I have been here 5 months. I can highly recommend Tuscany Oaks. I asked maintenance to turn up the water temperature. Five hours later maintenance came to take care of it. I reported that my mail box was broken. Three hours later someone came to fix it on a Friday afternoon. Since I moved in I have not seen a single bug. The grounds are always clean. Parking is never a problem. This is a very pleasant place to live.

I have consistently enjoyed and experienced best support living experience with Tuscany Oaks Property Management. When I am new to this country, was so worried But I am sure that I have chosen a good place here and a very safe place too. My apartment Manager and staff were (and are) friendly and extremely supportive from the beginning of leasing to the last day. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. They quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an good living environment. I always notified via email with all the updates about my apt community. I highly recommend this apartment for its wonderful quiet area, gated, secures and safe (near the Galleria) and of course for the lovely staff members.My sincere appreciation to all front office staff Ms. Xiomara, Ms. Khadija and Ms. Jaquela. You are awesome!!

I have lived at Tuscany Oaks for a year now and like it so much that I have decided to resign my lease. It is in a great location, quiet, and peaceful. My favorite feature is the full length mirror in the dinning room.The front office staff is very helpful, especially Jenni & Sarah. You can tell that they are very knowledgeable about their job and care about their residents.My only complaint is how small and outdated the gym is; however, you have access to Tuscany Courts gym which is right down the street.

I had the great and sweet pleasure of dropping in on Christina this morning while doing business with a resident on the property. When I say this wise lady is a superb asset to the team, I mean Christina extended enough grace in just one minuscule conversation, to carry me throughout the rest of my work day, literally! Thanks for being a silver lining around a dark cloud Christina! I almost forgot about all my problems!!!! I appreciate a great spirit!

I would like to update my review since that horrible manager is replaced. Everything is back to normal. Very friendly responsible staff. They installed new boxes for handling packages and made it sooo easy to pick up packages at any time securely.Maintenance is wonderful. They do their best to solve any problem.I moved out of the city otherwise I would have stayed at my apartment in Tuscany Oaks.

I resided at the Tuscany Oaks for 18 months and I loved it and my one bedroom apartment. The Tuscany Oaks team took care of the maintenance and even cleaned my carpets when needed. I had to relocate for work and it is the only reason why I moved. Sara and the leasing team were extremely helpful with my move out and I look forward to returning to Houston and the Richdale properties. Top notch leasing team!

My experience with Tuscany Oaks didnt start off at its best (was given the wrong keys to my apartment & I live on the 3rd floor). Once moved & settled in, things eventually started falling into place. A few complaints, followed with request was ALWAYS handled in a timely manner when contacting the manager Ms. Catherine. Maintenance workers are kind and do a thorough job when directed and for that, ALL is much appreciated!! I like a quiet settings & I feel I get JUST that. Although some of the residents here are liter bugs, the ground keepers do a good job gathering and cleaning to keep it nice around here. I give 4stars because of the request I had to make a few times, but again eventually got completed.

I have lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed my time here so far. The group in the leasing office is always polite and willing to help and the maintenance crew always has everything fixed withing a day or two. Overall great place to live.

Katie the new manager is very professional and is doing a great job! Katie takes care of the tenants issue in a very timely manner. Edward who works in maintenance is professional, polite and ready to answer any questions you may have. Good job to all!!

I had a great experience with Tuscany Oaks in finding a quality and affordable place. Sarah was extremely helpful in taking me through my application process and finding a place that fit my price and comfort. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good area in Houston with an affordable price to definitely look into it!

Well, I have mostly raves and one rant...RAVES:1) The local team/property managers here are fantastic! Always accessible, happy to help, friendly, responsive, problem solvers. Plus, they take a genuine interest in their tenants; Jamie takes the time to ask me about things I had forgotten I even mentioned to her. She was very up-front about anything and everything she thought I might need to know about the property and location; I didnt feel as if I was being sold. And Erbie -- Shes a delightful little character, too! My mom and I loved her. (I dont remember the all the names of everyone in the office, but Ive never had a bad experience, so shout out to them, too!)2) Oh, and the maintenance guys are the BEST! One (Curtis, I think?) came over to fix my air conditioner within half an hour of me calling it in, and stayed well after his shift was over to periodically check that it was cooling properly before he went home for the night. (Incidentally, my mom made friends with him, too.) He also called me one day while he was trying to fix my ceiling fan and my room was a disaster, to let me know he was going to have to move some things and didnt want me to be alarmed when I got home. (Hahaha)3) One night, the entrance gate was broken, so they had a security guard over there almost immediately, who stayed all night patrolling. That really seemed above and beyond to me, and I appreciated it.Seriously -- Theyre just the greatest. I felt so comfortable through the entire leasing process, and have been happy with my decision every day since.RANT: The corporate office in Nebraska are just the worst kind of people. Rude, curt, and just generally unpleasant. Almost to the point its comical; like a Saturday Night Live skit about people who are office drones and hate their lives. She kept repeating herself like she was a slave to a script, refused to accept ANY culpability for the companys malfunctioning website/her own personal failure to return my call in a reasonable amount of time, and was wholly incapable of so much as an apology, let alone a proposition for mutual resolution.Fortunately, this was the first (and hopefully, last) time I have had to deal with this wretch, and (as I mentioned above) the local team more than makes up for it! So dont be dissuaded, just be aware. This woman is literally the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.
