    I went to Tuscany and I loved the place!From the moment i entered I felt so welcomed by miss Tracy.She showed me the units and I am hoping to move in soon to my apartment. It is so close to my job and to my favorite places in the galleria!

    Most of my experience at Tuscany was pretty good. It’s a decent price for the location and the property is kept in pretty good shape. I only had a few maintenance issues which were usually resolved the same day. The apartments were built in the late 90s, so they are dated but kept in good condition. When I first moved in there were some car break ins but I never heard of any other crime happening the rest of my time there. Like someone else said, the gym and pool here are TINY but you have access to the amenities at the other Tuscany properties. If those are important, I’d recommend the actual Tuscany(where the office is located). Neighbors were friendly and kept a low profile. Most of the residents tend to be single professional types in their 20s-40s but my building had several families with small children that would make a lot of noise in the hallways. There would sometimes be parties going late into the night from the complex next door but usually on the weekends.They do love to add on fees to your rent so make sure you look at what you are paying for. The staff was pretty hit and miss as far as being helpful. The manager seemed great when she toured the apartment with me but as soon as I moved in she was mostly unpleasant every time I went into the office. Very high turnover with the rest of the staff.All in all it was a very comfortable year I lived there and I loved my apartment. Could I have found something newer/nicer for the same price? Maybe, but the location is great and I liked that there were only 3 buildings, so things stayed pretty calm and well maintained.

    I love my apartment here. Ive been at Tuscany Lane for 3 years and looking to re-sign my lease for a 4th. The area is quiet and walls seem to be thick because I never had a complaint about my music. I had a few issues beginning my first lease but those were resolved fairly quick except for the fact that it took a month to get a new stove due to electrical issues. Although it took a month to receive a new stove, the upgrade was definitely worth it. Also, during the first two years the 24/7 maintenance failed to assist me when my door wouldnt open. (Its easy for doors to jam in the colder months) I was only able to reenter my apartment after my father drove 45minutes to fix my door. So aside from those issues lol, I have no complaints. Never had a rodent problem or anything. You will find bugs in the hallway but they never enter the apt for some reason.P.S. Id stay at the main property at Tuscany because the gym and pool are better there.

    I live in tuscany lane apartment for almost 2 years and i would like to give a big compliment to ALEX ORTEGA, the General office manager.He is a good listener, he’s very responsible and polite person.He cares about tenant’s request & problems and he follows up with you until solving the issue.I really appreciated of Alex. He is the best and to me he really deserve his position.

    I have lived at Tuscany for two years, and I have never had any problems of security, the area is very safe, and the neighbors are very friendly. I had a couple of problems with roaches, but I always call to get it sprayed and they always came on time. You must pay your rent through an app that charges you three or four dollars every month which is ridiculous but that’s how it is. They send you two different bills one for rent, and another one for electricity and bills so this means you have to pay two times that extra fee of four dollars, so it’s a total of eight per month which is 96 a year.Trash Valet works fine, halls are usually with leaves but that’s ok.Also, the rent comes with Xfinity and you cannot change it even if you ask to remove it they said it comes with the rent. Xfinity sucks just so you know.

    Lived here for 8 years, wonderful location, cute apartments-amazing pricing for the location. Quick response to maintenance requests and helpful to make accommodations (when replacing washer and dryer). Wish I could take my Tuscany Lane apartment with me on my move to DFW! Highly recommend these properties.
