    My review experience is for the Leasing process. I had some hurdles to get past, but in the end I got through it. I am especially grateful for Stephanie Garza the property manager. She was very nice and took her time with me to make sure all of my paperwork was in order. The vibe of the office staff made me feel like I was family. They are a busy property but Ricky the Leasing agent greets you to let you know he will be with you. I will leave another review in a month to review my apartment experience. STAY TUNED!

    Very nice staff. Lyndsey, Stephanie, Shawn and Daniel are great👏. If you have ever wanted to stay somewhere where they actually listen and have a great attitude, this is the place.

    My mom just recently moved here and they have been so helpful! Marissa greeted her when she first arrived and gave her a tour of 2 options and made her feel very welcomed. She loved the place as soon as she seen it!

    I am new to the Irving area. Valley Trails is one of the apartments I have viewed in my search for a new place. I have to first say, the staff are amazing. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and the apartment I viewed was really welcoming. I look forward to making my decision soon and Valley Trails is at the top of my list!

    Meshay and Marissa are amazing. I just moved in my apartment and let me just say it was hurdles to get in there because of my voucher but they kept working with me until I finally got my keys. I want to thank you guys for getting my son and I in . We appreciate yall.

    I’m very happy in my new home here at Valley Trails Apartments. Maintenance team is very efficient with responding to maintenance request. The property team that does landscaping is awesome the place is so and the yard is so very well manicured

    Meshay and Marissa so amazing! I just relocated to Dallas and they helped me so much! I went through a few apartments complex that didn’t end well but when I told them my concerns they listen to me and made sure everything was handled right away! I can’t thank these ladies enough but they go above and beyond! They deserve more than 5 stars! ❤️❤️

    As a local resident of this complex. I love them, my neighbors are friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing at times. And the managers they are friendly as can be Mrs. Marissa really seems to care about her residents and making sure everything is okay with them.The only thing I hate about it is that sometimes the trash service is late to pick up trash and lacking on their schedules but other then this I rate it a 5

    Applied today and got approved!!! Meshay was so sweet and nice Im very big on reviews and had to do one for her. Ppl came in and I liked how she still helped them while being discret but professional. Ill come back and update in a few months once Im actually moved in but overall the area was nice and clean and Im familiar with the surroundings I have a friend that lives near by. Thanks again and I cant wait to move.

    The ladys in the office Jessi and Marissa are so helpful and nice, it always smells good in there too! The maintenance team is always on point German, Julio and Jose are all so nice and do good work fixing things in my apartment! I love it here.

    These apartment are great!!! I have rented at several properties before, but the management here just made me feel so at home. They did their best to work with me as fast as possible to move me inn!! They are very out going yet very professional. The apt itself is great. Very clean and beautiful!!! I love it here overall....also its in a great location!!!

    I moved here about a month ago. The lady’s in the office made the transition very easy. Even during the pandemic. My unit is updated with hard wood flooring . There’s always parking spaces. The community is quiet. We also are located right next to Tom Landry Elementary, the rec center, & a trail. I love it.

    Marissa is PHENOMENAL moving from anither state she made my move very easy so many amenities comes with the complex im glad i have chose this complex i love it and my new home is GREAT i had no bad experience maintenance is great fast and easy. Thanks again for the opportunity 😊

    I been here since 2005 I love it here, the community it so great! Shopping is so easy to get to, the school are really good, you have a Elementary school next door Recreation Center Water Park, Middle school and High school down the street this area is family oriented, so much to do around here dinning, movie theater, the mainance staff are good, managment is better now since I been here, I love my apartment, walking, running

    Valley trails has been nothing but good to my family and I for the 4 years of living here. The staff and maintenance are wonderful and get the job done as soon as possible. Lovely and quiet property and is a place to call home.

    I’ve only moved in the end of October 2021. I didn’t realize we only have one garbage dumpster per 4 buildings, which can be kinda frustrating. I enjoy the area I am living in though. Trying to get the cockroach situation handled.

    Great Morning, I wanted to take a few minutes to say THANK YOU to Armond one of our Maintenance Men. I am so proud of him and how he took the time on Saturday night to clean up the dumpster area by my building after hours!!! All of our maintenance men are wonderful to me and I am GRATEFUL. Armond has become one of my Adopted Texas Children anything I ask of him, its done very respectfully and in a timely manner!!!!! Again Thank You for going above and beyond Armond. Blessings and continued favor upon your life!!!!Ms. DParker!!!!
