Pretty decent complex. The courtyard is nice to hang around in. I wish the dog park was just a tad bigger but Im really just happy to have somewhere for my baby to go. Personally my apartment is perfect and I adore it. Theres no drawers in the kitchen, only a few small cabinets but Im making it work. All in all its been a good experience so far.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is for maintenance worker, Mr. Thompson. He was super nice, friendly, and also fix other issues in my apartment when he only came to repair my garbage disposal. As for the complex, only choose as a last resort. There were many problems that I had to fix on my own such as repairing holes in the walls, roach infestation, and having to buy my own fan/heater since my apartment ones don’t work. I’ve sent multiple work orders that have been all ignored until recently due to me going to the office many times to remind them and honestly, the price is just not worth what they offer.

Jermaine the maintenance man was super helpful! The 5 stars are for him.As for the actual apartments, I’d still give ‘em 4 stars. Minor nitpicks here and there, but all and all, I like living here a lot, and I’d recommend it for friends looking for cheap places to live. The HVAC is on a boiler/chiller system, so please make sure you’re informed about that BEFORE moving in extreme weathers. Everyone in management, while kinda iffy on e-communication, have been absolute delights in-person, and I’ve yet to have any major issues.So yeah, I recommend it. Lower your standards a lil bit, but for the price? I like it a lot.

Property manager Amanda is a true standout - responsive, attentive, and professional. They maintain the property impeccably, promptly addressing any concerns. The sense of community they foster is remarkable, and their problem-solving skills are top-notch. Im grateful to have such an outstanding property manager! Highly recommended!

This house was my lucky house,Moved in and got all the great things going on in my life.The management: Richard, Keston, Olivia, Amanda, Esther and everyone else kept helping us whenever we had little discomfort or issues.I had a very nice moving in process and now I’m having a peaceful move out as well

5 stars To the 3 best maintenance men in Denton Texas. Javier, Salvatore and Tristen. They fix all my problems and ask many questions to make sure everything is okay. Very personable as well.

I strongly suggest talking to the management about any issues, they’re for sure happy to help out. Richard was very kind and helped us out alot.Had a very good time living at University Place.Big thanks to Richard, Olivia and Keston.

I love the brand new renovations in these apartments!! Management is super friendly and helpful, and it’s not often you get such a good deal with all utilities included. Super happy with my experience here!
