I was visiting a friend that lives at this community. It was very late and her sink started leaking. She called the emergency maintenance, and he was there so fast. Im very impressed with the efficiency and care that Jose gave. This community is very lucky to have such a great maintenance staff. If I didnt live out of town I would definitely live here.

I moved here 6 month ago, and the atmosphere its super great. Love this place and fully recommend to anyone. Really quiet place and the maintenance staff is great. I called in the office for service request, Jose the Supervisor got there same day and he was quickly done and really professionally.. I fully recommend this place out.

Ms. Marlene was very helpful to my concerns and attend my moms every need. She is very kind and respectful to all of her tenants. I am very pleased knowing my mom is in good hands wit ms Marlene there .Thank u Ms Marlene.

I just want to thank Adrian the Assistant Manager ( the best)at Urban Oaks Apartments just wanted to brag about him a little bit when I mean to tell y’all he was so professional,patient, transparent and sincere with the process when he jumped in took control of the situation and didn’t have a clue and learned the issue and fixed ,process and approved it in LIKE minutes he’s amazing and I’m very grateful he was there too! I highly recommend him for doing a awesome job he deserves a raise and employee of the year. Thanks again Adrian you’ve helped in some many extra ways more than you can imagine thank you!

I moved here in January 2022 there has been a remarkable turn around since our new manager Micah stepped foot into the office there has been drastic changes and his assistant Amy has been on point. They have been working above and beyond doing the most for Urban Oaks. Rosa bless her heart keeping this apartment complex clean and tidy. Maintenence is keeping up their duties.As tenants we need to give more praise to them for a job well done.Micah has followed through with everything he says he will do.I am a proud tenant here me and my children are Happy and Greatful.Urban Oaks keep Shining!!!!!!

Micha the new manager was/IS extraordinary in his position! Quentin was very calming , kind, and reassuring! Ingred was very kind, loving, and professional! Amy was very professional and encouraging as well as efficient & through! And Miguel was kind, professional, & very warm natured. I really really like the whole team and I feel they are doing great and are all definitely an Asset to Urban Oaks Apartments !I would highly recommend Urban Oaks Apartments to anyone wanting a good, quiet, peaceful place to live!!!

In my opinion , Urban Oaks Apartments is the best place to live in South Austin . If I can give them more than five stars, I would ! Excellent office staff , special thanks to Teresa, Adrian, Alex, for being so Kind to me, respectful, hard workers, keeping me happy ,w/problem solving skills in a timely manner !👍Also Special Thanks to Kevin,Rosa ,& Isaac, our Maintence work Team ,for the Excellent work they all have done to make sure our apartments here are always, clean, ready for move-in’s and get work orders fixed in timely manner as well ! I would definitely recommend Urban Oaks , a place to call home ,GOD BLESS YOU ALL 💯😊🙏🏽🙌🏽🌺

Kim is the manager here. You’ll never find an other manger like her. She cares about all of use and dose what she can to make it a great place to live and as safe as possible for each of us. Being way South is an inconvenient for me because all my Doctors my church and family is on the East side or North side of town. But it is worth it because of Kim. I don’t want to live any where else. I’m on my 3rd year here. No matter what health problem you have Kim won’t hold it agents you all you have to be honest with her.

I really enjoy living at Urban Oaks beside all the rules it a great place to stay The management are there for you and will work with you if you have any issues they help me send fax, help me get on computer, even helped me with a resume they always try to smile and ask to help you they will listem,I dont have any pets problem none and love the free coffee in rhe mornings good job Urban Oaks management keep enforcing your rules to keep crime down and keeping them nice. I dont like it that you cant have birthday party or bar b que gathering at the pool and only 2 guests per apartment at poolside.

The place is good and very quiet, the attention of the administrative staff is excellent, I dont know everyones name but Jesús is one of the people who almost always helps me. A serious recommendation would be to clean the stair area because spilled liquids are somewhat dirty.
