I love it here. I moved in February. I work remote and never have to worry about unnecessary noise. The location is great if you like to get a quick walk in every now and then. I sometimes walk to Petco, Dollar Tree or even Michaels. My experience with management has been awesome. If I leave a msg; Ive always received a callback. If I have a concern its always addressed. Im born and raised in Houston which means I know you should be doing your own maintenance bug control. I dont think a lot people understand this should be done in addition to what maintenance does so I will drop the name Advion. Great neighbors as well.

We moved into Tuscany Walk at the end of Jan 2019. Our first apartment experience in Houston so far has been wonderful.We love the location and the neighbours are quiet and generally friendly. The apartment is old but decent and spacious. There have been issues -such as electrical outlets not working and a leak from the toilet- but these were resolved by maintenance. We also had a mouse issue but that too was addressed quickly by management. They were on top of it and all the crevices under under the kitchen cabinets were blocked right away. No mouse sighting since :)The management team of Kimmie, Robyn and Eric have been amazing!My husband and I have made several trips to the office and each time, we have been greeted with warm and friendliness (Robyn has even made me coffee and tea :) )Thank you guys, we really appreciate you and the way you have resolved our issues. We hope that our experience here at Tuscany Walk continues to be wonderful.

We lived here for about 3 years. Quiet complex and friendly neighbors. We have been with Richdale for about 10 years and plan on staying. Never had issues with management and our current manager is amazing. She really cares about her residents. I recommended this complex to friends and they have moved in too. Would recommend the Tuscanys and Richdale.

Tuscany Park is great value for your money. I only have positive things to say about this property. I find this place to be conveniently located and great value for your money. The complex is small filled with friendly people. It is safe area and I have no complaints. I recommend this place to all.

I only lived here for a year but I enjoyed it. Its a quiet complex nestled in a really busy area. Lots of amenities. I bumped it down a star because they dont let you know when you need to submit a notice to vacate and they charge you a ridiculous amount when you dont sign a new lease.
