We just moved here 2 weeks ago, and we are so pleased. Alex, makes it a point to get things done while still making you feel like you are a priority. In my short time being here, I have seen him more than once- be pulled in so many different directions all at the same time, yet he never fails to make your needs feel equally important. He definitely holds up the fort. The building is full of welcoming people, and everything is well kept. Tatiana as well, absolutely amazing. During my time of apartment hunting, my fiancé and I had looked at 2 other properties before visiting Tuscany Walk. It did not take us much time to say that Tuscany Walk was going to be our new home. Since the very beginning, we have been met with nothing but full hearted kindness and assistance from everyone during our application, and move in process. Even with being thrown a curve ball, Alex still made our move in happen and was so attentive. All questions were answered, and all needs were met. Even after the move in, still nothing has changed the way that Alex and Tatiana collectively make the building more pleasant and easy for us. We can confidently say that the support of the leasing office staff is and will remain a reliable support system, simply based on what has been consistently shown even during this short period of time. The maintenance team as well, so kind, respectful of your space, and helpful. Again thank you Alex for doing all that you do, and your ways of unwavering assistance and customer service goes greatly appreciated and noticed.

I feel compelled to write a honest review since Ive been a resident for a year and just renewed my lease. The rent did increase but thats to be expected with rental rates. My goal when moving was to find a safe, quiet - gated community, attentive office staff and quality floor plan with upgrades. My apartment is beautiful with high vaulted ceilings! I dont hear anyone next to or above me (major issue at my last apt, the noise of neighbors above me - through no fault of their own, just low ceilings so I could hear everything, UGH!). My 3rd floor neighbors are respectful and quiet. I do believe its important to take into account where your apt is located in the complex to minimize noise levels (garage, street noises, pool area, etc.). Im located facing San Felipe so again, its quiet but my floor plan choice was intentional for that reason. Alex is awesome and has helped me with every issue Ive had and worked diligently to resolve them quickly! Past issues were with maintenance and Alex stepped in right away to get it taken care of when there was lag time in their response. The other office staff are nice and always accommodating. Ive had no issues with vandalism or parking. The amenities are awesome; pool, gym, and club house. Overall, a great place to call home!

All stars belong to Mr Alex Ortega. Such a wonderful welcoming professional. He is so transparent and explains everything in detail. Would recommend the management to ask him to lead the team so others can follow his ethics and be as good as him. The front personnel of a property directly results in families renting the property..so credits to them. Keep up the good work going Sir, as I have seen 20+ apartments and never encountered such an amazing professional like Mr Ortega.

LOCATORS: If you don’t register your client on the richdale website before they tour/apply then there’s a low chance you will be paid. My locator followed their instructions and was paid.I have been living here for a couple months now and love it. I rarely hear my neighbors and the apartment looks great! The hallways and common areas are always clean. The area is dog friendly and there’s so many places nearby to walk to. Grocery store, restaurants, stores, banks, vet, parks, etc. Everyone is respectful and courteous for the most part which speaks to the quality of the clientele here. The staff Alex, Tatiana, and Lucile are very responsive and help-full. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner too.I highly recommend living here!!

Love my apartment! I have lived here for several years and have lived here happy and content! From the super high ceilings, white porcelain tile, actual granite counters and amazing spacious closets, I just can’t imagine living anywhere else. Alex and Tatiana are always willing to help and truly care. I have seen many positive changes!! Really love it here!

Tuscany Walk is a perfect niche that is secure and VERY clean. It’s close to the nearby gyms, restaurants and the inner loop amenities. We just relocated from the Washington Heights area & absolutely love it! Tatiana and Alex are superb! They truly do everything they can to keep us happy (and I’m pretty demanding 😅). The maintenance requests can speed up some, BUT anything major gets addressed ASAP so we have to stay mindful that we’re living with other 100s of people.

Ive been living at Tuscany Walk for nearly 2 years and looking forward to more! The closets are huge, tile floors are easy to clean, the hallways and pool area are always clean and well-maintained. I love the key fob access throughout the entire property (including to my front door). The area is amazing- who doesnt love being a 3-minute drive from Whole Foods and Trader Joes?! Bianca and Lynda at the office are so sweet and attentive to all of the residents and maintenance is quick to respond to anything Ive ever needed! Its tough to find a gem like this but this property is truly luxury living!

Tenant for 15 months, left in 2023. Overall had a great experience with the community. Left to find cheaper rent in a quieter part of town. Lynda/Linda(apologies for wrong spelling) had been fantastic throughout our entire stay from application to lease completion, very knowledgeable, attentive, and has a great memory for names.As for our stay, the apartment itself was wonderful, very high quality, maintenance came quick whenever it was called, though a couple items listed at the beginning on the inventory form were never fixed, though it was nothing inconvenient. Water did go out more than a handful of times whenever the power went out during big storms, but outage never lasted more than a day. Also, the complex has two elevators located on opposite ends of the building, so depending on where you stay, the walk can be long and inconvenient. Elevators needed to be repaired only a handful of times during our stay, longest stint was about a week out of commission. We stayed on the 5th floor, facing west, so we had a beautiful view, but along with that the noise on Voss is awful. Just a very busy street with lots of loud cars and sirens late at night. Personally never had issues with break ins into vehicles, though I drive a Toyota so that may be why.Only deducting a star because of noise levels and some utility outages, but some of that is not in control of the community. Overall a positive stay and would recommend.

I have lived at Tuscany walk for some time. I love how clean and beautiful it looks. The floor plans are so well thought out. I live in a one bedroom and never do I feel like I live in a box! Maintenance and Bianca and Lynda are awesome. I have told my friends and most people apply! They love it here too!! :)

Read the reviews and currently staying here, looking to release. Yes we have had problems overall but they where all handled. If I report something online to the leasing staff I get a call in no longer than 20-30 minutes after submitting a request. Had ac problems they handled it as soon as possible. The building may have suffered from water issues, but the leasing staffed emailed and texted tenants to take care of their pipes along with offering to do it for them. Anytime I’m at the leasing office I am greeted and treated with respect. No matter where you are there is bound to have criminal activity around the area. I am re leasing based on my personal experience here. Everything is bound to have hiccups and richdale team does their jobs and try to accommodate for us when they can.Edit: 2-27-243 years, 3 units, 3 moves, 1 great management team. I have been taken care of for 3 years straight with the upmost customer care process with great attention to detail and requests. This team doesn’t disappoint. I was looking at another building by the same management company but decided to release at another unit at Tuscany walk. I couldn’t leave the building. The location is to prime all the major roads along with access to Sam Houston, i10, 610, and 59 north or south. Galleria is down the street major shopping stores are right next to me Kroger is walking distance and on this walk you don’t even need to look over your shoulder! It’s safe it’s close it reliable. Noise is perfect it’s a quiet building inside and out. Friendly dogs and neighbors! People are there to help and support at all times from staff to the tenants. It feels like you are part of a community and they actually care. They respect you as a person and respect your space, they go above and beyond to make sure your living standards are met. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a prime location. It’s a mid rise with high rise feelings. It’s a steel on location with the price it’s offered, I recommend looking at the map in the leasing office it’ll help you make that decision… check out all those local spots and stores you can get all your needs from!

I have been very happy living at Tuscany Walk. The building and the grounds are clean and well maintained. The fitness center and pool are fantastic. I love the high ceilings and high end features in my apartment. I feel safe and my concerns and requests for routine maintenance are handled in a timely manner. Manager Kimmie strives to make Tuscany Walk a good place to call home.

Tuscany Walk is an absolute gem. I don’t know if there’s a better bang for your buck property in the area. Overall, it’s a spacious unit, great amenities, clean, safe, but still 10-15 minutes from any relevant area of Houston. Love living here, I’m super happy with the decision to move in!

Love living here. Never lived in a one bedroom so thought out. The floor plan is amazing. I’ve never had so many closets and a great spacious bedroom with an amazing large living area. Maintenance is quick and efficient and so is the leasing office. I love our porcelain tiles floors because i just haven’t seen anything like that other than wood floors or carpet. I have a large balcony and a great pool view. Love this place.

2019 REVIEWI have been a resident of Tuscany Walk (TW) for approximately two months now. Monica (manager), Kristal, and Eric are doing a fantastic job of ensuring that all resident requests are completed within a timely fashion. They also communicate effectively if there are any delays or issues around the community. There is also security whom does a phenomenal job -- as the security gates arent fully operational just yet. The groundskeeping crew keeps the complex clean day in and out. The apartment structure and amenities are top tier (pool, fitness center, apartment layout...etc.) I assure you that you cant find better (I am very particular about where I choose to reside) anywhere without paying a substantial amount of more money (and even then the differences will be minimal!). It is very quiet here and all of my neighbors are friendly! Parking is abundantly available (not like so many other places with all the headaches and worries of having to find parking on your floor especially after business hours). The best thing about this place is that its only going to improve as time progresses! I didnt leave this review per any request. This is the result of a job well done. I am proud to say that I am a resident of Tuscany Walk. Keep up the good work guys!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2023 REVIEW!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The management has changed drastically! They longer care for the resident and only seek to obtain financial gains! The location is okay however there are constant problems -- AND I DO MEAN CONSTANT! Either there is a break in, stolen car, stolen packages, robbery, and/or broken utility (SPECIFICALLY FRONT GATE (ONLY GATE) OR ELEVATOR). It takes far too long to get these issues resolved/repaired. The camera system is utterly useless. There is no security. If you live here you MUST be your own security. You also must now choose not to be friendly but treat everyone as if they are a possible suspect (regardless of age, race, nationality...etc.). The pets pee near the entry doors which give off a horrible smell. People litter continuously outside and dont even put their own trash down the trash chute (if they choose to manually walk it to the room on each level). And the price now is outrageous! You do not get what you pay for here. I wish I could get out of my lease sooner but I for sure will not be renewing with this group ever again!=================================NOVEMBER 2023I must admit. Things are actually much better here than it was before. Sarah C. and Alex O. have shifted my thoughts toward this property as I truly believe they care!Its amazing to be able to have a conversation with someone who can think and respond with urgency. Because of these individuals I decided to renew my lease. You guys are on it! Thank you!!

My dog and I love Living here at Tuscany Walk! The property is beautiful with an amazing pool and fitness center . My apartment is awesome with so much closet space and a big kitchen. I love the convenience of being so close to all the grocery stores and shops in the area. Very safe location and property.

I have lived at Tuscany Walk for almost two years and I LOVE it! Hands down my favorite apartment. Kimmie has been AMAZINGLY helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. Work orders are completed in a timely fashion and I have zero complaints and honestly never want to leave. Tobaric is also super sweet and helpful as well.

I cant say enough good things about The Tuscany Walk Apartments. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole apartment living (been there and done it) - but after walking in this beautiful luxury complex I knew this is where I wanted my family to be for the next 6 months while our home is being built near by. The ladies in the office (Kimmie, Linda and Tracy) are amazing - these wonderful ladies are caring, courteous, friendly, and concerned should you bring any issues their way (especially Kimmie, the GM of the complex (love this lady). When we come home after working all day we feel welcomed and safe. The apartment itself is always clean and the amenities are AMAZING - cant wait to take a dip in the beautiful resort style pool !!!! If it wasnt for us building our new home we would make The Tuscany Walk Apt. our forever home. Thanks Kimmie and team for making this one of the best places to call home.

I lived here for 4 years. Beautiful apartments with high ceiling, and white tile floors. It has a hotel feel. The location is close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe. All of the apartment are spacious. The management is awesome!

Robyn was very Professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about the property. I came a few times and Robin was equally friendly and pleasant to work with. Her manager was very happy to assist me when Robin was on vacation. Amazing team to work with. I am renting first time and very pleasant with the results.
