I am on my 2nd Year with the Valley Ridge living experience. In April of 2024 we went through a management transformation to bringing in a whole new management company and team. A lot of challenges and tough situations. Unsure initially if I would succeed at Lease Renewal, however, we finally at the the end of the year were blessed with a team of committed and experienced team members, that have been instrumental in so many facets of our/my experience. The two Front office representatives Adalina Luna and Aide Aguilar have been instrumental in their Customer Service support and unmatched in professionalism and dedication to their due diligence to complete and meet all of our needs, want’s and desires. They have worked tirelessly for several months in bringing this complex Valley Ridge Blvd’s living experience a World Class and remarkable facility. I renewed my lease as they streamlined the process and made it easy. Special recognition for their professional Dress and very festive and orderly front office. I hope to have a long and lasting relationship with Valley Ridge. With these two young ladies and the support from the Avenue 5 Management group, the sky I believe is the limit. Well I have been living in this community 8 years. I love being able sit outside and enjoy seeing the children children play. I speak to my neighbors who have been very friendly and respectful to me. The office staff is kind and knowledgeable of their jobs. A warm smile and simple hello has gone a long way with me. Their willingness to help is outstanding.

I am proud to call this my home. Me and my kids can call this place home and be comfortable. Ms. Kaylynn in the office is Tooo Awesome. She has been understanding of my issues and has helped me. I will be renewing my lease for the 3rd time comming this may. For aslong as Ms. Kaylynn is in office she will always have me as a tenant!

Wow!! So my experience started over the phone. Aiesha answered and the pleasantness of her voice just put me in a good mood. Aiesha scheduled me to come in to complete an application she gave me so many details about Valley Ridge Apartments, she also had a unit available for me, which I was able to tour, so that definitely made me happy. Anyway I went to my scheduled appointment and when I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful smile and that voice I heard over the phone. I knew who she was instantly. Aiesha offered me a drink and even went and got the drink for me. Aiesha who I’ll address as the property manager was so detailed about my application she ensured I had every document needed to complete and submit my application. She never became frustrated and her conversation and demeanor was very professional. Also, her assistant Daysha was just as polite and informative! Daysha is also bilingual which I thought was very cool. Because that means they are also diverse!! Not to mention the whole time I was in the office they greeted everyone that came in they weren’t to busy to speak or acknowledge the person presence. These are the things I personally look for when looking to lease at an apartment property. I’m honored to have met the two ladies.

I had an situation where my power was turned off by mistake and it was over 100 outside. The manager went over and beyond to assist me, even staying after office closed another 2 hours. We both were on the phone trying to see who dropped the ball. But we got it fixed and I want to thank you for that.

I just want to say that Daysha is the BEST and when I say the best like 10x!! She is so sweet very helpful. When something is wrong she is my go to always gets it done. And she knows a lot. You can just tell that she loves what she does and not to many people are like that.

Office staff is way better now ! But the guys who help fix the houses suck Ive called several times on the same issue and still not resolved still have water coming into my house into my bedroom . But besides that it pretty peaceful no noise .
