Trinity Loft is a great complex. Its all about location, location, location! As a realtor, this has it all for someone wanting to move to the heart of Dallas, being in the design district, but also tucked away to be able to survey the city at a distance if they so choose. Dont even get me started on the views from the rooftop deck! The staff feels like home and truly cares. Any one of the staff will help and are dedicated to ensure your ideal kind of living is to your standards. Assistant property manager Alexis (Lexi) will ensure you are set up and taken care of like family!

Our work/live space has been such a great experience and is perfect for those looking to be a part of an artistic, entrepreneurial community, our clients love the convenient location that connects to all parts of the Metroplex.I have to add how much we love the addition of the tree lights! Love living at Trinity Lofts! Shameka has been the best apartment manager I’ve had, and is so helpful with anything you may need. The location is so great and quiet, I have always felt incredibly safe. And to top it off everyone that lives here so kind! Also the new Katy trail section is right near by, giving you such a nice walking trail so close by. Couldn’t ask for better!

So far my experience here at Trinity has been great. Beginning the time I signed the lease to my moving date, everything was really easy and smooth. Staff is great and very friendly. The building is organized and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe here. Overall, great experience.

Trinity lofts has been a great place to live! The front office is the best to work with for any of your needs. The location in the design district allows you to get anywhere quickly plus youre so close multiple coffee shops for a quick walk. My favorite part is the little community you get while living here!

I’ve been here 2+ years and I couldn’t honestly ask for much more. The building is always kept very clean. It is a safe and quiet area, still near downtown. Shameka is always quick to help with anything I need and all of the people that live here are nice and kind.

I love my new live/work loft in the Design District of Dallas! The spacious design, high ceilings, and large windows create a bright and luxurious space. Right in the heart of the Design District! The location is perfect, with great restaurants, art galleries, and shops within walking distance. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and attentive. The rooftop terrace and fitness center are fantastic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to combine work and life in a creative environment!

Trinity Loft is fantastic! I moved my Business here about one year ago. The building has a beautiful modern flare and is well maintained. The support staff are always very helpful. Shameka, the manager has been a delight to work with. I also have an appartment here and its amazingly quite, comfortable and feels like home. The atrium and rooftop lounges are FABULOUS!

Ive lived at Trinity Lofts for the past 4 years. I had many reasons for wanting to live here, one of which, was the loft spaces. At the time I applied, there were no availabilities. So, I kept inquiring and Shameka was so helpful to keep me informed about when a unit would become available. Once one did, she welcomed me to my new HOME. I love living at trinity lofts and I think Shameka is a great manager of the property. In the past 4 years we endured a few weather related problems and Shameka was always in the trenches helping to get things taken care of.

I love living at Trinity Lofts. I lived at the lofts in 2012-2014, then moved away. After returning back to Dallas in 2017, I knew I had to come back to Trinity Lofts. I love the atmosphere, all the lofts have great layouts, but most of all it feels like a family. The staff is amazing, always addressing any issues or concerns you may have in a timely manner.The Design District is a perfect location. Close to everything, but quiet in the evenings. You cant beat the rooftop lounge and views of Downtown Dallas. You will not be disappointed if you chose to call this place your home.

Trinity Loft are the best lofts n Dallas!!!! From the moment we took our first tour with Shameka we changed our minds on the lofts because we could not make up our minds on which loft we wanted she was very accommodating. Shameke was the perfect manager. The most understanding when life changes were happening to us. The building was well taken care of and if there was ever a work order was needed it was taken care of immediately. I would move back n a min if I was not a first time homeowner today. Shameka is family to us and will always be.. we love you girl!!! Now for the last negative review we have never experienced any episodes that was noted and it is hard to believe since all the residents have lived in the building for 8 plus years. We would haveTalked about this when we had residents events. So if you are new to Dallas I would totally consider moving to Trinity Lofts. The best place in Dallas!!!!

I work around the corner from Trinity Lofts and was interested as my lease was coming up at my current location. I called and Stacey Alexander was so sweet and helpful over the phone. Walked in Friday and she made me feel so welcome and took the time to address any and all questions I had. I am beyond pleased by the professionalism from Shameka Small and Stacey as they made my experience so smooth and am ready to sign! Beautiful views from the rooftop as well! Location is prime, but the staff made it feel like a home!

Love this place! So beautiful! Clean, quiet, close to all the places I like to go for entertainment. I took a tour with a very nice lady, Shamika. My current lease has not expired, but Trinity Loft is number one on my search for a new place. The rooftop lounge is lovely. The businesses in the building look very pretty.

Trinity lofts are the only work/live lofts in dallas that have the best layout to efficiently run a business and live from home. You can comfortably separate living and working quarters in one building. I have lived at trinity lofts for almost 3 years. The staff here is great! Always here to help in anyway possible! The design district is a busy place during the day which is exciting! But also very quiet after business hours. After 6 o’clock there is no traffic in and out of here. The design district keeps growing and growing with new restaurants and things todo! Being so close to everything in downtown and having the peace and quiet is truly a dream.

Trinity Lofts is truly upscale living with incredible rooftop views, amazing spaces for lease for individuals and businesses right in the heart of the rapidly reviving Dallas Design District.The features here from the rooftop patio, easy access to Interstate Highway 35, and 75 and Highway 30 plus easy access to D.A.R.T. and a mere few blocks from Downtown, Trinity Grove and Oak Lawn topped with a truly amazing management team that is friendly, flexible and sincere makes this community truly a special place that is both rare and yet still maintains a causal environment with above average amenities.

Absolutely love this place! The location is more than perfect, very safe and has easy access to just about every major highway in Dallas. Not to mention, the rooftop has the BEST views of downtown Dallas this city has to offer!! Oh, the office staff is pretty awesome too!

I’ve had a business here for a little over a year. It’s a great place and amazing atmosphere for independent businesses. I decided to move on the property for the convenience of being close to work. Being here 24:7 has been great. The staff is very accommodating and always have such positive attitudes. Especially during these times of difficulty they have made me feel like everything is going to be okay. It’s great to know through all the financial stress they are compassionate to our situation. I’ll never move.
