dog run for resident that have dogs. Overall, I am very happy to live in this complex!

I have lived in several different states and countries. Dealing with different Property Management teams is always the most challenging part but not true here at Vantage Point. The office staff is exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and very pleasant. My move here was seamless, zero problems. After the first week I noticed a leak from the AC. This was repaired within 8 hours. William was very polite, professional and a pleasure while completing the repair.Vantage Point is an older complex with plenty of upgrades; reasonably priced units and small enough that you dont feel lost in a crowd. The tenants are nice and easy to approach. All in all, I highly recommend living here. Come on down and take a look for yourself.

I have lived here for almost a year now in my two bedroom apartment with my wife and daughter. This apartment has been an awesome place for us, the apartment is clean and filled with nice people. I feel safe here, good people around and also there is a patrol around the apartment. The gym here is pretty nice and has decent equipment.

We lived at Vantage Point for one year and overall it was a great experience. Louisa (leasing) was very kind and responsive before and after us moving in. Her, and Kazee (asst manager), were always great at answering any questions we had about rent, charges, whatever.Maintenance was awesome too. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and a dirty air filter the day we moved in and they were there within 30 minutes and fixed in 10. Over the summer our air conditioner went out and it was reaching above 80 degrees in the apartment, I submitted an emergency maintenance request and he was there in less than 20 minutes and had it fixed in 30 minutes and we never had another issue with the air conditioner.The grounds always looked very nice and clean which was pleasant to come home to. During the summer the pool was always kept clean despite having trees constantly dropping leaves over it which was nice to see. Only recommendations I would make is new patio doors as they are warped by moisture and let in cold air during the winter and better-quality work in the bathroom. The sink surfacing was rusting away from the drain, along with the paint and grout in the bathtub chipping away when we tried to clean it. We weren’t even using abrasive cleaners like they recommended in the lease. If they just replaced the sink bowl, bathtub, and tiles it would be perfect, but I think they just keep resurfacing them and it wears away very quickly. Also, they added this new “online parking permit” service because a lot of people were complaining of parking which is fine, it did help with that, but the only issue is that if you had more than one guest over for, let’s say a birthday party, you could only register one guest vehicle and just hope that the others don’t get towed.Overall, a very peaceful little community with great maintenance and management and a lot of bang for your buck.Towards move-out time, my husband and I requested a quote from them if we were to have them repaint the two walls we painted a different color (instead of us having to worry about repainting while already worrying about moving and cleaning), it took a couple weeks but Kazee eventually did give us a very reasonable quote which I got in writing, along with the paint color so that we could get a small can to patch any holes from hanging pictures on the walls. I had also requested her or someone else with the property walk the apartment with us on the day we move out so that if they thought anything looked uncleaned or damaged we could fix it before turning in our keys. I like to request this because I’ve been burned by an apartment before for saying something wasn’t cleaned properly (even though my mom and I spent 3 hours cleaning) but I didn’t have the proof, so I had to pay their ridiculous fee.On the move out day, Kazee happened to be at another property so I called and talked to the manager, Lauren, about having someone else just quickly go through the apartment with me. I don’t know if she didn’t understand my intentions of having them walk the apartment with me like Kazee did, but her attitude was very “inconvenienced”, and she told to “just take really good pictures”. After some insistence on my end, she assured me someone would walk the apartment with me when I got there. I get there, and the maintenance manager walks the apartment with me and I ask him if there is anything that looks uncleaned or damaged and he said it looked great and he wished all tenants left it that clean. Once back in the office to turn in my keys I ask to have it in writing that we do not owe any cleaning or damage fees so that I have the peace of mind of knowing we won’t owe any surprises after the fact (as I explained to Kazee in my email communications with her). Again, Lauren acts very “put-off” by this request and says again she “recommends taking really good pictures” of the apartment in the future, but I did get a written note signed by the maintenance manager stating that all we will owe is the wall painting quote and final utility bills, so I did appreciate that.

I love this place. Nice and quiet. Reasonable rent and good staff members! Everytime I have had a problem they have been quick to solve it and with a smile on their face. The maintenance guys are Fing awesome. Property is clean and kept that way!Review update: this is in response to the fellow tenant Brie who thinks management is incompetent and this property is roach infested..... not only is Lauren exceptional at what she does she is terrific at defusing bad situations. As far as the roaches go.... we had roaches too... pest control came out 1 time and the problem was gone. Havent had issues since. If you have roaches still then its because you nasty girl. Everyone else I have talked to neighbor wise throughout the complex have almost no issues except the occasional roach.Dont bring down a complex in a review because YOU have issues mentally.

I like this apartment building a lot. I moved in here beginning of last year, my apartment is nice and cozy. There is a washer and dryer in my unit, makes life so much easier. The gym at this complex is awesome, I have been obsessive in going to the gym after moving in here. The apartment is good and quiet.

I had to move in fast since my lease was ending at my old place and just signed here. The apartment looks pretty good, the view of the pool is actually really cool. I like the interior of the apartment, I have a one bedroom with nice AC and fans, good kitchen and the tv is already setup with cable. The amenities are pretty good, I only checked out the gym so far though. I liked the manager alot when I was moving in, she seemed like a nice person.

Yes it is an older complex and there are things that come with an older complex but for the price this apartment complex has been perfect!

I think I will start out with the postives. The manager and other office people here are really nice and willing to help. They always put a smile on my face when I pass them and talk to them. The maintenance people here are good, they come around to fix things when we call them to. The apartment is pretty clean and maintained well. My issues are as follows: it is an older apartment so it doesnt have that wow modern sense. The apartment can be a bit noisy at times. Overall, I still really like living here.

I think this apartment has good people running this complex. I spoke to Lily the manager here for a while and she seems like she cares for the tenants and the apartment. You can tell that the management is putting in a decent effort when the walkways and hallways are clean and apartment amenities are always useable. I like that about this place, good hardworking people. My only issue here is the noise levels sometimes are high.

The apartment is in a good location and the management and maintenance people are nice and helpful. The apartment is close to freeways and a pretty easy commute to work. There is no problems parking here or using the facilities like I use the gym after work all the time. I think this apartment is convenient and a decent place to live.

The apartment complex is nice. It is not luxurious by any means but I think that it is much better than average, especially for the price I got my one bedroom for. The interior of the apartment is actually great, I like my setup here, good AC and washer dryer connections so I can do my laundry in the apartment.
