    I have been living in this apartment for almost two years. I can’t say thank you enough to this place! Aline Olsen has been knowledgeable, kind, and respectful from day one. Whenever I stop by with a question or a concern—whether it’s about noise, bills, bugs, etc.—she always responds promptly and with respect.A big thanks also goes to Misty Withers, the property manager. She is such a loyal and amazing person who truly understands personal issues. Just have a conversation with her, and you’ll see.And a huge thank you to the best maintenance guy, Felix. He is a hard worker and always does his best to fix everything. Jolanda, the concierge, is incredibly sweet. She takes great care of packages, making sure they’re delivered correctly, even chasing down delivery drivers to ensure packages are dropped off in the right place.I’m not advertising for this place—this is just my first review after two years of living here. I felt compelled to write this because I can’t stand when people complain about the rent. If you’re unhappy, get your own place!

    My partner and I have lived here for a few months and we are extremely happy with the complex and the staff! Our apartment is perfect, it is never noisy, and the other tenants are friendly! We have trash pick up and all our packages are delivered to our door!( we are on the 4th story).The staff is always helpful and they work really hard to make everyone feel welcomed and at home. They put on different events throughout the month that gets all the neighbors together and really work together with the Roanoke community! It’s a great place to live!

    Moving into Two 99 Monroe apartments has been the best place we have lived actually. The office staff here are the BEST! They are sweet, kind, caring and full of joy. The management cares for your needs. I would recommend anybody to live here. So it’s worth the 5 stars 😁

    I have recently moved into this fabulous apartment. All interaction I have had with the staff has been positive and helpful. I was working closely with Cassondra as I was getting accustomed to the application process and moving into my new home. She has been exceptionally kind, caring, and attentive to everything I have needed to complete this process. Thank you so much for helping to make my move a positive experience!

    I make a habit out of not staying in one place too long, and Ive never experienced service like I did with Two99! They worked through my application so incredibly quickly and they were sweet and helpful as I navigated the best options for my family. Seda is an amazing employee, and Im told shes new, so kudos to management for bringing her on! I cant wait to be part of the community. From everything Ive seen, its gorgeous, well kept, safe and quiet. Thank you for making this an OBVIOUS choice 😊

    Cassandra was really helpful during the whole process of application for the apartment and also with the move in.With her help I was able to get an apartment in less than a week of applying for it.The apartment facilities are very good and its a good place to be.The only gotcha was I should have asked about my garage space very specifically because the the garage space on the top most level is covered with the cloth cover like you find in car showrooms. Otherwise my experience with the application and move in has beed very smooth. Cassandra was very profession and helpful during the whole process

    We just graduated college and this was our first time moving away and living in a bigger city. Cassondra and two99 Monroe made things so easy. They were so friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. If you want to live in a place where they actually care for you then two99 Monroe is definitely the place. Not to mention how nice the apartment and amenities are! Thank you so much for making us feel at home!

    Cassondra was very helpful in showing us around the apartment unit of interest and around the complex. Throughout the process, she was able to reduce barriers to obtaining the apartment and provided us with extra assistance in issues outside of Two99’s business context (e.g suggesting car mechanics, etc). The apartments themselves are competitively priced and in a great location

    This has been one of my FAVORITE apartment to live in!! I absolutely love the office staff and the maintenance staff. When it was my birthday they left me a cute birthday card on my door, which I appreciated so much. I moved to Texas all by myself and didn’t really have my friends or family here so that meant a lot to me. They also sent me edible arrangements to my work to show appreciation for choosing them. And if there are any issues they take care of it right away. These small things (in my opinion are HUGE) does truly impact a person or at least me. They always want to make sure their residence are happy and pleased with the services.Jose and Damien are absolutely incredible. They always take care of my service orders, very professional, and very clean; I absolutely appreciate that. Maria, Emily, Kelly, Janine and Erin are incredible!!! Thank you all for making it home for me.

    I am so thrilled to be part of this community! I love the downtown Roanoke area and Two99 is just perfect for my dog and me. Theres a lot within walking distance and plenty of sidewalks to get where were going. Its absolutely a pet friendly community and we both love it here!I looked at several other apartments before deciding on Two99. The location, community amenities, and apartment features were all big draws for me. The friendly office staff and the quality of the apartments themselves were both superior to others I toured. Im glad to call Two99 Monroe home.

    This is my first apartment living experience and I really enjoyed the touring/leasing/moving in process. Shout-out to Emily for helping us through it. The finishes and layouts are incredibly well chosen, and Im always finding that if the laundry/living/bathroom was in a different place, it wouldnt make as much sense.Its a well insulated apartment complex and I often feel like I dont have neighbors since I dont see or hear them.Since we have pets, Id have to say that the biggest perk is having grass and pet waste stations outside a lot of the doors. They stay well stocked and kept, making it super convenient to pick up after our pets.All in all, I love the downtown living feel of the location, and the homey vibe that the staff and residents make possible.

    Two99 Monroe has been an amazing experience so far. My husband, myself, and our two kids moved in almost 2 weeks ago and we are so happy! I work 1 minute from the apartments and they are located in the cutest part of Roanoke where we can go as a family to restaurants or have an awesome date night. All of the amenities are beautiful, but with covid we haven’t gone out to all of them but by the looks of it from our tour they’re all going to be a great time!The building is great quality, we rarely hear any noise from neighbors and when we do it’s super quiet. We live in building 4 and it’s always well kept and clean. The interior is cute and cozy making it feel so home-y. We love these apartments and are so glad we chose to live here! Also, all of the staff are incredibly helpful and sweet.

    Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is so helpful, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. They are so accommodating and eager to made this place instantly feel like home. Maintenance is extremely timely and efficient when there is an issue, they usually come the same day. I love the location- walking distance from oak street with tons of fun restaurants and bars, recreation center, community park, soccer fields, etc. Unbeatable gym, pool, and lounge area. All the neighbors are so friendly too! Two99 Monroe has tons of fun events for the residents which makes it easy to feel like a community.

    Decided not to lease here as it is pushing our budget a little, but our experience with the leasing office was phenomenal. My job told me last minute I need to move to the area in January, so we decided to call ahead on the way up there as we are in a bit of a rush. 299 Monroe was one of the only places that even answered the phone, and Brittney was one of the most friendly people we talked to out of all the apartments. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, and was just genuinely kind. If we could afford the extra in rent this would definitely have been our top choice!

    This complex is just as beautiful as the pictures! It has so many amenities and is in walking distance to some great restaurants and shops, but what makes it stand out even more are the people. Brittney, one of the leasing agents, made us feel welcomed and excited about joining the community. She went above and beyond to help us at every turn and is a HUGE part of the reason we decided to make Two99 Monroe our home! Her kindness and patience with our questions is something that you don’t get every day. You can’t find a better place than this.

    We just moved in 3 weeks ago and love it !...BUT... the staff has been incredible since day one of us looking for a new place to live. 3 months prior to moving here we were pretty specific on what we were looking for and Michelle, Emily, ...literally everyone in the leasing office were so helpful in the process. They provided details from start to finish, helped us keep informed on units coming available until we found a perfect new home. I am so grateful for each one of them.. and they have a concierge, Brittany, who knew me by name the first week living here. Impressed.. She even found me help to hang my curtains! We are very impressed with this community and the level of excellence throughout the whole process. Oh.. and the units are beautiful and everything is very clean and welcoming.

    We already LOVE Two99 Monroe Apartments! Every time we walk into the office the entire staff is welcoming. We love the energy they all give off and have no doubt we made a great choice. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable of the many different models and answered any and all questions we have had. She has kept us updated on the building process and we had the chance to look inside and it’s BEAUTIFUL! We found the perfect apartment for us and can’t wait to call Two99 home!

    My wife, Hope and I lived here for over two years. Hands down the best apartment either of us have had the pleasure of calling home. Every time there was an issue, (and there were hardly any,) management was quick to fix it. Emily in particular was alway very helpful, even when it came to moving out early. If it wasn’t for us building/buying a home we would never have left. As a homeowner I still miss it there sometimes. 😅 Thanks for the fun/wonderful years!

    Lived here for over a year and it was great! Staff (including the maintenance staff!) are incredibly responsive. The fitness gym/area is one of the best I have seen. And the apartments themselves are gorgeous! Love that it’s next to TWO green spaces, as well as tons of restaurants and bars. Also, very importantly, your visitors can always find parking.

    Two 99 Monroe, is a gorgeous, new apartment complex for yourself or friends and family.The grounds are carefully manicured, the amenities are great , and the staff above all, are excellent.Maria and Janine are very diligent and informative and their entire team of reps and sales execs have been a pleasure to deal with.The location is really hard to beat , and the interior apartment designs are formidable!

    I could not be happier with this apartment! I moved here from out of state and living in this community has made the transition so much easier. The amenities are incredible - the business center is one of my favorites - I use the Coffee machine every morning and study in the private study room often. Free and 24/7 computer and printer access is also so awesome. I also have enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the clubhouse, and utilizing the fitness center (love the Peloton bikes!). The staff is SO incredibly kind, accessible, and diligent. They are always quick to respond to any questions/concerns that might arise, and are so personable as well. I have loved every minute here and so lucky to call this place home!!

    Day 1: new to Texas and knew no one. My movers were late and they had my car too-all I had was my carry on. Lucky for me, it was the monthly resident breakfast day! And they left a pretty sweet welcome package. And another one on my birthday and for Easter.A lot of community events. The couple of times I needed maintenance, it was addressed promptly. Emails always receive quick and friendly responses. Recommend an amazing walker for my skittish pupper. The property is always clean and well maintained. Kitchens are open with plenty of storage space.Highly recommended.

The apartments are well done and the grounds are always maintained. Theres a level of excellence here that Ive never seen anywhere else.     Great location! A minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars that Roanoke has to offer. The entire complex and common areas are well kept. Great amenities, including the activities available in the amenity center (my son and I have developed quite a fierce ping pong rivalry this year.) The entire staff from first impression has been wonderful to deal with and the concierge has been so convenient and helpful whether providing notary services or never batting an eye to scan a document in when I’ve needed it in a pinch. I’m sure I would take advantage of the dry cleaning service if I was actually going to the office everyday. Such a great place. Come check it out!

    I have lived here since October 2019, and I have nothing but good things to say! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Roanoke is such a beautiful little Texas country town. Seems like something new is being put in every month. From quaint boutiques, to delicious restaurants while keeping a beautiful southern charm. There are two parks in the community. Children are outside playing baseball to the fun splash pad to a great walking path. People are always outside walking their dogs or getting a workout in. Parking is convenient to all buildings. And personal parking garages are very spacious. I love that I can walk to bars and restaurants without worrying about an Uber or a ride home. Office staff is always friendly and willing to help with any concerns or questions. Emily and Andrea have always been my go to girls. They are always hosting fun events in the community from happy hours to resident breakfasts.Apartments are designed beautifully. Farm house sinks, barn doors on closets and pocket doors. Who ever designed these apartments well done!I recommend anyone looking to move to join this wonderful community!

    I couldnt have chosen a better place to live. I recently moved here from out of state. If youve ever moved from another state you can understand how stressful it is. I had several issues just getting to Texas and I had to switch my move in date a couple of times. The staff was very understanding.When I first walked in to my new home I was in shock. It was even more beautiful than I expected. All the appliances energy efficient and newer, extremely clean, loooooovvvveeee the colors, theres a dog park, garages are huge, I can walk to the restaurants down town, and they even left me a welcome gift. They offer a free resident breakfast once a month. Yep i said FREE. The gym is always clean and has newer gym equipment. State of the art coffee machine that even makes lattes. Theres a community app that lets us know whats going on. They are always posting events around the area.The amenities arent even the best part. The staff is amazing. Always so helpful and friendly. I definitely picked a great place to live.Thank you Two99 for making me feel at home!!

    I am actually on top of the parking garage for the complex. It is a beautiful view of the area even with the construction going on. The complex is lovely and has great amenities. The style of the place has a high-end hotel feel to it. It was so nice to have my nails done and to eat at several downtown Roanoke locations. We walked everyday and the streets and houses were lovely. What a great place and lovely city.

    If I could give 10 stars I would. The apartment is beautiful, the outside area is always kept clean, the staff that works here is always so helpful and kind and the maintenance team is so great at responding to my work orders quickly. I plan on trying to get some of my friends to move in here so we can enjoy downtown Roanoke together!

    Absolutely love loving here! I have rented apartments for years and I have to say this is by FAR the best one my fiancé and I have ever lived at. The amenities are great and the location is STUNNING. Small town feel with great night life. If you love a modern industrial feel, this is the apartment complex for you.

    My experience at Two99 Monroe has been great! I love the staff. Maintenance is on top of everything! Antonio specificity has been extremely helpful. The girls in the leasing office Emily, Sydney, Brittany, and Jolonda have gone above and beyond with anything I need. Definitely would recommend this community if you’re looking in the Roanoke area.

    I can’t say enough good things about Two99 Monroe! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful, maintenance crew is so nice and quick to fix things. Resident events are always really great. The location couldn’t be better...walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, Farmer’s Market, etc. Beautiful apartments and beautiful clean buildings. Friendly staff and neighbors. Can’t beat it!

    I am a new resident of the Roanoke area and Texas in general. This community and complex is beautiful and everything I could ask for. The staff are beyond helpful and I have never had an issue with any resident. The pool, gym, and recreation areas are always clean and accessible. The trash service and dog park are my favorite attributes! I highly recommend leasing a unit here!!

    We love these apartments! They are so cozy, full of light, and great features! I love the soft close cabinets/drawers in the kitchen and bathroom; lovely granite countertops; stainless steel appliances, and tons of windows! These apartments are so cozy! I also love that every building has an elevator. And the ammenities are fabulous!

    We started out in a 1 bedroom but due to personal reasons needed another bedroom. Staff was excellent in helping us to transfer over. We really like our new place although we do miss the view of the pool. Staff is such great help on our needs!!

    Living at Two99 Monroe has been the best experience ever! I moved into a brand new unit so I’m the first one living here and I am in love with my little place that I’ve made my home. The staff is incredible! They really go out of their way to make sure they take care of their residents. They host trivia nights, serve us delicious mimosas on Mother’s Day and make sure all the kiddos had activities to do during COVID lockdown by leaving goodie baskets with activities and crayons. The Easter bunny even stopped by every single doorstep with Easter baskets. If you’re looking for a place to live, this is it!!! With about 50 different places to eat within walking distance and SO much more planned to be built, you have everything you would ever need and can’t ask for much better.To add to this: I would just like to give credit where credit is due to Maria Rosas! She is the one that moved me into my apartment and took care of me when I needed to move out unexpectedly. She is just wonderful and made sure I was taken care of so I didnt have to worry about much after the move out. Thank you Maria SO much!!! Its people like you that carry this world and make it a better place.

    Wife and I moved in not too long ago, but let me tell you, it’s been a flawless experience for us. From the initial tour (shoutout to Emily for doing such a great job!), application process, and moving in, everything went so smoothly. The staff, the amenities, the complex as a whole, we’ve yet to find something we didn’t like! Oh, and for those moving into floors 2-4, don’t sweat it, the elevators made it so much easier lol. We are both looking forward to the rest of our stay here. Glad to call Two99 Monroe our new home ¨̮

    Just moved in this month from out of state, Brittney and Elaine were both super helpful with the whole process and helped me coordinate the more complex issues I had to deal with during my cross country move. Brittney was the one who showed me around the complex and answered my questions honestly (which I can now say since I have been here for a month now). I am very happy with the apartment complex and would recommend talking to Brittney if you want some honest answers.PS, She also lives in the complex so she really knows the ins and outs!

    This has been a great experience- much better than I expected. I haven’t lived in an apartment since 1969 in Japan. This has been wonderful. The staff is amazing. They’ve helped so much even helping to move new furniture up to my apartment. The most amazing thing they did was get me a mailbox down low so I could reach it. Thank you so much!

    I have enjoyed living at Two99 Monroe in Roanoke. Oak Street is super fun & there is always stuff to do! Soul Fire Brewing Co. is right down the street and is a favorite place of mine. I wish we were staying at Two99 Monroe but are only leaving to be closer to our jobs. The staff was always super responsive to our needs/maintenance requests etc. The community is beautiful and Roanoke is growing!

    I looked at multiple complexes in the area and this was the best! The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner. It is walking distance from downtown Roanoke and I love the kitchen space!!

    The customer service here is excellent! My fiancée and I were looking for an A1 unit because it is in our budget but these units are hard to find. We got put on a waiting list and then a few weeks later, we received a quote for an A1. We jumped on it as fast as we could. The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole leasing process. They even gave us $500 off of our first months rent!
