I moved into these apartments about 3 and a half years ago… The location is fantastic, offering an easy access to local amenities and public transportation. The apartment itself has a retro/modern look, but is well-maintained, and comes with appliances. The management team is responsive and friendly, making sure any issues are resolved promptly. The community is quiet and welcoming, with great facilities like a laundry room and a pool. Overall, its a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home! Edith is very professional and will answer any questions you might have. She will work with you step by step in providing excellent service. I usually look forward To leaving the old apartments I used to stay at but I will miss Turtle Dove apartments”. 😮‍💨 5/5

Ive lived here since 2006/2007 Upgraded to larger apts 3 times due to a growing family. Recently a new property co has taken over. I new changes were coming and expected them. The new manager (Julyssa) is a wonderful addition to the family. She is fair, smart, caring and compassionate. I have nothing but respect and admiration for her coming into this new situation. So far shes handled the transition beautifully. Thank you!!

Lived here for several years now and had nothing but positive experiences. I’m in the Turtle Dove I Apartments in an efficiency.Alejandra, the apartment manager, is always friendly and knows me by name and apartment number.Haven’t had many maintenance requests but when I do, they are usually completed same day, next day at the latest.Being here for years I can say I’ve only come across exactly only one water bug. The complex regularly sprays for insects so I haven’t had any issues.Parking is ample and guest parking can be added via a website with ease.All in all, I love this place and it’s proximity to whatever you need.

I love the Turtle Dove! It is a great location and reasonably priced.Alejandra and her staff are, hands down, the best property management team I have ever experienced. They are thoughtful and take pride in their jobs. Complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently.If you have doubts, just drop by and visit an available unit - they are wonderful. Bring your checkbook, open units dont last long!Sincerely.

The property manager Alejandra is the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She actually cares about her tenants and does all she can to make living comfortable for them. she will always answer the phone as long as she’s in the office and addresses any issue promptly. This woman deserves a raise and i highly recommend these apartments

Ive lived here for about 5 years . Plain and simple , the best improvement in the property has been having Alejandra in the front office . Everything gets done in a timely manner , she really pays attention and tries to solve whatever issue that you have . I love Greenville Ave and youre close to everything . I dont know everybody , but everyone I know that lives here is pretty cool . Its quiet but when you have people over is not an issue , ther is a good neighborhood feeling .

I been living here 3 years now the people in office are nice. This place is decent to live in.Also near everything that helps. Also never had no prablems w people plus not loud or banging noises like after 10pm quiet weekends are good.plus manage clean area here and I like that.plus not worry about bugs never had issue.If things. Need fixed they do it soon they can Im happy here.

Me and my wife love it here at turtle dove ! The manger is awesome , the maintenance is also ! Been here twelve years and its only gotten better , love the surrounding area ..... ITS been two years since last post , still loving the awesome area , the manger is very nice maintenance is always good, g g properties has discounted our rent 20% for two months , and know 10% last two months, we are so thankful , to jack and everyone at gg properties especially our manager ..

Well Im glad I live here,the people are very nice not like the other people from before,those other ones slacked too much too do anything oh new year n I love then new look on the patio they changes they made are better looking boards much better on all of them thats improvement!!!
